I Jest Still the best ones in my opinion (And I'm completely biased) are the avatars Monsieur Phantom and The Persian have.
And of course, Red_Death_Stalking is the best Red Death Erik (and the only) I've ever seen on this site. biggrin There's a whole group of Phantom cosplayers on Gaia. I call them Gaia!Erik, Gaia!Raoul, Gaia!Christine, Gaia!Nadir, etc. Edit: AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....[censored for privacy]

It might be cheating, but I Tekteked The entire cast of Il Muto based loosely on the movie version.  The Countess (Carlotta) The Pageboy (Christine) The Count (Piangi) The Maid (Meg Giry) Three Gossiping Courtiers The Phan Phavorite (Even if he wasn't scripted for it!)

Why is it that the only ones that have skin are Christine and Erik?

Yup, Christine and Erik are the only ones not wearing white-face makeup. Though Christine SHOULD because she's in the show. xp

I haven't seen many dedicated Christine cosplayers even though gaia's inventory of items has expanded.
Of course I've been dead for quite a while O.o

Leroux's Erik. Here ya' go. Complete with Ayesha (sp?) his kitty. They didn't really have Erik-esque hair, or yellow eyes, unfortunately.
