Forrest watched over Mika's shoulder as she hacked the files; after a moment, the data came up.

TOP-SECRET FILE: GUARDIAN STONES
The 20 Guardian Stones are items of great power. The first 18 Stones each represent a different Pokémon Type, similar to the Arceus plates. Whoever holds one of these Guardian Stones can control any and all Pokémon of that type - even Legendary Pokémon. It is theorized that whoever gathers them all will gain the ability to control Arceus itself.

The last two stones, however, are even more dangerous.

The Shadow Stone, if it falls into the wrong hands, can be used to twist Pokémon into beings of chaos and destruction. Calculations show that the result would be similar to the creation of a Shadow Pokémon, except even more powerful and unable to be reversed.

The Celestial Stone, however, is a complete unknown. All that we know about it is that it contains an enormous amount of energy - energy that is the polar opposite of the energy the Shadow Stone contains. We also know that, for some reason, Celebi is rather possessive of the stone - extremely so. When a group of poachers found out about the stone and tried to steal it... well, Celebi's response was gruesome, to say the least.

We honestly don't know much about the Guardian Stones - however, what we DO know is that they are far too powerful to be in human hands. As such, we've scattered them across the regions, hiding each and every one with the exception of the Celestial Stone. If they fall into the wrong hands, the result would be disastrous.

After that were images of the twenty Guardian Stones and their corresponding names.

"I don't know," Forrest admitted before glancing at the data again. "Fortunately, I know for a fact that the Forest Stone - the one representing the Grass type - is safe and sound, even if I didn't know what it was before now, so that's one Stone they don't have." He flashed her a grin as he reached under his shirt and pulled out a pendant with a strange grass-covered rock that seemed to radiate life. "Other than that, I suggest we maybe head back to the scene of the crime, so to speak, and see if they left any clues as to where they're headed next."

"Nah, I'm good." Forrest grinned as he followed her outside, his motorcycle somehow driving up to them on its own. He then got on it, linking his Styler into a slot on it... and the cycle promptly shot off, gone in the blink of an eye, the only evidence he'd been there being the tire tracks and the faint shout of "Look, Mika, no hands!"

"All right, all right... you do realize that I'm actually not the one driving at the moment, though, right?" Forrest asked with amusement; sure enough, outside of his hands being on the handles, he didn't seem to be the one driving; in fact, it actually seemed his Styler of all things was driving...
At any rate, they soon reached the cave, and Forrest got off his motorcycle, heading in and starting to look for any clues.

Forrest just shrugged before similarly starting to look around, trying to find any sign of where the criminals had gone. "This place is pretty bare... still, maybe we can find some way to track them, like some sort of energy residue or a spare teleporter or..."
"Celebi?"
Forrest snorted. "Don't be ridiculous - I mean, what are the odds of us finding a Celebi a-ny-way..." He trailed off as it registered that that was most definitely not Mika's voice, and he slowly turned around.
Sure enough, there was the Guardian of the Forest, hovering over the two Rangers and watching Forrest in particular with a sort of childlike curiosity. "Bi?"

Forrest shrugged, blushing a little. "What can I say? You've got a cute voice... and a cute face... and a cute everything else, though for some parts 'cute' is interchangeable with 'sexy'."
"Bi!" Celebi seemed rather happy at the praise, beaming at the two Rangers and flying in circles around them and Sorren. After a moment, however, it spotted the Forest Stone around Forrest's neck, pausing to stare at Forrest with surprising intensity for such a cute little guy. "Bi?"

Forrest shrugged. "Well, it's the guardian of the forest and all that, it's the Forest Stone - they're probably linked somehow... or maybe Celebi just recognizes it as a Guardian Stone." He then returned his attention to Celebi. "Celebi, a group came by here earlier and took the Shadow Stone. We need to track them down so we can stop them. Can you help us?"
Celebi stared a little longer before it smiled and nodded. "Celebi!" It promptly vanished, only to reappear with a clear stone with a strange rune on it, dropping it into Forrest's hand.

"No, I saw the Shadow Stone - it had a sort of heartbeat to it and radiated pure evil," Forrest corrected, examining the stone with interest, completely oblivious to Celebi covering its eyes. "Frankly, this seems like a normal rock, not counting the rune on it..." Curiously, he touched the rune... only to yelp in shock as the stone let out a flash of bright light, momentarily blinding the poor, unsuspecting Rangers and Sorren. Once the spots in front of his eyes had cleared up, Forrest looked down at the stone again, only to see that it had taken on the appearance of a small heart made of strange, rainbow-colored stone, the colors constantly shifting and the "heart" somehow beating despite not being attached to any living creature. On top of that, the single rune had expanded into an entire network of runes all over the object. "...Okay, I stand corrected... my brain hurts..." Forrest mumbled, staring blankly and trying to figure out what just happened.
Celebi, in contrast, seemed overjoyed with whatever had just happened. "Bi! Bi! Bi!" the little guy cheered, circling around the baffled Forrest excitedly.
