Ken looked at his sensei as Miwa remained silent. He spoke calmly " I think the greatest amount of error fell on me. I took the lead on this mission and told Miwa to attack the thief, but I failed to actually confirm that it was the thief. I also didn't do a good enough job of instructing Miwa how to fight. She used a lot of techniques that hid her presence, as well as that of thief's. Using that fighting style I was unable to support her from long distance. She prevented me from being able to attack from a distance. She did a great job of doing as I said, however, I failed to instruct her enough to ensure that we truly worked well. I also failed to accurately gauge the strength of the thief before sending Miwa in, I could have injured her. I did, however, predict his movements fairly well, and manage to support her from a far with what little visibility I had. The overall strategy of my capture did play out fairly well. We worked pretty well together for our first run in the field I would say." he said calmly listing their critique. Ken was personally fairly happy with their performance. It left room for improvement, but it did also show potential.

Ishi listened to every point that Ken brought up about their performance and jotted down little mental notes about the different areas in which they needed to improve upon individually and with each other. She had already determined the next training to come once this initial trial had been fully completed. Once Ken had completed his list of points, Ishi turned to Miwa, whom had appeared to not have anything else to add at this point beyond what Ken had stated. She cleared her throat ready to list the things that she perceived from the mission alone and what Ken had stated as their viewpoints of the fight. "Mr. Aburame, I'll start with your positives and then negatives. Miss Sato I will do the same with you." Ishi readjusted her hood to keep the rain from serving as a distraction to her words and appearance. Her tone was firm yet non-criticizing, "Ken, you showed good skills in taking the lead of this mission over each other and setting up a back up for should a previously used attack fail. However, you took too much control of the situation without consulting your teammate about the situation or what she could do to even properly give her potential guidance to maximize your combined skills. And as an Aburame I would like to see you learn how to use your insects for further detection skills. They are an asset to you when your eyes fail you; even if the loss of eye sight is not the fault of your own. Try to not focus on what hinders your main style and determine how you can work with any distance should you be forced into that position." She turned next to Miwa to finish this off.

"Now young Miwa, you used a great combination of different techniques to best suit the situation that you were in several times within close ranges. I'm also very impressed with your abilities to follow up with quick changes to further confuse your enemy to your movements. On the other hand you used effective blinding techniques, but did not take into account the area in which you were using them. The defensive technique you used expanded out to us which could potentially cause difficulties with us assisting you should it be needed. I would also like to see a bit more initiative and leadership skills coming from you in the future. Ken may have pointed out a target, but you too had a responsibility to check to make sure your teammate's guess was accurate. Do not be afraid to take the lead and question a teammate's decision. Because even if you feel wrong, you just might be right." A smile traced across Ishi's face as hands rose up and applauded the two in their efforts. Even after the slight barrage of negative, she still was quite pleased with their performance and even had a glimmer of anticipation to get their real training started. "Now if you two are ready. We can begin moving to a less wet location and begin your training. Meet me at the abandon warehouse in 20 minutes and be ready for anything." With that Ishi waved goodbye for now and turned to leave the training grounds in the direction of the warehouse.

O.O.C.- Apologies for the lateness of this post. Had a lot going on this past week with my new job, but I'm ready to go now if you two still wish to continue.

Miwa shook her head in agreement with Ken's statement. My fighting style isn't meant for a team.... hmmm. She thought as the voice remained silent while Ken finished speaking. Ishi-sensei looked towards her as Miwa gave a simple "Yeah, I agree with him without anything added." She said simply as she glanced down at the ground. Social situations made her feel awkward as in Kirigakure no one ever wanted to interact with her. Moving to Amekagure, she was a stranger, so she didn't have many friends as it was. However, she didn't let that thought bother her as she looked up and smiled as Ishi-sensei spoke to both of them individually on their strength and weaknesses. It felt good to be complimented on her combos that she had been working on, and she took the negatives as constructive criticism. She was well aware of her error in the whole blinding her teammates as well situation.

Ishi-sensei then spoke about training, which would begin in twenty minutes in the abandoned warehouse. Her sensei started walking as Miwa turned to Ken. "I'm ready whenever you are. I still have plenty of energy!" She said bubbly as she started walking towards the direction of the Warehouse.
