And then he smelled something funny. Molan's nose wrinkled a bit as he realized what it was. Apparently one of the bags had been torn by a rock and something had gotten in. He quickly untied it and throw the food out before preparing to move onward to the next area. Hopefully.

He was once again about to start on his way when suddenly, those tricky fellows, he found bandits once more sneaking by. They pilfered a few more bandages(that he wasn't using) and scampered away at top speed.

As he finally neared the goal, a simply peace came to mind. He wasn't sure why he'd come so far, why that open plain before him was so important, but as he reached it... he felt an feeling of excellence sweep over him. Pure, simple, satisfaction. Though that was not all. He stood beside his rather prissy little mount, who huffed at the mere though of being 'useful' as he stared into the expanse before him. Before him a few images danced, all in his head, but still... reality was an odd thing.
Or perhaps it was just a dream? A very real dream though. A memory.
This was awkward, uncomfortable, and... uhg why had he even agreed to this. He couldn't help looking off as a pair of now familiar eyes watched him. Why was he even doing that? Why was Olivia staring like that, as if curious if something was going to happen.
...uhg he should just get it over with. Hesitating and worrying over these things wouldn't fix anything. He huffed a bit, face red at the very thought of what he was about to do, in PUBLIC no less, as he leaned forward, lightly brshing a few strands of the ghoul's hair aside. A small gesture, seemingly nothing as he briefly kissed her forehead. But to him something. He didn't DO these public displays of affection, that was... it wasn't... well proper. That was to be kept private and... He stood back again, face will a rather rosey color for his pale complexion. There. Done. He'd done it.
But he couldn't get over the stares, why were people watching? This wasn't exactly easy, but at least Olivia didn't seem upset with him? That was a good thing, right?
...wait. That was the girl from before, the familiar one... and... and... why had- he... Molan's face shifted a bit, taking on a hue not to akin from what he'd had in the memory. Was that how he knew her? Were they? His breath felt short as he glanced around, rather glad no one was nearby. He was... dating that girl? But then why hadn't she mentioned it? She didn't even seem upset that he didn't know her. Because... he didn't... he wasn't close to people. He'd never just kiss someone in public, not even on the forehead. No. Nope. Never. So... so that was the only explanation... right? Oh... oh dear...
And he'd left her back on that trail...
His gaze fell back, down along the pair briefly. Suddenly worried, and it felt right to be. It just felt right to worry about her. ...that had to be what it was. But then, why would he forget something so important. "Are you alright..?" It would be best if he went to check. Just in case. She was a rather small thing after all.
