Solaris appears in a bright ball of orange fire before his subjects, Mithraz at his side. He wore a somewhat more serious look on his face as he looked over those that he saw as his own children. Seeing their faces, he almost considered keeping his mouth closed and heeding his ever stubborn and overly cautious Demi, Azure's advice in order to keep any of them coming to harm in a fight. But he remained determined to ask of all of his beloved followers what they wanted before he made any calls personally. He maintained the regal stance as he offered a warm smile and began to address his assembled followers."My dear beloved children, you may or may not have already heard of the plight that faces the God of Carnivals, Veneezia. For those that have not, suffice it to say that more than just territory is at stake here. " he paused, green eyes gazing tenderly at his followers finding it hard to imagine the scope of pain and turmoil that must be running rampant among the carnival god's followers. It broke his heart to think that any should go through such a thing. "I wish to offer aide, but do not wish to drag you all into something you wish not to be a part of. Especially when it will be beyond dangerous. So I have come to you , my children, seeking your valued opinions on the matter. I will take all into consideration before I make a final decision. " He finished speaking, trying to maintain his more regal, serious mode to refrain from starting to let his words run away until they made no sense as he went around trying to make things work according to every individual desire. Taking a calming breath he slowly took a seat on his marble throne and waited somewhat impatiently to hear what it was his cherished followers had to say about their involvement or lack thereof in this war.

Valor dashed in, all full of energy as usual. He skids to a stop, his tail flicking up over his shoulder where a very tired red bird flops to catch it's breath. "Lord Solaris!" The fox calls out with a energetic little hop and wave of his hand. The red bird peeps in shock as it tumbles off the flip of his tail and barely catches itself before hitting the ground. It flutters back up to perch on the slightly safer place of his head. "I think we should help! I think we should bring light to the carnival and chase away those nasty Cursed!"
Roan timidly creeps in after his son. he waves his hands to try and calm the energetic fox down while speaking up in his soft voice. "I would like to help them if we can. I'm not a warrior but I can patch up wounds and make pumpkin treats?"
Eliora listened to what her god had to say, nodding. "It is a dangerous thing, but we should indeed try to help defend them from the cursed. Well, those who want to. I would not look down upon any who would rather stay here, in safety, but I would be willing to help fight for them."
Rhett put a hand on his mate Roan's shoulder as he peered up at Solaris. "The cursed are a menace and evil that should be kept at bay at all costs. I know this first hand. We should help the carnival, for I don't want to see anything bad happen to them; they should have all the help they can get."
Heart shook her head at her brother Valor's never-ending lack of enthusiasm. "I suppose if we do not help them, things could be more dire in the future for all of us....I would be willing to help heal those who need it, as I am not a fighter."

Tadaaki approached the shrine of yet another deity he did not know. He sighed softly and rummaged for the proper invitation, assuming that this was indeed the shrine of the one called Solaris. If it was not then he would foolishly have to fumble for the appropriate invitation. He had been sent by Hoshigumo to extend the invitation to Solaris and his Followers to join the Festival of Lights. The feline twitched his ears and waited patiently for his presence to be noticed, though in the event that none came to answer him he would leave a holograph invitation in his absence.

Solaris noted the presence of someone unfamiliar enter his shrine. He appeared in a bright ball of fire before the feline with a warm, welcoming smile on his face. "Who are you, little one?" He inquired brightly,swishing his tail and crouching down to look the adorable fluffy one in the eye.
Why do they wish to follow Solaris?: Pasha is absolutely fascinated by Solaris. From the very moment of their first encounter she has been growing increasingly fond of him. In a world so dark and unfortunate, she finds his bright and cheery nature appealing. Enough to make this fortune teller want to follow him to the ends of the Earth.

After the Space Goddess' festival and the two departed, Pasha felt a small ache in her heart. She had so much fun, laughing and playing along with Solaris' antics. His personality was infectious and it was becoming something the fortune teller could not live without. She went back to where she was dwelling for the time being and could only think about the Sun God. Never did she think she would meet a deity, let alone one that caught her attention in such a way as Solaris did. "...My... I would be a fool not to visit his shrine... wouldn't I?" She laughed softly to herself.
She felt silly but it wasn't long after the festival Pasha found herself traveling to Solaris' temple for the first time. Not only did she feel silly, she was nervous. "..Get yourself together.." She whispered under her breath, closing her eyes. "...May fortune favor me." She sighed slightly before continuing on her way to the temple.
Upon reaching it she stopped a moment to gaze around. A place truly fitting for a God of the Sun. It reflected him quite well. She couldn't help but smile at the sight. It was then the the alter was spotted and Pasha made her way over. Kneeling down the two-tailed fox cupped her hands together to say a little prayer. "My.. where to begin..?" She paused a moment to collect her thoughts before speaking again. "Solaris, God of the Sun, we have met time and time again.. I have traveled to see the place where all your light shines, where those who love and adore you come to sing praise. And here is where I ask if you would allow me to join in singing the songs. To allow me to serve you darling till I no longer draw breath." She wasn't sure what else to say without revealing her whole heart to the God through prayer. Instead she only smiled and waited a few moments for any signs of a reply.

Solaris felt Pasha's familar presence the moment she had entered his little valley and had to hold himself back as to not suddenly burst out in a ball of flames to greet her exuberantly. He observed her in excited silence as she drew closer and entered his temple with an excited smile. Oh the wait was nearly killing him by the time she began her reverent prayer. As she spoke he was suddenly still and silent, listening to her each and every word. Somewhere on the verge of tears of jubilation and sheer bliss he suddenly appeared to her in an explosion of fire. He hovered above his alter and smiled down at her warmly, his lively green eyes starting to tear up."Of course my silly girl, you are a more than welcome to be part of the Family of the Sun." He replied with the last bit of regal air he could muster. Then unable or unwilling to hold back his joy that she had come he landed and wrapped her in a warm hug with a closed eyed smile.

Pasha felt the familiar warmth when Solaris appeared. For some reason it was comforting and eased her nerves. When he spoke, her eyes met his out of respect. She couldn't help but smile when he welcomed her and was about to reply when she felt his arms around her. "Oh my..." She chuckled happily and brought her arms around him in return. "Thank you darling, I shall strive to always see you smile." Being so close to Solaris, she felt a few tears trickle down her cheek which she took a moment to wipe them away, only chuckling some more. "Sorry.. I'm just so delighted!"

Solaris was even more happy when she returned his embrace. After a long moment he released her, not bothering to wipe the happy tears that had rolled from his own eyes. Still smiling brightly he replied. "That makes me happy." As she chuckled and wiped away her tear his smile grew warm and fond. She was so adorable and sweet, he loved her so much and she was fun to be around too. "There is no shame in feeling joy." he said brightly with a closed eyed smile.

Pasha nodded. "You're right darling." The smile lingered on her face as she reached up and gently wiped away the deity's tears. "If only we all can learn that." She caressed his cheek as her tails swayed behind her. "I'm so glad to have met you..." Her gaze shone with happiness and admiration. Solaris truly was a sight to behold. It truly was an honor.

Solaris opened his eyes as she reached up and wiped away his tears and smiled softly. Her touch felt nice and he wasn't entirely sure that his heart hadn't just turned into a fluttering butterfly. "I suppose that I'll have to teach it then." He replied matter of factly. Meeting her gaze his green eyes sparkled as he smiled. "As am I." He agreed happily.
Why do they wish to follow Solaris?: After Raine's many battles in the arena, she was happy and proud to accept Solaris's blessing and her chance to give her life a direction, by becoming one of his generals.
Why do they wish to follow Solaris?: Tensi has felt the draw of the sun before her birth, like she was meant to follow the sun. So she jumped at the chance to follow Solaris when she meet him at the sun festival.
Why do they wish to follow Solaris?: Meadow once felt depressed and at a drift. She had no idea what to do with her life, she had almost given her life to a strange man. She knew she couldn't trust, then her life changed when she was touched by Solaris's power. Now she feels like life can be a bright joy, and it's all because of Solaris.
Why do they wish to follow Solaris?: Dawn wants to be as helpful as she can and she wants to figure out where her brother went, she just hopes Solaris can help her.
Why do they wish to follow Solaris?: Sarieth admires Solaris, he would follow no other. He would be happy to be his follower and fight for him when he needs him.
