Daniel paused a bit when she stepped in front of him and held her arms out like a child would for their father/mother to pick them up. He laughed slightly and he picked her up with no trouble. She was so light, which only made it better in his opinion. She was so adorable. The way she smiled too was the best. She did her famous smile that he loved so much when they used to be together, she was still as great as she used to be back then.
He loved seeing her happy, it made him happy, although he wasn't sure on what to think about everything going on. He wasn't sure if it was feeling for her or pure lust.
As he carried her he listened to her speak and he smiled gently. "I am glad you forgive me. I know it was rough, but... I would definitely like to start over." He chuckled a bit. He knew she was hesitant, most likely hesitant because she would risk being hurt again, but then again, what girl wouldn't be hesitant with an ex? He let out a soft breath as he listened to her and he nodded. "I agree with you... It was a bit stupid to break up, but I just thought you'd go away to college and I didn't want to risk the whole long distance thing." He admitted.
