Liira || At her stall

Liira stared daggers at the wort that was an ice earthling as he stalked off. Good riddance. a**. She noticed that the timid grubby handed Alkidike and the other earthling had started their own conversation and, following suit, she turned her attention to the Alkidike woman in front of her. She didn't think she would outright call herself a huntress, but she guessed that was the closest to what you would call it. She shrugged. "I know my way around a bow."

The Alkidike seemed to be distant and continually scanned the crowd during their short conversation. Yeah sure, pass the time here instead of leaving Liira alone in peace. It was obvious she wasn't completely interested in this stall and was just looking for this Rishima fella. Whatever, it just meant that she could get on in her business in peace. Not that it mattered much anyways. The horns had just blared through the grounds and it would be time to get on with the battling soon. She only hoped that she could face that snot-nosed, bad attitude ice earthling. Wishful thinking, you know? "I haven't seen him, but he can't be that hard to miss if he's as tall as you Alkidike women." She uncrossed her arms and gestured to Jerarda's height.

Lasarra

Lasarra nodded. "You just have to remember that they signed up for this." she said with a shrug. She knew there was a good chance she was going to get hurt, she just hoped that whatever happened to her could be healed and that she wouldn't be disfigured in any way. "And her training is going good. She was pretty wild at first, but she's calmed down. She even helps keep some of the other animals in line." she said with a smile and a nod.

When Kelina said she was going to go for her match Lasarra hugged her tightly. "Please be safe Kel, I just got you. I don't want to lose you. And I'll be watching and cheering you on!" she said looking her sister in the eye before Kelina walked away.

Niadra

Niadra laughed. If there was one thing she knew, she knew that people loved to dance. Some people more then others, but for the most part everyone loved to dance. "I'm sure that people will join us, and yes some tips would be good! I have a little bit of money but not nearly enough to buy anything nice." she said shrugging. "Yes, as soon as I'm done. I'm sure that since I'm so use to working out and running around I should have enough energy to dance after!" she said with a laugh. She had never been in a battle, so she didn't know how much energy it would take, but hopefully not so much she wouldn't be able to dance.

Ilyra

She nodded, then remembering that Dyakida couldn't see mentally kicked herself. It was easy to remember that Dyakida couldn't see, she did so much and never let anything get in her way. Just one of the things that she admired about Dyakida. "Yes you told me when we were talking about you making me a bow." she said as she ran her fingers over the bow. It was beautiful, clearly a work of art. She wanted to say so many more things, but she didn't know what else to say. She couldn't thank Dyakida enough. She knew that Dyakida had spent a lot of time crafting this bow. "Thank you, thank you so much." she said with a smile.

Turning to Sathe she smiled. She was cute. She had been telling Briella that she should plead to Aisha for her own little one, with Kadriye if she had to pick, just so Ilyra would have a sibling! But for now she would be fine talking to other younglings.

"Yes you two are lucky, I wish my hair was as shiny as yours." that was so cute, she was almost five! So little, Ilyra barely remembered being five. "From what I hear your big sister is going to win everything. You can tell me about it after as well since I won't be able to watch it!".

4th post for all of them
Vollerei
With Tau at Food stalls

She thought on what he'd said. To humid? Well that was true. Though he looked odd to her eyes now. She was used to markings and designs upon the skin, the Earthlings with their simple coloration's did look odd.
"The pale bland colors of your skin need paint to look better, makes you more like an Alkidike," She grinned at him as she pulled Zweil off his head and let the kinfa finish her plate. She'd finished before Tau cause she knew how to eat fast but still enjoy it. She'd slow down for the good stuff, this was mediocre.
"Not bad, interesting flavor, but not something I want to learn to make. I'll pay for the next stall since I have some extra coins from raiding a bandit's camp."
With that she nodded at the stall owner and cheerfully went to the backer's stall next to it. A scent of pastries with fruit and honey insides met her nose. These would be good, she could tell.

Senja
With Niadra

The horn blew and she looked up, "Does that mean you have to go now?" She got a jittery feeling in her stomach, eager to see her friend fight, but worried she might get hurt. "I'll walk with you there then wait in the stands for you to finish!"

Rayolun
With Lassara

Rayolun considered Lassara's words, that was true. Guess I shouldn't hold back too much then, he thought. He chuckled at what Izsha was doing, "Helping out? You must really have trained her good!" When Kelina left, he gave her a small wave and a "Good luck." What else could he say? She was cute (though not as cute as Lassra) and he didn't know her too well....

And what did Lassara mean by ' just got you?' Weren't they sisters? Curious. But it wasn't his place to pry too much. And now he was alone with Lassara.. well, as alone as you can get in a crowd. Looking at her he gave a lopsided smile, "I'll probably drop by your place and deliver another animal in the next few weeks if you want. I'm headed to go try hunting along the coast soon so it'd have to be now or in a few months..." He had only ever seen the sea from a distance and through the trees, so he wanted to go see more of it. He was rather tired of hunting in the jungles in fact, wanted a bit more.. excitement? Adventure? Something like that. Something new.

Zuri

"Yes, although not the best people skills, she is an excellent hunter." Zuri said looking over at Liira. She didn't say it loud enough for Liira to hear most likely, but it was a compliment if she really thought of it. The animals were killed in a way that their skin wasn't messed. Yes, if Liira was the one who killed them or even the one who skinned them, she was very talented.

"I'm glad that you like them. And don't worry about paying me back. I just hope that the furs bring you happiness." she said with a smile as she squeezed Niabi's hand. "So tell me, will you be battling today?" she asked. She knew that Niabi wasn't much of a fighter, but she also knew that she wanted to become one.

Kelina
Heading towards the food stalls

Kelina stretched her arms after her battle. It had gone fairly quick in a somewhat sad way. Although she had not won, she learned a lot, and sometimes that was more important. She was somewhat bruised up, especially her knee, and after seeing the healers it was nothing more than a dull throb. She saw her sister still talking to Rayolun and decided to give the two more time to talk by themselves since she knew how her sister felt. Food was what she decided she needed. The battle had worked up quite the appetite so she made her way towards the food. Stopping in one of the more...normal looking ones, Kel ordered some kind of noodle things in broth. With a shrug, she took a sip. It was actually really good despite the questionable blue things floating around in it. Finishing off that bowl, she got another and proceeded to scarf that one down as well.

Chandra post 1

They were sitting in the stands, his tiny hands clutching the small glass orb which contained his new pet menk. It was red and green and he was staring at it quietly observing it as it floated around. His brother held one of his own though it was a different color. He was of course trying to find a name for this new pet, but the stands were crowded and full of people enjoying the fighting down below.

Chandra had paid attention when daddy fought and won, and Uncle Jak fought and won, mommy fought and won and then it was Uncle Tak's turn. Though he hadn't expected the man to fight hard....not like mommy and her hammer, he had hoped he would win. If only cause Takoda was so quiet and timid...it made him feel if Takoda could win..perhaps there was hope for him yet.

Poking his brother in the side lightly he pointed as Uncle Takoda was leaving the ring.

"Uncle Tak lost." Was his quiet comment as he snuggled up closer to his brother is only to get a better look at Aysurn's menk.

Aysun post 1

Aysun lifted his menk up over his head to stare at it, turning the globe it lived in slowly, watching the way that it swam in a manner that allowed it to always be upright before he gave a bit of a smile. They were a really strange animal, that was for sure, something that could live forever in a globe without having to be fed. It was pretty weird... but still, it was one that he felt their mother would like a lot better then Kapila who was currently staying with his family members back in Jauhar. Maybe it was cause Kapila was a bug? He sure knew that Uncle Tak wasn't a fan...

Lowering his Menk down he looked through it's container, toward where Takoda was at the moment, then glanced over at his twin, "Huh... I hope he is alright... I bet Uncle Jacin will want to kiss him and make it better." He said, sticking his tongue out at the idea as though kissing was 'icky' before he pushed up to his feet, leaning over the railing, waving both hands despite one of them holding his Menk, and yelled, "You did good! I still love you Uncle Tak!" Hoping that he would hear and that it would make up for the fact that he'd been beat by a girl. Sitting down he looked over at Chandra again, "I bet it sucks getting beat by a girl." That was what he was taking out of the battles thus far, that there were a lot of scary girls in the world just like their mom, that liked to beat up boys.

Aysun gave a little smile and said, "I bet if we were fighting we'd win." Course he didn't have a weapon and couldn't cast any spells but still, he had confidence in the two of them and their potential given that both their parents had won. That must mean that they were twice as awesome then!

Jerarda: post 3

Looking over the tall alkidike woman nodded her head, after all if the girl at the stall didn't know Rishima, then she better keep moving. Grasping her spear she figured she would move towards the stands, perhaps the half breed was there. Or if she was lucky she would find him in the area fighting.

"Thank you for your time. I hope you sell many pelts." She commented to Liira before she turned and moved off.

Heading forwards and to the stands, she discovered there were a lot of people watching the fights, it was loud with cheering and booing and her eyes skimmed over everyone but didn't see the one she was looking for. However she saw two young boys...clutching glass orbs that contained strange fish creatures in them.

Walking over she peered down at them,

"Have you seen a man with pale skin? And antenna like me?" SHe inquired to both Aysurn and Chandra.

Yaholo: Post one

Yaholo finally made his way to the stands after his battle was through, having been at the healing tent for some time. Despite winning his first battle, he certainly didn't leave unscathed, and wanted make sure he was in tip-top-shape for his next battle. He approached the crowded vending stations with as much curiosity as excitement, and decided to purchase a few items from the fairgrounds vendor. A few strange vials of liquid, an odd gray scale, some small trinkets, and a tiny fish in a jar whom he affectionately named "Ponja", were just a few of the items he purchased.

He wandered among the crowds and bought himself something to snack on. The vendor had called it "Bakob" or something similar, and it was comprised of meat, vegetables, and a wonderful sauce that Yaholo wanted to ask the recipe for. He chowed down on his treat before deciding to sit and watch the remaining fights, taking a seat close to where Aysun, Chandra and Jerarda were sitting. This was all so amazing, and yet so daunting! He couldn't wait to see who he would be fighting next!

Aysun post two

Aysun turned to look away from his brother toward the one that was suddenly casting a shadow over them, something that caused his bright blue eyes to go wide before he lifted his gaze up, up, up to look at the giantess that was speaking to them. He starred for a long moment before he went, "Woooooah... Chandra look! A Giantess!" He squeaked out, having see the Alkidike as they battled but never had one of them come close to them like this! It was quite amazing! How he wanted to see if he could climb up her like he did the trees back home in Jauhar... not that he thought it would go over all that well.

Instead he tried to focus on what she was saying, "Huh... no, not really... unless he was that Shifter guy with the antennae? He was darker when we saw him though." Aysun mused, then looked over at his twin, "You remember him, right? He was pretty impressive, though Papa is gonna beat him in the next round." He said confidently, not wanting to see their father lose to anyone, no offense to the strange Shifter with the antennae or anything. Not like Aysun could have anything against those with mixed blood both because he was that way himself and because he was far too young to really care about such things.

His attention then went back to the giantess again, "So are you his girlfriend?" He asked in a curious manner, wondering if they were gonna have to see even more kissing today if she found him within their line of sight. Blech... there was already too much threat of that for his liking, thanks.

Pidgeons go meow X3

[Biroki: Relaxing]
Biroki left the Arena not feeling particularly victorious, but he didn't feel bad either. He tried to find Rastian in the crowd. He seemed familiar and Biroki was feeling pretty good and ready to chat with someone.

[Kaalnia: Shaken]
Kaalnia still wanted to cry, but she at least had pulled herself together enough to put on a good face and head out into the crowd. She found herself flinching at every ice tribe person she met, which she knew was a silly thing to do. One of the healers had been a nice ice tribe man, so she knew she shouldn't. But she did. She needed something to drink, something sweet and tasty. Not eat- her stomach wasn't ready to refill itself just yet. She stopped by a troupe of dancers and was caught by their routine. She watched them, still shivering, barely even noticing that they were wearing skimpy little outfits, men and women both. You know what would feel really good right now? Like right now? she thought to herself, watching them and hugging herself to try to keep the shivers at bay, dancing. her stomach twinged in disagreement.

[Ruelash: Eager to Fight again, returning to Arena]
He was coming down off of the adrenaline high, and coming down well. A quick and mandatory trip to the healers, who he sassed and growled at, and he was back to his usual a*****e self, instead of a crazy cornered animal. Didn't matter- he still felt good. This really was his sort of event. Lots of fighting and carnage to go around! He grabbed some food and went back to the arena waiting room to avoid the crowds and practice and warm up in peace.

[Peyla: at the Bookie]
Nooo No no no what was he doing? He was giving away the shinies! But... but they were shiny, what was he doing! If he didn't want them, he should give it all to her.
She flew down to tell him so, but he swatted at her again.
Hmmph! Crazy Earthling! Clearly she had to save him from himself and take his shinies so he couldn't give them away. But she needed a plan...

[Hijil: Worried]
He had won the fight, and it had been terrifying to behold. The world was full of dangers, and Hijil could see, from her place on the stands, that he was one of them. She could take care of herself, Hijil knew that. But still, Hijil was worried. She went to the refreshments stand to spend her extremely meagre funds on something cool and refreshing, something to ease her nerves. Even if She needed help, Hijil couldn't help her. It was against tournament rules, and also unfair. She didn't deserve the burden of a horrible monster like Hijil anywhere near her. She may be fighting someone who looked like one in the stark sunlight with blood streaking his face and arms, but two monsters didn't make it right.

[Dyakida: at her stall]
Dyakida kept an ear to the conversation while trying to find her staffs. They weren't exactly like the earthling's staves- she had only ever felt one. These were more like quarterstaffs with special grain and carvings. She wasn't sure if it would work right without the big heavy crystal. Maybe these were good only for walking. But who else to consult but someone who used them?

"Use it well, Ilyra" she said, pleased with Ilyra's reaction. It might be simple in design, but she had made sure it was just right and exactly what she wanted. Not a single compromise there.

Aha, there they were.
She moved them out from their little resting place and leaned them against the back of the counter so that Aminah could see them. "I merely need to know if I managed to get the wood to focus right. I'm still trying to figure out the trick to calibrating a crystal to magical energies..." she stopped, a little chagrined that she was getting so... technical.

She inclined her head towards the little four year old. "And I would appreciate it greatly. Thank you."
