There was a large table topped with an a** load of chips, all different colors. Most of them were piled haphazardly near an insiduious looking Mer. He had sunglasses on, and anyone who wears sunglasses indoors is automatically a douchebag. To top it all off, he wore a 10 gallon hat. Like what the balls? Five cards were held in one of his hands, the other was pushing all of his chips into the pot. "All in fothermuckers." It was clear that he had been drinking for awhile, his speech was slurred and stupid. Being that the Mer had a lot more money to bet than the other players, they were all forced to go all in as well or fold. Most of the men backed off, but one handsome fellow in an expensive suit had other plans in mind. He pushed the small pile he had right in, an easy smirk plastering his face. The Mer met his eyes through the haze of cigar smoke, a dangerous glint in them. The man chuckled once and deftly flicked his cards down; a full house. For an instant the Mer was stunned, but that look of surprise changed right into a slimey grin. "All mine, sucker." The cards were shown, three aces and two queens. Groans were heard all around the table, the Mer had won again.

 Saleria The Flame Typhoon ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ Saleria watched as the men all dispersed, they had bet servitude to the Mer since they had really nothing left to bet. Saleria snapped her fingers as the Mer's Cigar would quickly diminish in flames to a stop. She soon strutted herself in and sat down at the table, being careful from her literally smoking hot tush so she didn't burn the stool. "I'll take you on in this game.... but we'll be playing Texas hold'em. That way it'd be fair game." She stated as the Dealer looked to the Sunglasses wearing Mer to see if he approved, if he did then he would begin to deal the cards. The mer had accepted as they started a game of Texas hold'em, which was going to end very soon. Saleria had gotten a 5, 8 Clubs suited as she watched the mer carefully. She was one armed, but she was still going to be careful and win via the bets. As she was playing, she noticed the mer reaching down into his satchel when everyone else wasn't looking. The moment he had pulled out a card, Saleria was quick to glare at it and combust the card into flames, causing the Mer to stand up in a jolt of Surprise. "Looks like I win." Saleria stated as she got up and held out her hand, wanting all of the IOUs and the chips that was placed on up for grabs. The Mer cursed and drew out his spear as he lunged it at Saleria, which she side-stepped to let it hit her already damaged Arm. If it wasn't bleeding then, it was now, but it was bleeding a gasoline-like substance, which kept burning on the outside. She glared at the Mer as it looked to her in pure surprise as she raised up and slammed down on the spear's handle. If she could punch and make a Gargoyle stumble back, the spear's handle would be nothing as she shattered it into pieces. This frightened the Mer as he backed up slowly from her, Saleria leaving the spear head through her arm as she walked slowly to the mer. She was quick to reach out, grasping at it's throats, making sure to place her fingers over it's exposed neck gills as her hand was already burning hot. "Tell your leader that if I see her here in this town... I will cook her and eat her myself!" She shouted at the Mer as she deprived it of it's precious oxygen before releasing it and letting the Mer run away like the little douchebag b***h he was before beating her chest with her left hand and walking out and away. Saleria The Flame Typhoon ▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓▓ Saleria entered the bar, her right arm still draped at her side while the men at the bar all cheered at her arrival. It seemed they earned their dignity, money, and clothing, back thanks to Saleria as she giggled and waved her good arm. She moved over to the only good dining table, waiting for Sophia. "It was petty gambling and the mer wasn't so good at combat.... thus the spear." She responded as they were them given free samples before being asked about the couple's special. The feast comprised of Dolphin meat, steaks, chocolate pie, Creme brulee, and spaghetti. Saleria's side of the table was already on fire as she had 'drooled' some flames onto the table cloth.
