Yasu looked down at his glasses feeling a bit sick before spitting on them and rubbing away some of the blood. Enough of the sticky red liquid came off to let him see, albeit at the cost of his peripherals. He stuck them on and yelled out, "AWWW NASTY!!!!!! THEY HAVE SPIT STREAKS ALL OVER THEM!!!!!" After a few moments of complaining, he started down the hallway again but with a sense of puzzlement. "Uhh Kara, don't you think it's a bit strange that we haven't seen a single kid or kishin this entire time?"

Noel Balaster

It wasn't long before Noel started to feel the effects of Jackie's attack. 'Crap I've been drugged.' Noel wobbled as she tried to keep her footing. The music in her ear lost all rhythm and melded to mush. Her body felt heavy and her eyes began playing tricks on her. She was at a huge disadvantage right now. She was being robbed of her sight and hearing. Even though Jackie was dominating the fight, Noel refused to give up. She backed herself up into a corner. She tapped the wall franticly to make sure she had her back to a wall. 'Good with this wall behind me I won't have to worry about attacks from behind. I have to time my attacks. At this angle I only have to worry about attacking in front of me.' Jackie appeared as a blur but Noel was still able to identify the twisted smile on her face. Noel closed her eyes for a few seconds, when she reopened them she saw Jackie's attack.

"Not this time. Scrapguard."

Metallic shards appeared around Noel. The cloud of metal whirled around her and protected her from Jackie's assault. Despite Noel's defenses, her condition worsened. She had to end this fight quickly the longer the battle continued the more it tipped into Jackie's favor.

Things were looking worse for Noel. Her plan to lure Jackie into a close range fight failed. Jackie now launched a new set of attacks, which limited Noel's options. The purple flames blocked her escape and strange purple orbs flew over head. Noel was in trouble and it was all due to her carelessness. Jackie was not a direct fighter instead she played with Noel's emotions until she found the opening she needed. The Death Scythe was out of options. Her only hope was to go all out and leave the rest to the students. Noel was already injured and knew she would suffer more injuries but she was determined to defeat Jackie.

"You know Jackie you're a real scary girl." She said in a dull emotionless tone. While speaking Noel began removing her jacket, headphones, and shirt. "You obvious planned ahead. You knew I was coming here, you knew of Kyda, and you even know of Alec. I have no idea what your goals are but if you know anything about me then you know I won't allow you to succeed. Further more you should know what I am truly capable of. Congratulations Jackie you should be honored. It's not every day that I'm forced to use this."

Noel crossed her hand in front of herself. Her soul instantly doubled in size and strength. Her hair began to move as if it was caught in the wind. Her sky blue eyes changed into a deep crimson red and her lushes blonde hair changed to a pale violet. The usual dull expression was changed into a serious one. Noel had entered her true state. She activated her Astral mode -Awaking.

"Now, let's end this Jackie." she said confidently.

Noel retracted her giant blades from her arms. She jumped up and went straight through the purple orbs Jackie set above her. Noel used her blades like a shield to reduce the damage from Jackie's attack but there was no telling what effect the Kishin's attack would have on Noel. She was free from the fiery cage Jackie made. The clock was ticking. Noel could not remain in her awaking mode for long. Her plan was to beat Jackie quickly before she reached her limits. Noel vision was still blurred and she wobbled slightly but she was ready for whatever Jackie had planned.

Noel Balaster

Overflowing with a tremendous amount of power Noel rushed towards her foe. The large yellow blades, which covered her arms, started to glow. A golden aura now coated her blades, which also doubled the weapon's reach. Noel ran towards Jackie with her arms crossed like an X. In one fluid motion Noel struck. To the naked eye It only appeared that Noel dashed passed Jackie but her attack was far more fatal. Noel now stood a few feet away from Jackie.

"This fight is over." Noel said in a serious tone.

The crimson eyes, which burned with hatred returned to a soft shade of blue. The long silver lock became flushed with color and changed back to its former glory. Noel took a deep breath as her soul returned to half of its normal strength. She turned her head slightly to watch Jackie from the corner of her eye. As expected the Kishin women remained motionless in one spot. The room was completely silent, except for the constant tapping of blood falling from Noel's blade.

"I loved him." She said in a saddened voice. "I never thought that I was capable of harboring such feelings for another but I truly love Alec with all of my heart. Our bound was impenetrable and he wanted to make sure that bond could never be severed. On the last night I saw him, before he departed for his mission, he brought me to a lake. Alec poured out his heart and proposed to me. And you know what I said? Stupidly I told him that I needed more time." She laughed slightly. "I was so obsessed with my modeling career kicking off that I was unsure of the thought of marriage. But Alec took my hand and gave me a warm smile. He looked me in the eyes and said 'Take all the time you need. Just know I will be waiting for you and you only.' Sadly I left the country the next day, unaware it would be the last time I would see him. I traveled to New York, while Alec and Kyda left for their mission and I never saw him again. I only wish that I could hold him in my arms one last time. All I have now are my memories of him. So when you set out to tarnish my memories I had no choice but to kill you."

Noel noticed a thin red ring forming around Jackie's arms and waist. Blood slowly crept from underneath the woman's skin. A loud creek noise echoed in the room. The bookcase in the corner of the room slowly slid apart, fully sliced in two. Aside from the bookcase the chairs, walls, tables, and everything not nailed down slid apart. All of the objects were perfectly cut in half. Even though Noel stood tall, she could feel the effects of Jackie's last attack creeping up on her. Noel ran through Jackie's attack, absorbing its full force in the process.

" Any parting words?" Noel said calmly as her blades retracted back into her skin.

Blood splattered all over the room as Jackie split into two. The coppery smell from the blood was something Noel was all to familiar with. Before Jackie could pass over the devious Kishin launched one final attack against Noel. Unlike Jackie's other attacks; this one completely pierced Noel's heart. Upon hearing the news of Jackie sleeping with Alec, Noel's eyes widened. A mixture of shock and fear overwhelmed her. She had no idea if it was another lie but deep down Noel believed it to be true. Why else would Jackie claim such a statement on her death bed. Noel tried to reject the truth but what Jackie sais was true. A tiny fetus slid out of the remains of Jackie. Seeing the unborn child was all the confirmation she need. Noel's body trembled. She held a look of shock on her face and her heart felt heavy. The man she once loved the same man who she lusted over , even after his passing had betrayed her. Jackie had completely broken the Death Scythe. Noel fell to her knees. The toxins from Jackie's attacks had kicked in but the crippling truth hurt Noel even more. She slung her head low, her golden strands shielding her face. Noel sat there in a blood pool and cried.
