Special Agent Graham I've already said quite a bit of my Mads fandom in Angel's original Hannibal thread..but my Hannibal and I have been pretty rabid fans of the man since King Arthur and would catch him in anything and everything we could get our hands. I always felt he was soooo underused/underrated in Hollywood movies. It kinda pissed me off, like... he was so much more fun to watch in Clash of the titans than boring Worthington..should have been a Draco movie XD. So when I read in a magazine that he was going to be playing Hannibal in a new TV show, I was an instant fan and hadn't ever been so excited for a TV show to air on TV. he's getting the attention he deserves now. All we need is an emmy or a golden globe nominations!!!

Mads has really been around and I've seen a lot of his work.. most of the time his acting and his characters are the ones that save the show.
Such as Will pointing out how Draco in Clash of the Titans was far more interesting than the main actor... I have to agree. Draco made that movie extremely interesting.
Casino Royale was definitely one of my favorites, he pulled off a classic James Bond villain which is NOT an easy task! I was even rooting for him at one point.. gonk
King Arthur is another great movie, Tristan didn't have as much screen time as some of the other characters but he was more interesting than Arthur himself. Even Hugh as Galahad was great.
There's a newer Mads movie that my Will pointed out for me to watch called A Royal Affair. It's in a foreign language and full of drama, his acting is fantastic and it's actually a pretty good movie to watch if anyone is interested.

Bleeding Apocalypse Oh yes, definitely. Definitely. But I'm like... yelling at the TV that nobody else seems to think it's weird he's so emotionless about everything!
Also, I hope every single time Will is in his office, he just happens to glance over and see the damn moose, elk, stag, whatever it is statue, but he never does. >:C Instead he just stood right in front of it and didn't notice a thing. To be fair, everyone in tv!Hannibal is kind of dumb.

That would be amazing. I love the differences and the similarities in the way Hannibal treats the women in his life. i know!!!!!! but he was in love with her. emotion_8c she just couldnt love the "monster" he had become. emotion_facepalm when she stripped naked in the book and he turned her down i was like omd!!!! O_O exactly, so it makes me wonder if Clarise really could love him without the drugging and the capture bonding. im sure she did in her own way. he was always on her mind maybe she did but she didnt realize it until they started spending time together. Maybe, but the bottom line is he had to reprogram her to a certain extent too. mmhmm. theres no doubt about it. but i think that somehow it wasnt just his reprogramming i think something inside her wanted him as much as he wanted her.

I just watched episode 9 and the ending was amazing. Mads did it beautifully. emotion_kirakira he captured the essence of Hannibal perfectly. IT was beautiful. He took advantage of the situation so beautifully.
