When I want you, I don't have raise my voice. When I call you, you know you haven't got a choice.
When you hear me, you better come without delay. Hear me singing, honey, wont you come and play?

Succumb, surrender to me. Throw yourself into my sea. I'm waiting here with my arms open wide.

Come to me, darling. Come inside.
Give in, give over to me. Drown yourself, satisfy your needs. Nothing to fear. I've got nothing but time.
Come to me, darling. Come inside.

Little sailor, little fool. You better heed the golden rule. Do unto others just as you would like to have them do to you.
You think you can just walk away, but no, it just don't work that way. See, once you're mine, you'll always be.
I never give anything for free.

Luci smiled softly at the blush that lit the male's cheeks at her terms. It was obvious that he was in over his head when it came to the topic simply by the modesty he held toward it. Her eyes darted to his hands as they worried at the bottom hem of his shirt before moving back up to his face. His blush had yet to go away as he spoke, confirming her suspicions. "Good. I'm glad that you have no ulterior motives." She said, her smile widening as he finally turned his eyes back to her mismatched set.

She listened carefully as he explained his past, why he had changed from the murderous ways of the kelpie and into a more... tame brand of equine. She too, had changed from her own upbringings and it made her feel slightly closer to him, though she wasn't sure why. Then again, she wasn't sure hwy he was spilling about his life so early either... Perhaps it was her voice, drawing the words from his lips. She wouldn't have doubted it, considering people always seemed to find it easy to speak with her. Undine shook her head slightly to clear the thoughts as he apologized for rambling.

"It's perfectly fine. My own history isn't too far from yours, except I was captured from that world and didn't leave intentionally. But it turned out alright. After a few years of resenting my owners, I came to enjoy the life they gave me and became more tame in my own mischief. It went from violence to simple trickery and pranks." A shrug of her shoulders followed her words before she continued. "But honesty is a very good quality to have. I, for one, am happy that you possess that trait." Luci said with a bright and stunning smile, her eyes glinting once more with the playfulness that echoed in her voice. Her eyes glanced down at the book in her lap, her hands clasped around the cover as she moved one to trace over the letters in the worn leather. "Do you like books, Kale? I love them very deeply. They are my refuge from the insanity that threatens to consume me when waiting for a master. I don't mind being a slave, Kale... I only mind the waiting when one gives me up or dies of old age..." Her wide grin faded into a weak smile as she spoke of waiting and dying. Undine had never known the feeling of getting old, never knew the slowing of pace or the lack of energy. For a brief moment, she wondered what it was like, but she shook it off, turning her attention back Kale.

⊱⊱ F L A N N E R Y or Fawn, the Red Stag Skinwalker
░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░

Hearing his comment after she explained she wasn't exactly sure which form she liked best, Flannery felt a little... Bad. She'd given him an honest answer, but from his reaction, it seemed like he wanted to base something else off what she replied with, maybe decide something for himself? Bunching her hands up in her dress' skirt, the woman wanted to give him a better answer, give him something that explained her feelings better. Better yet, maybe she could give him a better answer that might work in her favour? Orion was so nice, and the deer didn't feel afraid of him. Usually within the first ten minutes the woman had figured out if anyone or anything was friend or foe, and it seemed that Orion, the lovely scotsman was 'friend'.

Pale violet-red eyes stared at the blue-eyed man, her own eyes taking in the different tones and hues of colour. Depending on the light, her eyes would either be a warmer red, or a cooler purple. The artificial light in the room did no justice to them though, making them appear much duller and not the pretty pale cross-breed of colours they really were. They weren't bright like Orion's were, and realising she was staring, the woman corrected herself, and had to keep herself from blushing a little, quite embarrassed at openly staring at him. It didn't work though, and as he began to speak of the ocean, her cheeks became a little bit pink. It was so rude to stare, but considering he was talking about the body of water in such a loving manner, Flannery couldn't help it. His eyes were the same blue as the spring near where her family had lived...

Spacing off just as Orion did, the thought of falling asleep to the sound of water was almost like a fictional dream. Waterfalls were soothing, and babbling brooks were too, so to hear waves crashing gently and although she really disliked thunderstorms - deer hated loud sounds - Flannery knew she wouldn't be scared if she was inside a house with someone to keep her calm. Besides, she had her human form back, thunder and lighting wasn't as scary when your human ears weren't as sensitive as a deers. Not to mention it was easier to cover your ears when you had hands - cloven hooves just weren't made for covering up ears very well. Coming back to reality, Flannery was starting to worry. A human that could change into any animal as long as they had a part of it wasn't too appealing, but yet Fawn noticed a change in the man when she'd mentioned she liked 'making friends'. Fawn was a good friend, Fawn liked to be surrounded by people that weren't cruel or mean. Given "people" had been deer, the woman was very much a family girl, and as long as she trusted someone, she could be happy anywhere.

"Orion, sir?" Her voice cut through the dreamy quietness, a small smile on her lips. "I dun think I answered yer question well... I may not know which form I prefer these days, but I'd like ta have the chance to find out." Playing with the hem of her dress, the creamy skintone of her calves and the tops of her knees visible, her toes bounced a little as she felt energy course through her body again. "I spent tha last many years as a deer, an' it only recently I re-discovered mah human form. I want the chance ta give you a better answer... Giving a light chuckle, the bouncing of her legs was becoming quite prominent, and Flannery had to work to keep them still. "S-Sorry... I just... My body's used ta being in an animal form. The wild energy still. It had yet ta leave." Blushing, she crossed her ankles tightly and tucked them to the side, hands pressing down on her knees to stop the energetic bouncing.

Eyes turned down, the smile left Flannery's face. Oh god, she must have looked so stupid now, unable to control the ebb and flow of energy in her own body. All the regrets from spending almost all her life stuck as an animal were wreaking havoc on her mind an body, being stuck in this building. While she was happy and energetic, there were times in this place that just took this away. Orion was looking like her escape, her path to being outdoors once again. Lifting her eyes, she tipped her head to the side so that her loose curls flowed over her shoulder, her eyes shutting as she forced a smile. "Yer a nice man, Orion. I feel safe around ye'." Opening her eyes while she spoke, it felt odd to admit such a thing, but finding her voice now, it was nice to be able to verbally admit things. Besides, wasn't it the right way to build trust? Being open and honest? Deer didn't hide anything, and while she was sure that the red deer her siblings and herself had lived with knew they weren't real deer, they had been accepted because they didn't try to convince them otherwise. Animals knew things that humans and other beings didn't, and her tainted blood (you try living as a deer for three-quarters of your life and walk away without your human blood being tainted) wasn't letting her forget it. But had she been too open? Clamming up and turning away from Orion, she tried to use her hair to hide her embarrassment, fingers tightening on her dress hem. It wasn't totally her fault she was such a shy creature.

Orion carefully listened to her try to explain her previous answer to his question. She didn't seem to remember much about what it felt like to be human, and he barely remembered his life as an animal. It was all backwards and upside down. He couldn't expect an answer from her that would give him any hope, but at the same time, it was wrong for him to assume she couldn't ever answer his question. Perhaps he had just been alone to long, and she was the answer, or someone else was the answer and she was going to help him find it. Orion glanced down at her restless legs, and suddenly thought that he would have to teach her some of the older dances he knew that involved quick, galloping movements. It might help her to be more comfortable in her human skin. There was always a chance that dancing might not be her cup of tea, in which case, he'd be happy to jog with her, or let her find her own means of comfort. There was no reason he needed to do everything with her. The thought made a spot of soft pink kiss his cheeks. Showering, and sleeping with her would prove to be awkward and embarrassing. He definitely didn't need to do everything. Perhaps only one thing a day.

Taken aback by her announcement of security around Orion, he stared at her in disbelief for a second or two, trying to fathom why someone would say such a thing. He wasn't dangerous or rude, and yet, he had never heard those words strung together in such a pattern, and never had they been targeted at him. It was strange to think that someone you had only just met could have that much trust in you so soon, but he should have expected as much. Flannery was much like her deer form, and if deer didn't like you, they ran away, unless a stag thought it better to challenge you. She hadn't threatened him or fled, which meant he had assumed she wasn't afraid of him. Orion felt the need to set things right when her announcement was followed by a flash of pink cheeks turning away from him, and her hair spilling around her face as if to provide a curtain between them.

Placing one hand gently on hers that clutched the hem of her dress, Orion brought his other hand up to place a simple finger beneath her chin and turn her face towards him once more. She had such a sweet face, and he found no reason for her to hide it from him. "There's no reason to be embarrassed, Flannery. I am humbled by your trust in me." Orion found himself distracted by the feel of her hair as if brushed against the side of his hand. It was like velvet, a fit for her creamy skin. It was always a nice feeling to remember how soft, and magnificent women with legs were. The closest you could find in the ocean was a mermaid, and most lacked such beauty submerged in water. It was no wonder he would run to a crying woman and give her what she pleased; they were all just so. No woman could ever be considered ugly in his eyes, a creation he very much enjoyed, but denied himself the pleasure for fear of becoming like his twin. For something so special to believe in him, it was something new, and it made his heart warm with happiness. A happiness he wished to share, but lacked the words. "As for your wild energy, I'm sure we could find something for you to do that would help you transition a bit better." Orion knew the words were nothing in comparison to hers, but he had no way to express himself better and he hoped that she found something in his words, even if it was only a fake smile.

☣☢☠ Kale ☣☢☠
I'll find you in the deepest of nights
You'll be the one that sets me free
To all of our wasted nights
To all of our wrongs we made right

Kale watched and listened as Luci talked about her past, glad that she liked his honesty. When she began to talk about books, he was glad that they shared a similar interest in them. Books, for Kale, kept him distracted from his thoughts and the judgements of his kin that sometimes crept into his mind. He liked to read romances, imagining what it would be like to have a relationship and to find the one person that he was mean to be with. Kale was a fond believer of destiny, fate, and soul mates. He had learned about it all through the novels he read and the movies that he watched. He didn't like going out often because of the way that people sometimes treated each other. Since he was so obsessed with love, he didn't understand why people could hold so much hate in their hearts. kale realized he had been quiet for a long time and he pulled his chair closer to Luci's. He reached out and gently caressed her cheek with the back of his hand. It was a compassionate move and it was a little surprising for Kale that he was capable of such things. He withdrew his hand to look into Luci's eyes.
"I do not know why anyone would give up someone as beautiful and lovely as you, even if you do like to pull pranks."

Kale looked at Luci and then cleared his throat, wanting to know the answer to a very particular question.
"What do you think about love, Luci? Do you believe in it?"
Kale watched Luci intensely as he waited for her answer. He already felt drawn to her and he was sure that it wasn't from her powers as a siren. He wanted to see if they would be able to live together and so far, they seemed like a good match. Kale had already mostly made up his mind about purchasing Luci and he hoped that her answer to finding love would be similar or at the very least, hopeful. He was excited at the prospect of falling in love and possibly with Luci. He knew it was too early for that, but he couldn't stop the hope that began to spread in him. After she answered his question about love, he would ask her if she wanted to come home with him. He knew that it was queer for him to be asking her what she thought about being purchased since generally slaves were no given a choice, but he really wanted to know how she felt about it. He felt that it wouldn't be right to purchase her without her opinion about it first.

Luci smiled brightly as Kale confirmed his attachment to books. Similar to her own, but different. He seemed to get lost in his own mind after answering it, but that was alright. Turning her mismatched eyes to the book in her hand, one of her fingers tracing over the letters in the leather. It was a type of gesture that she was in her mind, as well. She was thinking about the past. The cruelty of people and how they could force people into doing ugly things in the dead of night for their own enjoyment. The siren didn't mind being bought and sold, but she was very particular about a few things, the person who purchased her being one of them.

After a few moments, she noticed a hand reaching out to her and as it brushed her cheek, she almost flinched on contact. Not because of any bad experiences, but simply because she didn't expect it and as she looked up into Kale's eyes, his words made her blush slightly. "Some people can't handle a favorite pan going missing or a blue shirt that is now tie-dyed with bleach or all the furniture in a room being turned upside down." She replied with a shrug of her shoulders. "As for my last owner, he died of old age. That's why I'm here."

However, as the question turned to love, she grew weary of the topic. Luci stayed quiet for a moment, her eyes narrowed slightly as she thought hard on how to answer his question. After a few moments of silence, she reluctantly answered. "To be honest with you, Kale, I don't really think that the gooey mushy feelings of love are worth all the heartaches. Love can force you to do things that normally you wouldn't do under any other circumstance and they make you forget yourself, make it so you can't live without that person. In my line of... work, we can't afford that. Not with a master at least. We're always bought and sold and traded in for a newer model, no owner stays with us forever. The heart is a very important instrument that I use to live and if it were broken, I doubt I could anymore..." Undine was quiet for a moment, getting lost in the turmoil that had begun in her mind. It probably wasn't the answer that he was looking for, but again, honesty was important. She, for one, would rather know the horrible truth than a beautiful lie.

But when he asked if she would like to go home with him, even after her answer on love, she looked up at him with her mismatched eyes and gave a nod. "Yes, I would like that." She said with a small smile. "Can I bring my books?"

☣☢☠ Kale ☣☢☠
I'll find you in the deepest of nights
You'll be the one that sets me free
To all of our wasted nights
To all of our wrongs we made right

Kale didn't understand when Lucie talked about being 'traded in for the newer model'. He still couldn't understand why people would just impose their will on others and put them in places like slave shop and do ill to them. Kale was so innocent from what he used to be that it was almost funny to witness. He tried to wrap his head around why Lucie didn't want to fall in love, but he just couldn't. He knew that people could be cruel, but he was not the type to abandon others now that he had changed his ways. He was about to say something on the matter, but thought otherwise and asked Luci if she would like to come live with him. After hearing her reply, Kale smiled.
"I have a small library at home but you are more than welcome to bring your own books."

Kale stood up and shouted to the guard to bring him the paperwork. He began to fill it out, his head full of thoughts of what it was going to be like to live with Luci. He had never really lived with females before and he couldn't remember how his sisters behaved. It had been such a long time since he was people that he wasn't really sure how to be around them or how to treat them. Hopefully Luci would be able to help him with that. He finished filling out the paperwork and signed it before returning the papers to the guard along with his payment. He was going to tell Luci about how he wouldn't abandon her, but thought better of it because she was probably told that all the time.
"You are going to love my place. It has a saltwater pool and a library."
Kale smiled and then helped Luci collect the items in her room that were hers. He was polite and wouldn't let her hold the bag before he looked at the guard and nodded. The guard handed Kale a leash and he regretfully put it on, but let it hand loose between the two.
"I promise I'll take it off in the car, but it's protocol here."

Kale looked at Luci and wanted so badly to run his hand through her hair. It looked so inviting. Kale hoped that the two of them living together would be a good thing for the both of them. He had a good feeling about it and he was going to go with his instincts."

⊱⊱ F L A N N E R Y or Fawn, the Red Stag Skinwalker
░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░

Thick wavy hair was a godsend right now in Flannery's eyes as she hid her face from sight. It was far too soon to admit she felt safe around this Scotsman, but her animal instincts were generally never wrong. While she honestly did feel safe, Fawn wouldn't be able to trust someone until they could prove themselves trustworthy. Still, the feeling of safety was the largest gateway to trust, and perhaps it was the best compliment she could have given the man, for she missed his disbelieving stare while she chewed on her lower lip slightly.

Flinching at the sudden touch, the gentle feel reminded her it was a reassuring touch, not a harmful one, and her body relaxed. Feeling his body come into close proximity, the finger under her chin was gentle, and she allowed her head to be turned to face those clear blue eyes again. Lips slightly parted in surprise and wonderment, a soft grin tugged at her lips. He really was quite a kind man, nothing like the hunters she'd seen in the fields and maws, or the others that had come to "check her out". Maybe putting her early trust into this man was a good idea after all? He was a twin, so maybe his brother would be equally as kind, and he might be here to find a friend too. That could mean she'd have a new friend too! How exciting!

Turning her body to openly face Orion now, Fawn cocked her head to the side as he spoke of finding a way to tame her wild energy. Changing into an animal had been the easiest way to do so, but if he had something else that would be more practical, then Flannery was pretty curious about them. Eyes brightening as she smiled, Fawn chuckled. "I'd like ta know what ye have in mind." Shrugging her shoulders in a cheerful way, she clasped her hands over her heart. "Changin' inta an animal is all I know. I was told exercise migh' help. An' somethin' called 'dancing'. Whate'er that be." Rubbing the back of her neck, embarrassed at her lack of knowledge over what dancing was, Flannery looked over to the wardrobe in the room. Looking back to Orion, she slowly stood up from her chair and scampered over to the wardrobe.

It wasn't hard for the woman to pack her meagre amount of belongings back into the vintage suitcase she'd brought with her when the farmer left her here, and turning back to walk slowly over to Orion, she held the suitcase in front of her with a shy grin. "Mister Orion, if it ain't too forward o' me, I'd very much like ta be bought by you." Was it right for her to say that? Flannery didn't know, but it felt right. "Yer nice an' kind, an' I like that... If this seems forwar' I'm sorry, but I dun know what ta do in this situation. I'm kinda new to this here life." Blushing slightly again, she shook her hair back away from her face to fall down her back. Hopefully Orion would accept this blunt and open admittance as a sign that the woman was open to accepting Orion as part of her new tribe. Or herd, depending how you viewed it.

"I was thinking of dancing as well. As far as what it is, it's simply the way that you move to the sound of music. Sometimes, dancing can be...rehearsed, but especially in today's society, it's more or less just waving yourself around while music plays." Orion softly laughed at his description. It made him think of flailing tube men outside of car dealerships and such. He brought his arms up a bit, not letting his fingers go above his chin, and tried to do a little dance like the tube men did. It was pretty ridiculous looking, but it would be worse if she turned around and saw him doing the movement while she was busying herself with the wardrobe. As soon as she turned around, he blushed, embarrassed that she had almost seen him look like a complete fool. She wouldn't want to leave with him then. He picked up his fake glasses and set them back on his nose, letting himself adjust to the object on his face.

Orion gently took the suitcase from Flannery, holding it at his side. There was no need for her to go about carrying things when he could just as easily do it, and perhaps show her that not only her, but her possessions were safe with him as well. He was careful not to take it from her too quickly, for fear of ripping it out of her hands, and as soon as one hand was occupied, he filled his other with her hand, smiling like the idiot he was. "Being forward is good, and very welcomed when speaking to my brother. I would love to liberate you from this room, Flannery. Let's go then, shall we?" He gave a rap on the door and it swung open thanks to the man who had followed him down the hallway earlier. It was strange how he hadn't really noticed he was being followed. He had probably just walked too fast for the man. He wouldn't walk to fast for Flannery, though. Her legs were shorter than his, so her steps would be closer together, and with her going somewhere new and mysterious, he wouldn't blame her if she decided to move carefully. With the stag, he was actually considering that she might take off faster than him if she became excited or felt trapped. There were enough deer in Scotland for him to know better than to predict the animals next move.

As they walked, Orion wondered what kind of person Iain had decided to bring into their home. If he knew anything about his brother, he would know that his brother wouldn't leave without a beautiful woman on his arm. He shied away at the thought that he had done the same thing, found a beautiful woman to take home. He would have to talk to his brother about the girls being off limits. It was bad enough that the two found a copious illicit relationship with one another. Such a thought reminded him that he hadn't told her the most important rule. "Flannery, it may be rude for me to say this, but you aren't allowed to cry, especially when Iain or I am around. It's more for your protection than anything."

User Image The moon sprite carefully stepped out of the shower, her smooth legs going one at a time until she was standing in front of the bathroom mirror naked. The water still on her body slowly slithered down her creamy white skin, following the supple curves of her body. Little bells sounded as she giggled at the feeling of the water droplets ticking her. She grabbed the towel off the towel rack and slid the terrycloth down her small body, rubbing all the water off. She hung the towel back on the rack and stepped into her room. It was tiresome how routine the day had become. She woke up, showered, and wandered around her room until she decided to get dressed. It was dull, and empty. The sprite had met a few people who thought they might like to buy her, but no one had taken her home in a long while. If there was one thing she wanted more than anything right about now, she wanted to be allowed outside. She stared out the little window in her room, and cursed that it couldn't be opened.

Kita sighed, giving up on trying to be serious, and got dress, choosing to wear her negligée as a top. It wasn't as if anyone was going to come in her room and tell her she couldn't wear it the way she was. She stepped onto her bed and started jumping up and down, laughing at the funny feeling in her chest as she went down. It tickled and she was helpless against being tickled. She jumped until her legs got tired, sweeping her own legs out from under her and landing on her butt, bouncing off the bed and onto the floor, breaking out in a fit of laughs. Kita liked to laugh at herself whenever she got hurt as long as it wasn't serious. It was hilarious to see someone land on their bottom, or a man get kicked in the groin. Oh, she loved when men were kicked in the groin. She got to her feet and pulled out her moonlight ball, watching the sparkling white light emitting from it. She stared at it, expecting it to show her something, but it just sat there until she got bored and tossed it over her shoulder, causing it to hover over the floor. Usually, she say something fun, but there was nothing today. She started singing, a catchy tune that she had stuck in her head. Her hips swayed a bit as she sang and she began to fidget. It was all an effort to give her something to do all day. Sooner or later, someone would bring her something to eat and she could play with her food. The evil carrot would not succeed this time.

I'd go walking under a paper moon...

"Yes, Father, but I am certain I can handle it all on mes--" A pause as the young elf's face had that look of irritation. "Yes, bu--" Another moment before a sigh of defeat was finally released. "Yes, Father." Hanging up the phone, she muttered in the Fae language, but not like anyone was going to hear it since she was all by herself in the house. Well, ish. The middle daisy upon her head peer down to her what seemed in a shocking look. Granted, not many could figure out a look from the three daisies; but she knew. "Shush. Ye would ha'e said the same thing." The daisy canted its head a bit as if to give a shrug before it relaxed itself again as the young elf got ready for the day.

By the time the young elf arrived to the Hotel, it was just a bit before noon. The three daisies directly upon her head looked and moved about freely just as curiously and in wonderment as she did. Heading towards the staircase on her own, a tall but thin man stopped her as he swooped by practically unseen and stood in her tracks.
"Is there anything we may help you with, young Miss?" The young elf looked up to the man in slight confusion before she cleared her throat a bit--more out of nerves. "I was just going to see some fellow temporary residents here to see if he or she are suitable enough to assist I in the City Gardens I take care of." There was a look of innocent hope that instantly faded away once a chuckle was let out by the man. "Nono. It does not happen that way here, Miss. We need for you to fill out a few documents to verify everything and we can match you that way." The man gestured back towards the front desk and the young elf looked at him in utter confusion. "I do appreciate the gesture, but I can figure out locations on me own." The kind face of the man was slowly growing stern. "I'm sorry, young Miss, but we cannot have anyone wan--STOP HER!" By the time the guards started to go after her, she already ran into a sector of the Hotel building.

Quickly coming to a small walk, the young elf gave a small smile and a nod to one of the wandering guards in the block; only to hope he had not heard anything about her "meanderings." "Chris wanted I to inform ye that I could walk to the rooms on me own." Passing by him, she did not know what name the man went by, or Hells, even if there was a Chris currently employed; but being such a common name, she only hoped it gave her enough time to just to pop into someone--anyone's--room and kind of hide out for now. Unfortunately, it was not that easy. All the doors she tried were locked at the moment. Keeping an eye on the guard and seeing him stop, she did her best to jiggle one of the knobs, but nothing. Trying another one, she was able to open it by a bit of force before closing the door carefully. When she was in the room, though, she accidentally interrupted a young woman's singing.

At this point, the young elf was frightened at the fact of being kicked out of the Hotel and never being able to find the assistant that has been officially required. Looking to the young woman briefly, the emerald green eyes hinted fear but the left daisy on her head tapped her forehead lightly before gesturing over to the closet. Giving a glance to the closet, she looked back to the young woman.
"I am not here." It was just barely above a whisper as the fingerless gloved hands quickly and yet quietly open the closet door and shut herself away into it. There was no hint as to whether or not the young woman would be a stool-pigeon or play oblivious--but at this point, the young elf only hoped for it to be the latter. Crouching herself into a corner the best she could, the daisies shrunk themselves against her skull as the shoulder length spring-green hair grew to the point of immediately covering the front half of the young elf. Maybe making it seem like a grassy mound was hidden away within the closet or just a big moldy bulb--one of the two.

User Image Kita jumped at someone in her room, curious as to what was on the woman's head. No sooner had she entered the room, then she was hiding in the closet. Whatever the woman was hiding from, Kita was curious to know. She went back to singing, doing a little bit of dancing as she made her way over to the door, making it sound as if the break in the song had been intentional. She pressed her ear to the door, and listened as feet padded down the hallway at a quick pace, and faded away. She stopped singing then, skipping to the closet and swinging the door open. "The coast is clear! You could have hid in the bathroom, you know. Why are you running from the guards? I don't really care. Who are you? My name is Kita and I'm a moon sprite. What are those flowers on your head? Do they come off?" She gave the woman a gentle poke, before the door to her room swung open. Kita pulled off her top, acting as if she were just changing her clothes. Where the closet door was, and where she stood, the woman wasn't visible to the man at the door.

"Oh, hey, Robert. What's for lunch? Is there an evil carrot whose castle needs to be overthrown? The corn will defeat him this time. Hey, you don't have my food, do you? What are you doing in here, then? Shoo." She held her shirt in front of her chest, covering herself as she turned to face the man. A shooing motion was made with her hand and the man took a step back from the door. "My apologies, Kita. There's a woman running around here, and she refuses to go to the front desk. We just want to take her back to the lobby. Have you seen her?" The moon sprite didn't look back at the woman as she spoke, biting her lip. "No. Why didn't she got to the front desk?" The man didn't answer her, turning around and leaving the room. A smile broke out on her face as she pulled her top back on and turned to the woman in the closet. "Well?"

I'd go walking under a paper moon...

There was no movement within the closet--like the young elf played this kind of hide-and-seek game many times before. Hearing the closet doors swing open, a hand parted a bit of the hair so at least her eyes could shine through the curtain. Although it was not yet visual, but it was easy to tell the young elf knitted her eyebrows in confusion. Why the was young woman talking nearly a mile a second? She was ready to answer in a muffled format when she clenched her eyes closed hearing the door open. Carefully peeking one eye open, she noticed the young woman without her shirt on. Sure, at least she had an undergarment on; but she could only thank any four-leaf clovers that she could not see the slight blushing the young elf was giving off.

Hearing the door close after the man was trying to find her, the young elf knew it was confession time. Letting the hair shrink back to the original shoulder-blade length; her nose twitched a bit as she peered downwards to her shoes as she stayed crouched.
"I wanted to wander on me own terms. They said I needed to do some paperwork or whatnot; but I like taking me own time and not needing instructions on how to find an assistant." A shrug came and went, but it was more of the fact of being disappointed in herself than anything else. "And no. They do not come off. They are grown out of me skull." The young elf figured the young woman, Kita, could figure out what she meant. Plus, the three yellow daises indeed slowly started to grow back to their normal height as they seemed to be examining the young woman with curiosity. "Renne, by the by." Ah, so she does have a name!

Peering up to Kita, Renne's nose twitched a bit once again as a small smile grew upon her lips. "Thank ye fer co'ering I. Ye did not ha'e to do that, though." Which was true. "Why do the Hotel clerks try to match up the clients with potential assistants? Would it not be easier just to do a fi'e minute con'ersation or something along those lines?" Moving forward to her knees before crawling out of the closet, she stood up carefully before stretching out a little bit; more specifically with her back. "I am getting too old to be doing that now. Ow." Renne oddly did not look old in the slightest--then again, not many folks match their aging appearance with their actual age anymore. Finally relaxing, she looked back to Kita and have the same small smile on her lips. "Okay. Now that I am safe fer now, could ye explain to I what they were trying to get I do?"
