For hours he had lurked outside Prom, agonizing over the most ridiculous thought: should he go in? He was pretty positive his outfit matched the occasion. Wasn't it? Merope chewed his half-lip, wishing he had a mirror or a bathroom nearby to go hide in while he peered at his reflection in a grimy mirror. Merope had managed one step backwards when the figures rushed past, followed by other students hot on the trail. His curiosity piqued, Merope followed. And promptly got hit in the face with magic dust. HP: 40/40 Quote: 2: You suddenly feel happy, really really happy. Everything seems brighter and more Joyful and do you dream of Xmas and snow? Shaheen wasn't quite sure what she had run into, but she let go of Shik's hand once they got their so that she could hold something even more comforting, which was the hilt of her short sword that was summoned to hand. There was some talking, some little creatures with pointed hats---gnomes or whatever they were called. There was something thrown at them, and suddenly... ....Everything got smaller? Some of the students around her seemed to shrink down in size, but as Shaheen looked around she saw that there were others that hadn't seemed to change at all.... Oh wait, ya, she was giant now. Excellent. ....Wait, where had Shik gone? How was she supposed to have witty banter with him like this?? Maybe if he flew up here next to her they could still maintain their age old battle traditions. Quote:  HP: 50/50 Damage: N/A Boss HP:42

"Not as lovely as you are, Bellsy," He called to her lightly, raising his eyebrows lightly as his tail swished slowly in the black folds of his dress. "You have my word that I will dance the night away with you once, before the prom is done, my sweets. That dress is too gorgeous to put to waste." He murmured in response Watching the bag wiggle around a bit, he gave a thoughtful look, before nodding.
"It appears to be as you would say, Ren." He nodded, giving a serious look over before scratching his chin a bit. "Sounds like we've become the sudden rescue rangers of a sort, hmm?" He voiced out, giving a wild smirk as he stretched out his titanic body.
"Fine by me. Also, you're doing a great job DJing, outside of this situation, old friend."

As the magical dust settled, Merope was unaware how his worries melted away to be replaced with pure elation. With a grin stretching across both halves of his face Merope dashed forward with his claws outstretched to delightfully begin pummeling the shadowy figures. Providing he could successfully reach them in time, of course. As he ran towards them, Merope managed to successfully trip and fall face-first onto the ground with a splat. Closing in on the shadowed figures, Mei swept her foot around to successfully connect with her targets in a low kick. With everyone teaming up, they were making short work of these shadowed figures.

Shik was busy getting hit with special magic dust, Shaheen, thanks.
One minute he was scowling and ready to claw at the damn things. The next, a soothing feeling fell over him.
A happy feeling.
Oh dear sweet Jack and Sally, Shikoba had a rather pleasant smile on his face.
"Someone looks beautiful~" he purred Shaheen's way, forgetting about the battle for a moment.

Efflo looked around for Gabby, then rolled over with a groan, rubbing his back. "Ow, ow, ow. But it's okay, I'll be fine. It's such a nice night for a fight... Oh, there you are!" Indeed there Gabby was, though he looked a little flatter. Efflo stuck his arm out to steady himself, then attempted to get to his feet. The only problem was, looking at widdle Gabby, now all squished and somehow even more adorable, sent him into a fit of giggles and he fell over again, totally useless. No matter how hard she tried Circe just couldn't catch her breath again after punching herself in the stomach. She hadn't realized she'd punched that hard. It didn't help that everything around her seemed to be happy, joy, joy. Well it did but later it wouldn't. Circe quickly crawled over to the edge of the fighting--making sure she was out of the way--before laying down on her back. This way she could still enjoy the fight. Why was everyone fighting to begin with? The gnomes just wanted to be friends with everyone right? Yes. Maybe this was all just a fun game. Tag! They were playing tag. Circe giggled. How could she have mistaken it for fighting? Clearly she needed to get back to the gym and practice.

Gabby let out a long sigh, and inflated again. One of his cufflinks popped off as he did so, smacking one of the little creatures they had been up against, but he didn't even notice. He crawled up all on Efflo, and wrapped his stubby little hands on the boil's outfit. Then he looked up at Efflo with the widest, most pitiful eyes, and his high pitched voice let out the saddest little whine. "Efflo." He sniffled out. "My suit doesn't fit me perfectly anymore. It was entirely possible that she'd begun to hum something similar to Jingle Bells while chasing after the last gnome she'd been able to find for the time being. While spitting dirt out of his mouth, Merope clambered to his feet. Once up, he continued running towards the mysteriously shadowy group of assailants. There was a sort of bounce to his step, almost as if it were a borderline skip. Once there, he merrily joined in on the attack. Shaheen felt like she was far too big to really be attacking very small, shadowy figures with her sword. With a slightly digruntled look, she kicked at them unenthusiasticly instead, clipping them with her heel. Fighting was fun. Fighting without banter just felt wrong. One more good swat at the tiny gnomes, another jab from their sharp little weapons, and Julian felt a bit of his energy leave him. Sort of like the dust was wearing off. Which, on the one hand was great! Being huge was not something he really was keen on. But on the other hand, it certainly seemed useful when it came to fights. At least, fights that were out in the open.
He squelched down the thought of seeing if he could get some more of that dust. For all he knew, he could end up tiny sometime like some of the others. Huge was a bother, gnome-size seemed dangerous.
