Aeron had dressed as matching and appropriate as he could to Lan. Where the Horsewoman had a tasteful amount of skin, Aeron had been sure to cover any scars and such to make him seem....noble...r.
His hand laid gently over hers, pressing only to reassure her of his presence. Though if you couldn't tell, it was hard to be paired with the very intimidating look.
"As we have Lan." B|
Then he looked around, his face seemingly unchanging. "Are these the children. They are so tiny."

Other than spending about two hours trying to figure out how his bobble would fit over his tail and therefore showing about 10 minutes late with dead flowers and slightly melty crayons (one of his wicks decided to investigate the boxes he had bought and it’s head got a little too close to the wax), the night had gone fairly successfully so far. He was dressed nice (in a rare suit and decorative flame bobble, not a lantern, a bobble) and Olivia was stunning (to which he stood staring at her red dress for quite some time before actually managing to properly greet her), and they were not too early to the dance, which he told Olivia, no one ever wanted to be too early to these things anyway because there wasn’t anyone else there. At any rate, Andrew brought Olivia to the big black and orange ten, clearly the main attraction. He spotted some games that perhaps the ghoul would be interested in later but first he took her to the place with the most people.

Kettil gave his cousin a confident grin, "I'm not too worried that she's on the phone right now. It makes her happy! Plus y'know, we'll dance later. We have the whole night ahead of u--," then Freya was trying to set his cousin up with a date?
Nopenopenopenope.
"She isn't allowed to date until I am five hundred years old and possibly dead," he said flatly. Protective older cousin mode, GO!
Then he had Freya clinging onto him, Kettil wrapped an arm around her to hold her up.

Matty had never felt more awkward or at odds over what he should do with himself before in his life. He had been tricked into this. Lulled by beauty and hypnotized by generous curves of the feminine persuasion. Of course, after he had gotten away from Vanya the effects of her womanly charms had worn off, and he was left with a brain that could actually think for itself again! Still, he had made the ghoul a promise to be there with her, and her other date, for prom, and he was not a boil to back out on such promises. He just had to make sure not to look at her this time. That was all he had to do. But it was difficult. Just hearing her voice brought back memories. He knew the enchanting glow of her eyes, knew the soft voluptuous contours of her body. He wanted to look at her again. He needed to just give in to the temptation.... Wearing pretty much the exact same style of clothing that Mathias always wore, he somehow seemed to fit right in with this years theme. The corsage from Frost was around his right wrist, a strange custom he was not familiar with but would follow nonetheless. Still, as he entered the big top with his two "dates" he scuffled booted feet against the ground, keeping his eyes firmly fixated away from Vanya, and coming to a halt when they did. Drinks? Did she say she wanted a drink? "I can get that for you, if du vish." He piped up, almost glancing towards her but stopping himself in time. "And you as vell, Frost. I vould be most happy to." Of course, if it meant putting distance between himself and temptation to raise eyes to Vanya and let himself slip back into an oblivious stupor, he would jump at the oppurtunity.

Suddenly she was falling, and now JD was sort of short parts of his spookie, but all things considered he'd come out on top as he was up one totally bodacious ghoul. He wondered how long it would take to get out of that dress. It looked like it had a lot of fiddly bits - he hadn't really had a lot of experience with bits, fiddly or otherwise. He sort of just expected clothes to fall off and sort themselves out. Distantly, he hoped that cat of hers wasn't hiding under it somewhere. He held up the rest of the spookie, looking down at the ghoul in his arms. He was probably only sort of talking about the spookie.

They were just a little late. Just a little. Okay, maybe a lot. Did it seem like Gabby cared? Not even a little bit. In fact, he looked as though the party hadn't even started until he carried Efflo into the carnival, and settled him down over the threshold of the big top. "Ta daaa." He murmured quietly, his grin wide with mischief. "I got you here, after all. Then he went through all the trouble of carefully smoothing out his own suit, fixing the cuffs, bending the right creases, and making sure there was no hay still stuck to him. It was a me moment for Gabby, but it was only a moment. He took a look around, his expression filled with judgement. "Adequate." He offered. "They did a pretty good job. Wonder if all this is staying up all year round." His hand slid into Efflo's, and pulled the boil closer. The music wasn't really dance material, and nobody was dancing - but Gabby did not care about that, either. "Want to be my partner, gorgeous?"

The hug from Sophie made the boil awkward for a bit. " Thank you dear! I hope you will have fun" It was happy to see Maple took the first move but frowned shortly when Bastion kissed on the little witch's hand. He hope it won't startle the little ghoul, but there was something else haunted him. Never mind. Seeing how gentleman Sophie's date was, AJ finished off his tart quick and gave Bastion a hug. Who says only girls can hug? Boils can have brother hug too. " It's my pleasure to meet you too, Bastion! And yep, Sophie is a talented designer, both of you look great in her clothes!" She He paused to look at a guy not far away, the boil couldn't speak? He wondered while stared at a busty ghoul for a while.

Having recently just arrived at Amityville Academy, Sarah had yet had the opportune chance to explore the school grounds. Though, it was apparent that there was some sort of event that had all the students obsessively chatting about it all day. Finally having had moved around most of the boxes to unpack, she figured it was time for her to go and see things for herself.
It was obvious to see why most, if not all, the students were excited for what was going on. It was Prom. Following a crowd of students in the entrance, she scanned the area for anything specific that might stand out to her. Not an easy task, with everything looking just as intriguing as the next.

Upon hearing that her daughter would be attending her first ever prom, Olivia's mother had sent her a very lovely dress. Though, she was less than thrilled to hear about her date. It was a lovely color, one that had never been apart of her color palette before and to say the least, the ghoul was very excited to wear it. And with some help from another ghoul in the undead dorms, she had gotten dressed and ready and waited for Andrew where they had agreed to meet.
And waited. He had been late, though for good reason and he would explain. And with gifts! Crayons and a beautiful bouquet of dead flowers. (The bobble on his tail was not missed at all, her eyes had given it a good stare). Delighted. Adding minutes to their late arrival as she quickly took her wonderful presents back to her dorm for safe keeping. But, again, Andrew explained why being late was totally okay.
The tent set up was amazing, the colors and array of decorations was something she had never seen before and Olivia wanted to stare at it for a very long time. But there was so much more to see, so much inside and out and the smile never left her face the minute they arrived (well, probably the minute Andrew meet her at the dorms actually). Her hand found his as he led her to the most populated and largest of the tents, the bobble making it easier to slowly inch a little bit closer. She was silent as she always was, her eyes dancing about at all the sights. Andrew would still get to lead the ghoul around, probably for a little while at least.

Everyone, huh? Freya might be her ticket to social circles here . . . As much as she was wary of trusting the ghoul so implicitly from the start.
But it bothered Kettil, and oh did Piper like doing that.
"Pff, you're permanently five, Teacup. Okay then, try me~" she agreed with a grin, trying to peek at the valkyrie's skellyphone and what mysterious contents lied within. "I don't need no boil to dance, but I'd sure love some fine eye candy for the masses."
It'd also occupy Freya's hands with something other than her cousin's body.

Efflo glared at him, reaching up to flick him on the nose. “I could have walked you know,” Efflo grumped, but he was smiling. He stared at the big tent while Gabby tidied his appearance, not nearly as worried about wrinkles or creases or the stray hay in his hair. The tent was huge, and sounds of merriment and music carried outside. A prelude to the night to come, Efflo shivered a bit, torn between excitement and nervousness, and he was thankful for Gabby’s sudden hand in his, eagerly moving closer to the safety of his boilfriend. “Of course! But… No one else is dancing, Gabriel, maybe we should wait… Look, there’s food,” Efflo said, gesturing at the table. He sniffed the air, then looked back at Gabby excitedly. “Gabriel, they have salad!”

Freya rolled her eyes and stared at Kettil. "Hooter, she's a grown ghoul, I was dating years earlier than her. She's not goings teh does anything bad! Besides, it's her first prom. She deserves a date." She pinched Kettil in the stomach, and then got to work on tweeting Piper's request. She was totally going to score her little cousin someone with pretty boil swag.

Kettil rolled his eyes at Piper's response, "It might surprise you a bit but I grew up some, thanks." He reached over and flicked her nose. "All that curl on your head is weighing down your brain."
Then Freya pinched his stomach and chided him. He swatted at her hand a bit. He was looking progressively more irritable now.
No one was taking his duties seriously. No one.
"Whatever," he muttered gloomily.

Somewhere in the distance, a doglike minipet tamer named Thackery made a stifled noise of overwhelming glee, his good hospitality consumed by fanboiling. He dropped the dual plates of themed spookies that he was carrying, and gave them a look of distress as they landed all around his feet. Which ones were for the minipets and which ones were for the guests. He pressed the heels of his palms against his temples and desperately tried to solve this dilemma, somehow failing to realize that the simplest solution was just to not feed ground-spookies to anyone.
