She hadn't entirely noticed how badly the poor boil was doing until she heard him call out. She was about to snatch the the rope ladder just when she heard his voice and glanced over her should expecting to see him there.
But he wasn't.
"Hey... Darren?" She blinked a bit, working to stay afloat while looking around cluelessly.
Where'd that boil go to now? Oh well, he'd show up probably... or maybe not? He'd said to keep going right? Well she'd have to do that!Torvil Will quote when she comes out!

The ghoul continued to fight at the current at that point, managing to stay on top of them at least. Being small and light might have it's pluses, but she just couldn't quite get to the rope yet. "COME ONE!" It was still just a bit out of her reach!

She was still fighting with the current of the balls as she tried to snatch at the rope further and suddenly found herself covered in more glitter.
Because her dress just wasn't bad enough. Well whenever she got out to see Darren he'd just end up covered in more of it too obviously. At least her hair was sparkling now too? "Sliiiiiide!"

The next room was full of mirrors. He sighed. The echoing light reminded him of the patterns on the surface of the water... with the addition of his handsome mug splattered all over. He grinned and watched the echoes of the motion ripple through the reflections then stepped forward to navigate the maze.
His ears twitched at the music... quiet and irritating but surprisingly well chosen.
Meandering through the maze of mirrors, he knocked a into a few walls then grew increasingly distracted by the way his body distorted and his tail was reflected into a million pieces. When his reflection started doing things he hadn't been, however, he inhaled deeply and shook his head, a headache starting to poke at his temples.
Perhaps another time...

The ghoul continued to power at the balls rather annoyed as she drug herself along leaving a trail of the glitter along with her. Thankfully, being a hyperactive freak with too much energy was a specialty of her's so with a few last pushes of effort she found her fingers curling around the ladder as she drug herself up and out of the pit.
Good thing she wasn't in heels.
One last look to see if she could spot the boil, but he just wasn't there. "Darren?" There was a call, but no reply. Apparently something happened. Well, he'd be outside then, right? She gave a slight shrug before grinning and starting up the ladder to see what was next. She'd just have to take a look...

And then she realized it, as she reached the top she knew where she was. She'd maaaade it! She hoped a few times on the platform happily before glancing around and flopping down happily as she looked down toward the area below.
This was TOTALLY worth it! With that thought she lightly pushed herself down and a few people might have gone deaf from the happy shout that was a rather loud beacon that the ghoul was coming out. "WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!" Woosh down she went at what she figured was top speed, her hands in the air as she did and there might have been glitter EVERYWHERE from when it got in her hair earlier.
And then it ended all too soon as she found herself at the base blinking a bit. "I WANNA GO AGAIN!" Too bad she probably had to wait and let others have a turn.

 Still looking for her still sort of kind of missing boilfriend (who wasn't really missing so much as most likely hiding for a variety of reasons which only served to make the witch all that much more worried), Belladonna decided to at least try the gate with all the fancy signs. It had neon lights and Mort liked those... Right? Whatever, she was just walking now so it didn't really matter what her inner monologue was anymore. The ghoul sighed as she entered the first room, furrowing her brows at its oddness for a moment before she swung her parasol back to its rest against her shoulder and began to sashay down the hall. Unfortunately a full on sashay was not entirely possible as the floor became harder to navigate, especially what with all those terribly painted gnomes on the walls (the glitter quite nice though!). But, the witch still managed to make it to the archway. Ha ha!

Odd floors and carnie gnomes were one thing, but mirrors upon mirrors were another thing entirely. Especially when Belladonna absolutely adored how she looked, so she kind of wanted to pause and give herself a once over... And maybe a second over since, well, there were a lot of mirrors and all.... In fact, the witch got so distracted by viewing herself in all the different images the variation in mirrors offered that she didn't make it very far before she realized she hadn't really gotten past the entrance. Whoops!

Satisfied that her hair was perfect, that her crown was most adorably perched upon her head, that her skirt retained its poof and that her ballet shoes looks stunning, the witch felt satisfied she could actually try to make it through the hallway. And she did. She made it all the way down a hallway that turned out to just be a trick mirage that ended in the witch crashing quite loudly into one of the mirrors. The noise that was the loudest was her actually breaking a mirror, which made her shriek in woe because if she cut herself before she actually got to show off her outfit to Mort she would cry, but thankfully the gnome that came out was nice enough to ask after that. Just kidding, he just shooed her out and the ghoul was forced to hurry it out of the funhouse to check for her own injuries. Thankfully, besides her pride, there were none. Yay! 1 Ticket XDDD;;;

What was a funhouse in an Amityville event without glitter?
Still Julian went in, having decided to move on briefly from the games. His talons slipped a little on the moving floor, but at least for the first few moments, he managed to keep from falling down.
And at least there weren't flying bunnies.

Well, a few moments passed and his feet did, in fact, slip out from under him, sending him to the floor. The thud must have been heard outside or there was someone watching him fail because Julian was certain he'd heard a soft snickering.
Or maybe it was just his imagination.

When Simply came sliding out of the slide he couldn't help but chuckle. At her declaration of wanting to go again he grinned and nodded his head a bit. It had been fun - a little crazy - but fun. "I'm sure we can go again in a little bit," He said, trying to discern if a line had started or not. "But until then, was there anything else you wanted to do?"He was more than happy to let her steer the ship.

Julian stood again and started once more making his way to the end of the room. So far so-
What in Jack's name-? The floor started to move faster and it wasn't like he didn't already have trouble walking! If only he had enough room, he'd be able to just fly across.
His wings fluffed up in determination as he started sort of... hopping across, trying to get to the other end.

There, that was it! Julian finally made it across without too much time wasted and only a couple of bruises to his poor pride. Or perhaps it was his knees, one could never be sure.
The next room took him by surprise and immediately drew him to the last "funhouse" he'd been in. The last mirror he'd looked into that wasn't his own, he'd been forced to face his fear of water. But these... These were just normal mirrors. He could get though this one... Only he had no idea where to go!

By the time he got out of the mirrored room, Julian had developed a bit of a headache. He didn't think he'd ever heard a more annoying song in his life. And that was saying something because for all his talents, Cyrus couldn't carry a tune to save his life. And it wasn't for lack of trying, either.
He was so disoriented by the music and the mirrors that he actually tripped into the ball pit and almost lost Lumi's stuffed animal! He managed to snatch it just before something started to whirl him around in the pit.
