Locke had a huge smile on his face, he took the sword in which he was given held it out before him, and with a quick drop he cut the sword in half as he drew his Soul Slayer
"Real men don't use dinky little sticks, if you want a fight, then lets turn this into a party! HHHAHAHAHHAHAHA!!"
As he stood there with a big mad smile on his face, his entire body was iching...begging to go after him, but he wanted him to draw his sword first, didn't want him to think he needed to make a surprise attack to get the edge, he wanted to face him full force and head on.

 I live to Serve and Protect▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ❀xxxSuke's grin widened to that of Atsuhiko's and everyone in the Division made a hasty retreat from the dojo to give them room. Instead they crowded around the doors and windows. Suke just started to chuckle as well as he threw the sword to the opposite wall hard enough the sword cracked in half. "As ya wish." He said before putting his hand on his hilt and rubbing it thoughtfully for a moment before drawing it and suddenly his expression went to a serious mask. He was suddenly like a completely different person. The members started whispering and making bets on who would win and how badly Suke would kick his butt. Suke locked eyes with him as he took a relaxed stance that was neither offensive nor defensive. "Let's dance." Was all he said as he waited for Locke to make the first move.▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ❀For I will always be the one to save you in your greatest time of need

"HAHAHAHA LETS ROCK!!" as he yelled like a man who was mad for battle, he vanish with a flash step and went to the ceiling beams and with quick slashs cut up 4 big pieces and with quick flash steps, went around the area throwing the 4 pieces at him.
To Locke, fighting was a game. Anything that didnt come from kido was fair game, for kido in Locke's eyes were a cowards tool, using spells and incantations to win a fight. Locke used his own strength and speed, cunning and aim to win, and using anything to help him. His fighting style was chaotic and rather reckless.

I live to Serve and Protect▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ❀xxxSuke watched him before growling. To him, Locke seemed to be moving in slow motion. He dodged Locke's attack before shunpoing over to Locke and glaring. "Oi. Keep destroying the Dojo and the repairs will come out whatever pay you get ya hear?" He said crossly before jumping back a bit and shunpoing behind Locke, making a quick slash before shunpoing to the front and doing the same. It was a tactic that almost never worked on Atsuhiko. He was also faster and could read Suke's movements. But hopefully this kid couldn't and he may be able to block one attack, but not the other. He was also being careful to make sure that if there were any injuries, they were shallow and easy to get medical attention on.▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ❀For I will always be the one to save you in your greatest time of need

Locke was moving slow to give him a false sense of his speed, for the speed Locke was moving was barely his top speed. When Locke saw Suke move around to the back to slash him, he easily blocked the slash behind and barrel rolled over his frontal strike. He didnt pay attention to the words he said, when fighting, his only focus was on the person before him.
"HAHAHAHA oh come now, dont tell me that your this slow!?!"
as Locke went full speed now, he went to grab his attire and pull him hard for a headbutt. Locke had great training when using his spiritual pressure to lessen the blow of a blunt hit, so headbutts for Locke meant no damage. Locke had backup plans for if one move failed, he had another to counter. If the grab failed, whatever blocked him, he would grab it, blade or arm, and double air kick Suke right in the chest. If the headbutt had landed the hit, he would then go for the double air kick anyway.

If it was his brother then he might have stood a chance of making his opponent make a mistake. "As you wish." He muttered to himself before waiting until the last second so Locke's fingers could feel the fabric of his shirt before he let himself drop to the ground and shunpo'd even faster away. He could tell that the boy wasn't going full speed yet. He might just be a match for him in speed. But it seemed his only mindset was to fight as brutally as possible, using any resource he can get his hands on. Suke knew that wasn't any way to fight any kind of intellectual opponent. Maybe it was time to quit holding back as much? Seeing him getting ready for the double air kick, Suke put some space between them before waiting for the right moment and moved at his fastest Shunpo underneath Locke and did a swift kick at the leg on the ground still before kicking up, hoping to catch him as he would be falling.▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ❀For I will always be the one to save you in your greatest time of need

Locke figured that this guys skill was far higher then when set him as. He was smart enough to put the pieces together. Taking both hits he was sent into the air, but he simply shrugged off the two kicks being very use to physical abuse. But what surprised Locke was the strength of the kick sending him into the air, it pushed him right up into the roof, he used his sword and stuck it into the roof, hanging onto it keeping a safe distance.
"Well well...Lieutenant, now that we got formalities out of the way, how about we turn this into a real fight!!
Locke decided that tricks and antagonizing him wouldn't trip him up, he flash stepped in front of him, wielding his sheath and sword in each hand.
"HAHAHAHAHA!!! You're more fun then i thought you would be, but lose the serious face and learn to have some fun!!!"
Locke decided to use his sheath as the main offensive and his sword to block , Locke's offensive was random and very hard to read, what was worse it that it was fast, Locke knew how to utilize his spiritual pressure to explosively increase his speed with his swings and jabs

Suke Haruko. Lieutenant and younger brother to the Captain. Nice. To. Meet. Ya." He said as he dodged the sheath and clanged swords with Locke's. Slowly he started to add more force behind his attacks. His constant battles with his brother was starting to give him greater strength. So maybe if he couldn't outsmart the guy, he could overpower him.▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ❀For I will always be the one to save you in your greatest time of need

Locke knew that fighting against a lieutenant wouldn't be easy, hell he knew he was probably going to lose. But something inside Locke grew, his laughter was slowly being replaced with combat yells. This was no longer a game to Locke, it was something that he never had the opportunity to have before. All fights before him were simple fights, either to blow off steam, improve his skills or to just have fun....this was different, all eyes were on him...that's nothing new to him, but what made it different was that this fight, was worth something more...it was to prove he had what it took to be a real member of his squad.
As Suke increased his strength with his attacks, Locke did the same. But Locke was dead determined to prove himself, his spiritual pressure was crackling from his being with each strike, like chaotic energy that fueled his desire to win. his sheath and sword radiated his energy, his determination to win. 'I want to win...I have to win...' were the thoughts running though his head
"I NEED TO WIN!!!" as his own will forced his body past its limitations but at a cost of his arms bleeding from the strain, he pushed past his own pain and kept up the assult

The fact he had lasted this long had already convinced the squad that he was good enough. When he saw his arms start to bleed with the strain his was putting on them by adding his reiatsu, which he obviously wasn't suited for. He flinched as he felt a few of Locke's sheath hit him a couple of times before deciding it was enough. Ducking under his next attack, Suke hooked his leg under Locke's before grabbing his sword arm so he didn't fall on his sword and landed on top of him before pinning Locke's arms to his side with his legs and holding his zanpaktou just close enough to Locke's neck that he could feel the steel without it actually cutting him. "That's enough. You've lost. You pushed your body to far. You need to be more careful and learn your limits." He said getting off of him and sheathing his Zanpaktou before holding his hand out to Locke to help him up. It was a good fight. But Suke new that if he praised the New Guy, it might go to his head and he'd never get any peace.▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ❀For I will always be the one to save you in your greatest time of need

Locke was pissed, he felt like he had failed to prove his worth, but he took the hand up and stood there, arms bleeding.
"Dammit...when i found out who you are... I knew my chances of winning were slim...*painful cough*...l-looks like i don't get to be the third seat huh.....then tell me who does deserve it and I will fight him right here and now..."
Suke could see the hell bent determination in his eyes, but it wasn't from what he first saw, now it was a changed man who stood before him, like a man who truly wanted to belong somewhere.
Locke even coughed up some blood, he stood there weak. His entire body was shaking from the stress he put on himself, although he thought it wasn't fair for someone above him to tell him his limits, for locke limits were just a minor setback, the farther he pushed past his limits the closer he could get to his bankai. He stood there like he was ready to fight again, his sword shaking in his hand, both locke and his sword wanted to keep fighting...it was all he had...a single tear went down his face, from both from frustration of his body giving up on him, and that the one thing that he truly wanted to fight for might have just slipped him by

"You deserve the seat Locke. In fact, I'm more then happy to let you have the Seat. You have survived the longest out of all these Sissies here. Usually I smear the floor with them after the first few blows. Come on. Let's get you over to the Fourth and find that sister of mine so she can heal you up and then we'll discuss you're duties and such." He said before walking to the door and barking at the squad to clean up then get back to training before motioning for Locke to follow.▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅▅ ❀For I will always be the one to save you in your greatest time of need

After hearing those words...Locke was shocked, his sword and him body stopped shaking...he was accepted, not only that...praised by him as well. At first lock didnt know what to do...but he put his sword away...wiped his eyes and smiled not a mad smile, but one of happyness
"thank you sir...i will do my best not to disapoint" as even as locke was, he walked proudly beside his lieutenant. He didn't know his way to the medical area, if he ever got beat up or cut, he would just pour rubbing alcohol on the wound and bandage it up.
"So Suke...think we could be friends?" he asked in a friendly tone
