Tuck immediately turned his back on his sister and Peyton, because ew.

Wash glanced over his shoulder - who was this guy, the scars were familiar somehow -

"Oh, s**t. Jerry! Y'look great," he offered, before turning back to Dakota and his lady friend. Mingling was harder than it looked, ok?

"Nice t'meet you, Miss Molly," he added, smiling warmly. He offered her his hand. "You ladies is all outshinin' us men tonight."

"Schituff," she parroted back at him teasingly. "It was out of the blue, so no tie can be overlooked; but you should go shopping, Mister~"

Her phone started to buzz, and she gave the pair an embarrassed look (someone had forgotten to turn off their phone after the official message) before checking to see who it was. It took her a full five seconds to get past the name on the screen, and another five to read the message, and still yet another five seconds more to understand it. And even then Stormy felt a bit locked in place. How should she answer . . . ? She barely saw what she typed herself, for it was quick and simple and her mind was completely unable to draw a thought together.



The smile she'd worn quickly left her once it became evident that Nevada, in a show of misplaced sisterly behavior, was ushering her away towards Gale on top of that. Nonononononothatsokayreallynonono-- She was nervous right now, don't leave her! But she was too slow to grab Nevada's hand, and thus did Stormy turn herself so that she moved with the push towards someone else.

Who also didn't look very confident.

"Oh. Uh . . . hi there?"

Aleister had joined, after somewhat of an unfortunate nap. Perhaps everything he'd been through had been too much, but once he was awake again he had stayed to himself locked in his room playing pokemon only coming out to use the facilities and eat. He'd begrudgingly pulled himself out of his room for this, purple eyes glancing around the new room he was in. He was in his hunter attire which was about as close to 'formal' as he got, since he hadn't had a reason to buy anything really suited for parties.

He had slunk to one wall and kind of stood there looking, taking mental notes; was that guy leaning on the wall new? Granted there were so many people he didn't know, Pookie wasn't being helpful in the least because well, the Puca was mad at Al for taking that nap. Of course, Al had no idea what to do or where to move so he just stuck to a corner for now and sighed that his stash of poptarts had gone bad. He wasn't even really sure if anyone remembered him or not. Which may or may not be a bad thing, he wasn't sure at this point.

Molly beamed even wider when Gale waved a bit and even smiled at her, and also made note to go talk to him when she had a moment…which wasn’t anytime soon, apparently!

She squeaked and blushed more when Dakota pecked her lips, and couldn’t help but reply. “Maybe I’m in heaven already?” and eeped as she was pulled to his side, and some others came up. Molly was now beaming brightly at both Wash and Sasha. Wash she remembered from that ill-fated Sahara mission with Julie…and well, she knew Sasha…it’d been quite a while though…

She waved happily at the both of them. “It’s so good to see you both! I hope you’re doing well! Sasha, I love your hair!” She gushed, cupping her freckled cheek in exclamation, before she quickly reached out to shake Wash’s hand firmly. “Molly! But oh…Dakota said that already, I’m sorry!” She then shook her head, curls bouncing. “Out shining? Oh goodness, no! All the gentlemen are very dashing and um…dazzling so far I think!”

Formal attire. That meant 'not the wedding dress' as far as Cass was concerned. In fact, she didn't even have that dress on the island still. Cass had actually made a point to store all of the wedding things on a safe off the island just in case somebody blew up the island again.

One bitten, twice shy, after all.

However, that wasn't to say that Cass didn't have anything nice to wear on the other end of things. A rather modest blue dress that went to her knees with a silver sash, a little embellishment, some nylons, and a pair of modest blue heels with silver detailing.

She'd even put a little bit of curl into her short hair and pinned it back out of her face.

'Nice'.

It was as good as it got, given she had Nicodemus' chain hidden beneath that silver sash of hers and it was a little uncomfortable. But just to be safe, she wore her coat over the whole ensemble and simply looked a little puzzled over why were they dressing nicely.

Were they going to the opera to destroy a siren or something?

It was a guess.

Your guess is kind of awful, but it's an idea. Nicodemus suggested, and Cass just sighed.

Gnat grinned as the other girl sassed it up, then followed the line of her gaze.

"Who's that gu-" whoa, what?

"Daaaaaaaamn, did Tim Gunn come by and nobody tole me?" she guffawed. Maybe they'd done an episode of What Not to Wear: Deus Edition. Either way, the results were impressive. She hooked her arm into the other hunter's companionably.

"C'mon, let's go see what's up. Us suns gotta stick together, right?"

Stick together all up in everyone's business.

"Ah.... yeah I um. Just got it um. Cut." Jerry flailed at his short hair. His ears were cold. At the sight of Molly and Dakota, his face went red, backing up a bit to not be caught into the crossfire of Molly's enthusiastic hello.

"H-hi, Molly! Haven't seen you in a while, hope you've been playing regularly? Your violin I mean- Um."
