Millie was eager to try and get this over with as soon as possible so she could get back to a warm fire. Gathering up her stuff, she threw all of it into the boat that looked the fastest. "All we have to do is get across, right?" Millie wasn't speaking to anyone in particular. In fact it looked as if she was asking questions to her new boat as she got in it. "Oh I hope I don't sink..." Millie's Boat Millie chose boat 3! 20 HP 14 STR 14 SP

"I don't feel like we're being tested at all. More like being laughed at from a distance." Her eyes narrowed at the gnomes still darting back and forth; snowballs in hand. The little bastards.
Fortunately, everyone eventually made it to the other side. Unfortunately, there was still no sign of that damned Mischief. There was however--
"W-water?" Fell took a step back out of shock alone. What were they expected to do now? SWIM? Luckily no swimming would be necessary. There was, however, a row of boats to select from. Though each and everyone of them made the grim reaper suspicious. Not the mention... wasn't this a winter area? Didn't that mean that the water here was frigid? They were already freezing out of water--what happens if they fell in?
"Mischief! You sonuva--"
Gritting her teeth, Fell stomped through the snow, towards the boat of her choice. Not the strongest, not the fastest, but it looked the most reliable. Once she was satisfied with her choice, she climbed in.Quote: Fell's Boat is Numba 4

The sound of water distracted Terra from looking for wood (which she had none on her) and she looked at the boats blankly as she pulled away from Nahm. "I agree," she said to Fell. "This is not a test. This is a sadistic creature playing with us." So she decided to grab a sturdy looking boat so she could cross the water and give this M.M. person a piece of her mind. Forgetting that she was freezing, the reaper ghoul stormed over to the boat and got in. "I would very much like to talk to this person," she said coldly--although it was somewhat ruined as she sniffled loudly. "That's great," Nahm grumbled. "That's really great." He picked out the boat that looked the strongest and climbed in, cautiously pushing off and readying his oar to whack the fin if it got close. The creature slammed into the side of Millie's boat hard, knocking her off her feet and back into the bottom of the boat. "Hey!" The attack hit her boat, and Terra, already pissed off, HIT BACK. She summoned her violin and slammed it into the water, striking the attacker. "STOP ROCKING MY BOAT!" she bellowed at it, looking quite fierce--for a soaked, freezing little reaper who sniffled right after yelling. "Bully!" The fin sliced through the water towards Nahm's boat, and he delivered a sharp smack to the water where he thought it would be next - but the fin submerged smoothly and he hit nothing but water. Cutting it didn't seem to dissuade the creature. Maybe stabbing it would work. Millie heaved her weapon over her head and tried spearing the fin instead.
