A swarm of Mimics stood around Anc, Lucid, and Alloran. They stood patiently as if waiting for a command of attack.
In the distance the ones that had attacked the HQ's were returning.

Alloran stood ready, his sword out and lowered as he took a defensive stance in front of Ancwalar. He didn't know why they wern't attacking. All he knew was he didn't want to know what they were waiting for.

Anc laid on his back, staring at the sky. He knew what was coming, he knew they were all about to die. He'd let them down, all of them. He guided them right into a hotbed of the enemy, and had gotten them all killed. He closed his eyes, and drew in what could be his final breath, coughing at the searing pain coursing through his lung as he did.
"Sorry... Al... I think I... ********... ******** us up real good... This time..."

Seth fallows closely behind the mimic that he hopefully has tricked into beliveing he is one of the leaders. I really do hope this doesn't backfire on me

The mimic slowed at the sight below him. "Cornered beasts..." he muttered. He turned to Seth, an odd look in his glowing eye. "Do you know them?"

Anc grunted, rolling onto his gut, coughing in pain as he slowly forced himself to his feet, grabbing Alloran's shoulder for support.
He weezed loudly, and hacked up a bloody bit of somthing, resting a hand on his knee.

Abbadon stood above the rest, ontop of one of the buildings. He watched the scene below with disgust. "They're planning something." He tightened his fists, "The fools should be running to us, begging for what we can give them. I don't see why we bother with such insolence, we should destroy them, even among us, they would only be a weakened link in the chain."
Another mimic stood at his side, he chuckled softly, "because we need their powers, brother, and the first continues to dream for a unified world." He stepped closer to Abbadon and his voice lowered, "be careful to guard your thoughts, to some they could be considered treasonous. Now look down and watch as the younglings have their first training session." he pointed down, to the group of twenty or so mimics who stood around Lucid, Ancwalar, and Alloran.
