Once more the birds wouldn't answer her, instead they would simply form another shape. A single, perfect, circle. Yes, this was the silhouette of a Pokemon, and she'd only get one guess at which!

Eve's head would pop up at that one ....as she started to give an sqwark of an answer only to have the Aella reach over and literally close her beak.

Aella would tell her as the bird looked at her with big eyes. She would close her eyes as electricity would crackle with her. There was two pokemon that could fit in that category ....Electrode, Voltorb, and she she couldn't figure out which one.

She would finally answer. This was the best she could do.
It was with that answer that the gathered Murkrow would suddenly form a large X in the air, and Victoria would drop from the sky...all of three feet. With each correct answer the birds had descended closer to the 'ground', causing the young girl's drop to be a bit anti-climactic given the assumed stakes of the game. Without a another word the murder would merely fly off, not even stating WHY they'd seen fit to test her!
That was interesting, Aella would sit down as her tail flicks from side to side. She was just glad that was the worst of it as Victoria would wince lightly. Even three foot from the ground ...on your bottom that still hurt.
"Well, that wasn't fun."
"Let's go."
She would call out to her group as she held out one arm, and then the other. Eve's eyes would be shinning as she shouts out Momma, and Aella would simply take the other.

Victoria would bring them both close to her body.
"Do, I need to?" "You are my first partner, I expect nothing less, then the best from you."
Aella's cheeks would spark as a sweat drop would from on Victoria's head.
"Thank you."
She would say it quickly before things truly turned shocking for her.

What Victoria would spot next truly defied explanation, even in this world. The reason was because it was a berry, glittering like a fallen star, and nestled in a fluffy white cloud hardly larger then her hand. It was a berry, an Iapapa Berry, sitting in the middle of the sky.

Victoria would stop cold.
"What the hell?"
Aella would be just as shocked. She would flick her tail from side to side ....as she let her ears go up and down. This was a very interesting take on things ...but as a purplish blur when past them, it would quickly be forgotten ...as the little Murkrow would snatch it out of the air.

She would sqwark happily as she did a wing over to land, and Aella was quick to jump her before she swallowed the berry. One very soggy struggle and berry later, they would continue on their way.
What Victoria would encounter next was something of an...unexpected sight, and perhaps one which would make her wish Aella was anywhere but outside of her ball. Laying in a particularly comfortable looking position, his back pressed into a large fluffy cloud, was an Emolga. Yet this wasn't merely any Emolga. Slightly larger then most, a but of scruff to his cheeks, and an irresistible twinkle in his eye, it was clear this particular flying rodent was a rather handsome example of his species. An Emolga Adonas as it were.
Aella's eyes would bulge out as she smiled lightly.
(Oh ...La..la ...la)
She would almost purr the words, as Victoria didn't even wait.
"Return."
She declares sounding very annoyed as the reddish light would hit her. It made sense to get her before she thought of doing any evasion movements.
"I have enough electric rats to serve for the rest of my life, I don't need another one."
She would actually growl out the words.
The little Murkrow would actually raise her feathers in fear of her at this moment.

She would ask ....as Victoria froze in pre-rant. She was actually glad that she had recalled Aella as she shut her mouth for once, and simply stomp past the Emolga. She didn't need another, and she didn't need the stress of dealing with a very young Murkrow that thought everything in the world revolved around her Momma.
What Victoria encountered next would likely be something of a source of glee for the child, especially without a certain Emolga present to dissuade her. Hovering a few feet in the air (at least relative to Victoria's position) was a Ledyba, a beret hanging off one antenna, a pencil in one hand and a notebook in the other, both of which he looked upon with a somewhat philosophical gaze. ">What is a man?....A miserable little pile of Secrets...then what are woman, but the answer to that mystery of misery?<" The Ledyba uttered smoothly, clearly not aware of Victoria's presence ">Oh ho, yes very good...<" He muttered, scribbling something in his notebook then passing the pencil to another hand ">Woman are like a rubix cube placed in a safe, hidden in a maze, and misplaced with a map. A mystery placed in an enigma, wrapped in a spicy taco<" The insect would nod to himself after saying this, writing several things down then giving a rather puzzled glance at the sky ">...but what...is a hermaphrodite?...no, more importantly...what....is a Ditto?<"
Victoria would literally be swooning over the pokemon ....as she did a bit of a dance of her own. Her feet would rapidly take her closer to the pokemon, but, she had forgotten something very important. Though Aella would have shocked her ....the pokemon on her shoulder was much worst ....as Eve's eyes would glow at the sight of the pokemon.
(HUNGRY!)
The Murkrow would caw loudly as she came at the Ledyba with her full strength. SHe would push off of her trainer, with her wings open and her claws out. She had plans now ...deadly plans for this pokemon as the encounter would be something that as of late had been rather odd.
It would turn into a battle as she screams out.
(Eat im' up ...eat im' up!)
It was also at that moment, that Victoria truly realize what she had hatched....as her mouth drop open.
Hovering in the air, the Ledyba's head would suddenly tilt, his antenna twisting around to face behind him. Seemed his senses were tingling, warning him of the impending danger. ">What is a man...<" The Ledyba stated, eyes closed for a moment ">....if not a protector of his own ideals?<" The second those words left his mouth the insect would spin about like a top, flying backwards a few paces once the hungry chick was within his line of sight. Pulling one arm back the little insects fist began to crackle with lighting, his eyes turning sharp. Small wings buzzed rapidly as he abruptly propelled himself forward. Speed was against him, but he wasn't about to back down now, a fact made all the more evident as he called out ">FAAAAALCON PAWNCH!<" Technically it was Thunder Punch, but perhaps he was intentionally trying to confuse the Murkrow.
The girl would scream loudly. She hadn't expected the attack, and now, her own pokemon was in danger as she saw the charging fist. The pokemon was a bug type, but, Eve didn't know any flying type moves. To make matters words, she was flying straight into trouble ...speed was on her side, but, the Ledyba was attacking first.
She could only hope that newly hatched chick was as much of a fighter as she was a irritation.
Eve's wings were spread wide ...as she seemed to gain more speed. Pursuit was a move that stopped an enemy from retreating and did double the damage, and she was going for double the damage at that moment ....as she streak forwards with her full speed. She would flip herself in the air ...hopefully away from that fist as she brought her claws out and attempted to tear a deep wound with her talons along the back of the pokemon.
Score it deeply ....as she aim to tear him apart ...bit by bit.

Despite the Murkrow's efforts the Ledyba's strike would hit clean, electricity crackling as it surged through the bird's body. As luck would have it though the Murkrow's own strike would act as a counter force, preventing the attack from getting through what little natural defence she had to such an attack. Yet it didn't take a genius to see that the Ledyba wasn't finished just yet. The second the electricity left his hand, which was actually the middle arm on the right side, the insect's upper right arm would begin to glow with a mysterious white energy. Winding back only briefly the fist would move vertical in a sharp uppercut, the Ledyba's body spiralling at the point of impact as he cried out ">Shoryuken!< A Focus Punch by any other name would hardly be as satisfying.
Victoria yells as a sweat drop would run down her face. She of course had gotten caught up the yelling of a move she recognized, and like it was a video game had immediately called out the solution that she was sure of. Though surprisingly enough, Eve would try to follow the command. She would close her wings in front of herself as for one moment, she would drop in the air ...even as she ducked her head down.
It was a dodge and a block combine as she tries to avoid the electricitified attack.
Either the command came too late, Eve's reaction too slow, or the bird was simply no match for the philosophical fighter that was this particular Ledyba. The crack of bones would be audible as the insect's fist met the Murkrow's wings, but it would not be the end of the Bug-Type's onslaught. The sound of one's own bones beginning to break was a nerve shattering thing, and in return it would give the Ledyba the opportunity to perhaps finish this little match in one more blow! This time without a word the Ledyba would throw his body forward,. shoving his weight into the Murkrow. A simple Tackle.
