Caretaker of Snowcrest Castle - Duelist of the Green Rose ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎The bell above the door rang as Sacarius stepped in following Ren, his new partner and fellow Duelist of the Oddly Coloured Roses, he had one hand slipped away in his pocket while the other was placed on his hat. Chuckling lightly, "I suppose it does, Renny, whatcha getting? Just a tea? Heh, guess not everybody likes to have a treat with their drinks" he remarked, as he ordered a tea and a few old fashioned styled donut holes. He found an empty table and sat down there, patting the surface of the table to signify Ren to sit, "Right, well you got that, now I believe its story time" he said, before taking a sip of his tea, which was still burning hot. ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎

Why take such a position of power and then leave? It doesn't exactly make sense" he asked, it wasn't a very good idea to take a seat of power and then disappear, Sacarius knew very little of his reasons, but ultimately he didn't care. Tilting his head slightly to the left as Ren stared at his with an attempt at intimidation, "Oh my, you big brute, how scary" he teased, feinting fear, "Come on now, I'm sure theres more to you than you say, afterall you got the job of a Duelist of the Rose, they don't hand that position to just anybody" he added, for whatever reason Ren didn't want anyone else to know about this, showing that he put atleast a little trust into Sacarius, he slipped another donut hole into his mouth and chewed on it, while listening to Ren's response. ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎

He waved a hand signifying it wasn't a problem, "Besides you'll be out of my hair soon enough, and I'll be out of yours, so I suppose theres no point to this senseless prattle" he added, now that Ren would be out of his way he only had to focus on the others and continue on with his original task. He chuckled lightly when he realized what he had said, he was getting to be more like the owner of Snowcrest more and more. ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎ ((OoC: Sorry 'bout that, I was away for a few minutes.))

Although when Ren closed his eyes Sacarius felt like he may have been mocking him, since his eyes were slits, "Oh yes, I heard about the past Roses, what was the usual pairs? Sacarius sat back in his chair, "My idea? Well, the whole point of me being here is to train obviously, to become a guardian of the realms and defend all that I can" he answered, looking at his fingernails, he seemed completely disinterested in the question like he had been asked it a hundred times over. He felt it only appropriate that he answered it as well as he could, since Ren was so kind enough to answer his own question, "My turn! The sword... its a little 16th century Japan don'tcha think? Wiping his mouth with a napkin, he brought a free hand up to his chin, Could be a fun fight, I can't let him leave without first testing his abilities... he thought to himself, a devious smile now visible on his face "Say... you what'll do us some good? Some sparring practice, we can't let ourselves get fat off of tea and donuts" he suggested, although admittedly he'd rather sit here and eat the chewy little donuts. ≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎≎
