Efflo blew out an exasperated sigh in Gabby’s face, staring at him. This was the problem with having a boilfriend that could dish out teasing just as well as he could take it.
“I’m pretty sure holding it ‘right’ is exactly what I just said we’re not doing. We just won’t get soda, then you shouldn’t have any issues. Right?”

Gabby stopped walking, staring at his boilfriend incredulously. "You think I'm lying? You want me to do it right here?" His hand reached for his zipper. "I can prove to you how bad I need to go right now if you don't believe me that bad, Efflo."
All that talking about peeing... it had its side effects.

Efflo quickly snatched up Gabby’s other hand, moving to stand in front of him as held up the dragon’s hands, holding him hostage.
“No, no, I believe you. Trust me, I believe you. But the rest of the world doesn’t have to believe you.”
Not to mention, they didn’t get the privilege. Efflo shook his head, laughing suddenly and letting himself fall forward against Gabby, defeated and snuggling up to him.
“We’re both kind of idiots, you know,” he murmured softly, grinning.

Efflo stepped back, narrowing his eyes at him.

Gabby's face grew, slowly, into a sly and dangerous grin. "Every step of the way." He dragged the boil off into the bushes. "Think of the bright side. I really won't make you hold it, too."

"That's not the problem..." Efflo whined, finding himself suddenly tugged to a more discreet area. He stood as far away from Gabby as hand-holding would allow, and purposefully kept his gaze averted. He was pretty sure on the list of embarrassing things Gabby cold make him do, this was right near the top. Unfortunately, since it was Gabby, it was a very long list, and Efflo was sure he could be more creative if given the chance. Efflo desperately prayed for no more chances.
"Just try not to splash me, okay."

Gabby couldn't help but snicker the entire time. But he definitely didn't splash, and Efflo was left relatively unharmed.
It took some maneuvering, but he managed to get the job done with one hand, and not hurt himself in the process. Good job, Gabby. Of course, once he exited the bushes with Efflo, he had to do the one thing that his boilfriend probably didn't want.
Hold out his other hand.
"Want to hold them both now?"
Efflo was dating a total a**.

Efflo was just thankful that no one had seen them, and that there hadn't been any splash damage. He definitely hadn't peeked, he'd seen it all before and Efflo was already wondering if he regretted taking Gabby out in public for embarrassing reasons, he didn't need to add awkward boner to the list.
When the dragon offered his hand, Efflo stared at him, incredulous.
"No, no, I'm pretty sure I'm all set with this one," he argued, lifting up Gabby's held hand and gesturing at it.

Of course he didn't accept, and Gabby laughed shamelessly. He even swung Efflo's hand between them as they walked all the way to the movie theater, in a far better mood than he normally was in. Really, teasing Efflo was a drug for him.
They made it to the theater with no further interruptions. But of course, he wouldn't let this particular topic go. "I'll buy us drinks. My treat." Was he grinning a little too hard? Why yes he was.

"You're lucky you're cute," Efflo mumbled, but he swung his hand happily with Gabby's. He wasn't sure exactly how his teasing had backfired on him, he'd started it but it definitely seemed like Gabby was going to finish it.
At least, he thought it was finished, until they arrived at the theatre and Gabby made his generous offer known.
"Gabriel," Efflo warned, shooting him a look. No. Bad dragon.

"What?" He asked innocently - despite there being no shred of innocence in his expression. "Aren't you thirsty from that long walk? Or maybe I should get you some popcorn.. then you'll be thirsty." He squeezed Efflo's hand gently. "Just think. Revenge at your fingertips."
And then he strolled up and ordered two sodas and a giant popcorn, because he was a terrible, terrible person.
