Yes that is what fate has decided it seems. I don't know if this will be a problem for anyone yet or not and since the rp has not officially started once we get all the members for the rp we might in fact have some changes but chances on that are slim as I will probably just sort the new people into the last places for now.
I have not put a jutsu learning system into place as of yet. I do not know if we in fact intend to do so or not as of yet but it will be discussed by the crew. But honestly I was just going to trust everyone to be realistic as to terms of growth that Naruto went through in the anime/manga and actually just take a couple posts training under a teacher like having the teacher take a post to explain how to do a jutsu or whatever and then have your character make a post or two about training for it. I will make an example post at some time soon but its not to important yet plus as I said it is going to be discussed amongst the crew first.

If we can't get the spots filled today I will most likely open the rp regardless tomorrow. I am probably going to end up making another character as well should we not get more profiles by the end of the night.

I was also wondering on a learning system. Another thing I was wondering was how are we going to determine how fast time goes by or if it will really matter.

Time does not matter. Your Jounin will be in charge of determining the weather/time during each of your missions. As for the learning system nothing is currently in place I am just asking that people be realistic towards the Naruto manga/anime world for now. After the Chunin exams we will be having a time skip tho so it is suggested you find a replacement picture for your characters as they will be ageing three years much like in the Naruto series.
