Balisong bambulus i played a tele, and to be honest, the headstock doesn't matter when you're playing it. I'm beginning to think that if the headstock was any bigger, it would throw the guitar off balance. The Tele body weighs more than the Strat. i was surprised at the size of the body, i always thought it would be this titchy thing. but ********, it was huge.

The Tele body weighs more than the Strat. i was surprised at the size of the body, i always thought it would be this titchy thing. but ********, it was huge. which is what i like about it. The tone can kiss my a** (unless its my uncle's 54 tele). I like the big body and nice weight. To be honest, the thinline body would probably be too light for me, and i probably couldnt stand playing an SG for long periods of time.

Darker  Steinbergers are the ugliest guitars ever. Steinberger focuses more on efficiency than looks, not unlike Japanese cars.

Darker Balisong Darker Steinbergers are the ugliest guitars ever. Steinberger focuses more on efficiency than looks, not unlike Japanese cars. I dont like them much at all. They really seem more like a gimic to me then anything. A gimmick? if anything, a normal guitar is a gimmick. These are just made for use, not looks.

Probably built for the guitarist on tour and in need of some silent practicing.

Balisong *Barf* I hate Rickenbacker, they're so ******** ugly. Yeah, but their basses are soooo nice. I got to play one at a music shop once - it was the best thing I've ever played (and heard).

*revives the thread* I was looking through a vintage guitar website and found an electric guitar by Ovation. Yes that's right, ELECTRIC guitar by OVATION, and it it fuicking disgusting. Good thing they just make electro-acoustics now. 3nodding

actually Ovation made another electric a cool one, it wa suppose dto compete qith an LP but it never could, it was a nice double cut though...the guy from Queens from the stonhenge ( or something...dun really like that band) uses it
