 When you look into my face, I shall never lie; Nick started up the stairs as Natalia pushed him up but he moved up but he kept looking back towards the woman. Strange that they speak first this time.... He began to hurry up the stairs after the rest noticing he was being left behind.

 Natalia Lucile Menard Princess? Ha ha ha. that's ridiculous. There are no princesses here, and i'll kick your ******** a** if you suggest otherwise.
"Look, ma'am. You seem like a great person and all... but i was hired to keep this band safe, and ensure their concert went on as scheduled. One of us just got sniped from the roof with a stun round. It doesn't feel particularly safe here, and it's my job to make sure nothing happens here. I don't know why you're here, and armed, and in large numbers, but it just screams to all of my internal instincts that your organization is a threat to our well being. So unless you can call off your troops and meet us on fair ground, i'm going to have to get my client out of here using any means necessary. As it is, stopping to talk it out could set us in an ambush and get us killed. You need to understand how all this looks from our perspective. The other day your organization shot at us with sonic based vehicular weapons, and tore up a hard working man's store. They did so without warning, and from my perspective, intentions to kill. Whether that was you personally or not doesn't matter, because any of those men who arrived with you could have the same designs as the people who attacked yesterday. We have no way of knowing that. Is there any way you can stand down, and let the others get to safety if i agree to speak with your people? These are non trained civilians, who have never seen serious battle before. They don't deserve the hell your organization is putting them through. I have never failed a protection job. I will do whatever it takes to keep that record." as she spoke, Natalia kept her gun ready. She wasn't sure if she could get out alive, but if she could get the others away then at least her mission would be a success when she died.

 The smallest lark could carry it, Anna headed through the room paying careful attention to the noise she heard keeping her eyes close ahead. She did not want to continue ahead alone but it seemed that the others were still on their way up even now.

Selene gritted her teeth. Everything that the woman was asking for was against orders. She was still supposed to take all of them in, just try to avoid using force. Then Bren would deal with all of them back on the ship. She didn't quite know just how to go about it. If she didn't come up with something soon, then they would most likely end up having to use force in order to accomplish their goals. Selene sighed and took a single step forward. "Look. I cannot just surrender to you, nor can I allow any of you to go. My orders are to capture you without force preferably. If you will not come -" Selene was about to finish her line when she heard the tiny hum of one of their weapons start up.
Arwin was absolutely sick of waiting. He came further around the corner to where he could see the girl, but her seeing him would be mildly difficult up until the point where the weapon started firing. Lifting his shotgun towards the lead girl, he pulled the trigger and the rifle hummed for about a half second and then fired, sending a red streak across the room towards the girl who was still at the bottom of the stairs. 'Enough waiting Selene. Lets just get this show over with.'

"Through Darkness or Light . . ." From up the stairs, all the twins could hear was the whirring noise that the shot made and watched as lasers burned marks into the walls and the stairs below. Were they aiming to kill, or stun much like the sniper outside. It was really hard to tell, but now they knew that someone in the enemy's group had resorted to violence which means ever more do they need to get out of this death trap of a building. ". . . We Will Not Back Down."

Lisa continued moving. She heard some sort of energy thingie, and she was totally not staying around to figure out what it was. She continued moving down the upstairs floor. She needed to get the ******** out of here. Hopefully with Nick and Anna. She didn't really care about the hired help, but she needed her band out of here. "Anna. We need to move forward now. The men are behind us, so we need to move forward faster. "

When you look into my face, I shall never lie; Nick followed up after everyone he heard Natalia speaking to the woman but couldn't manage to hear the other woman. When he reached the top he saw Lisa calling over to Anna and saw her off to the side somewhat. Better question is though where is forward.

Natalia heard the noise and was barely able to get under some sort of cover in time. Unfortunately, that cover was the other side of the stairs, which left Selene in the middle of what would soon be a fire fight. If Selene tried to draw a weapon on her she would shoot the grenades she knew were in the alcove directly behind Selene, But first she needed to deal with the person who already had a weapon drawn. She spun around and let out a burst of bullet fire towards Arwin. "This is non peaceful. Heh. Kinda thought it would go like this." She said to herself.

"I will do everything in my power . . ." Selene ducked beside the stairs as soon as she saw the red lasers fly past her, just out of line of fire. She looked back to see Arwin and glared at him. "What the hell Arwin. I was trying to accomplish this without having to open fire! Not all of these P.U.s are against us!" As she yelled at him, she could only hear him laugh back. She knew he probably didn't care, but she still was going to let him know. She then spun back around as the girl began to open fire back. She ducked down as the rounds traveled past her and in to the wall behind the two of them. 'Damn him.' Selene couldn't see Natalia in front of the stairs anymore and figured she was probably on the other side of them. She motioned to Arwin to provide her with covering fire and the man laughed. Surprisingly though, he cooperated, firing towards Natalia as Selene looked up at the stairs. They turn twice but she could get herself up and over the rails before the second turn. Jumping up and using part of the first set of stairs as a foothold, Selene jumped and grabbed the hand rails for the second set, attempting to climb up and over them.
Arwin watched Selene as she attempted to climb up and over the railing for the stairs and laughed again. He would deal with her later, but for now, working with her was probably in his best opinion. He continued to fire in Natalia's general direction, suppressing her behind her cover and trying to make sure she didn't have a chance to move. He made sure to keep the fire going until Selene was over the hand railing. "How long do you think you will last? Huh girly?" Arwin said, laughing as he continued putting on the fire.
Garenth could hear shots being fired inside, but he knew that his role would be best outside. As he scanned the outer wall, he caught for a brief glimpse the targets through a window, but nothing long enough to be able to take an accurate shot. This whole situation was going to hell and Garenth knew Bren wouldn't like it. "To make sure his goal's are completed"

"Through Darkness or Light . . ." Now the downstairs area was being completely hectic. The both of them could hear as not only the laser sounds continued, but even the other girl with her guns had opened fire. This building had almost become a miniature warzone. If only their powers weren't blocked. They would go back and help Natalia fight against these people. But for now, they had only one goal. Get out. The only problem was, how were they supposed to get out from the second floor? ". . . We Will Not Back Down."

Lisa led the group across the stage and into the office and dressing room hallway. She opened a back door and led the group to yet another stairwell leading down again, this time to the parking garage. If they could cross it they could come up on an emergency exit that would put them down the street a decent bit.

When you look into my face, I shall never lie; Nick followed after Lisa this time closer than when he was following up the stairs. He was a bit surprised when she led them to the extra stairs. Then he thought about a bit and it made a lot of sense since she had spent a lot of time here even during school.

Natalia continued to fire suppressive rounds against shot gun man. Selene was talk first, and she couldn't hit her for the split second she was in view, but she could at the very least keep the shot gun man's attention. Besides, her gun was more accurate then his at this range. Besides, she was stuck here at this point until one of the two of them ran out of ammo.... or this ******** gave up or died. She knew he could get to the stage the other way, but if she kept him occupied mentally he would take longer to figure it out? ******** it. If he kept firing she was stuck. She fired when she had an opening, but other then that she was pinned.

The smallest lark could carry it, Anna continued to follow Lisa though as the reached the end of the stage she glanced back at where she heard the sound from. She saw a foot for a moment as it jerked back behind the curtain. Ok ether I am going crazy or there was some one there....I would love to find out but first things first get the hell out of here. She turned away and continued to follow to the second set of stairs.
