In all likelihood, Last doesn't know if he's serious or not -- but he's plainly unusually taken with the lady smith, perhaps because she is so unlike most maidens. As highly as the Grimms tend to think of strong women, it's perhaps little surprise that one of them would be smitten by one that's more used to shop aprons then frilly dresses. With Rosalie's arm tucked in his, they do make quite the pretty little couple: and all of them taken together make quite a parade!
The happy couple in front, absorbed in each other, followed by the storm cloud -- or rather, the gypsy -- with her intent look and somber rook. Trailing morosely behind her is First, with a rook on either shoulder, scolding him or (after she loses interest in this pursuit) playing peek-a-boo with each other through First's somewhat shaggy hair. Then there is Oberon, watching First suspiciously, with all his hauteur, and the absolutely utterly graceless Unwelcome, dancing around them all.
"So how was business today?" Last is asking his lady, with a sidelong grin. "Raj din't scary nobody away, did she?" He gives a glance over his shoulder, still grinning, but he's fairly certain that Raj or Oberon won't hit him while he's wrapped arm and arm with Rosalie.

It's likely Rosalie doesn't know what to think of it either. She's found she's enjoying his company more than expected, that much is obvious, and surely thinks well of him enough to accept his gifts and give him a few herself. She hasn't courted before, she has absolutely no idea what she's doing, and probably even less of what and who she's getting involved with. Nevertheless, she's happy at the moment, unable to stop smiling as she's escorted by Last.
"Ah, not too bad. I'm sure things will start picking up eventually, no one really came by today, except someone to pick up a necklace for their lady." She hums, glancing at him for a moment. "And I don't think she did. We've only just met, after all, and it's not like I would have been working much longer with you already there, right?"

The gypsy was understandably unamused by this remark. Though off-duty at the moment, it was part of her job to draw people in. After all, what use was a singer who couldn't draw a crowd? She'd be a starving one, that was for certain. Still, there was a certain truth to Last's sentiment. Rajani was not the type that people were wont to mess with - particularly when she was in a temper. However, having just met the lady smith, she was not particularly inclined to do her harm.
Of course, appearances had to be maintained. So, she smacked the younger Grimm upside the head and said, "You're the one who would have been discouraging custom. Who wants to watch your sorry attempts at wooing?" The gypsy glanced back at the elder Grimm. "You or that one, lurking outside like a ruffian up to no good." Never mind that he was a ruffian up to no good - at least, nothing that had boded well for his brother.
