Blake dug his fingers into the ground angrily, trying to get up. "You're full of it!" He yelled after her, refusing to believe that things weren't as straightforwards as he had been taught. As far as he was concerned Chilia might as well not even have a soul. He couldn't manage to pull himself to his feet, too hurt to stand up fully. "You won't get away with this..." he said to her. Considering that he was a hero, Chilia had managed to defeat him surprisingly easily. Fleur's fight was wrapping up as well. They seemed to be no match for the blackwings.

Fleur was still riddling Faye with shots from her crystals, not even having needed to transform into her second form. She was clearly enjoying trouncing this commoner into the ground. Faye was definitely worse for the wear; she didn't look like she could last much longer. Fate launched one last assault on Fleur, swinging her sword wildly in desperation as she attacked. Fleur dodged easily, spinning to the side. Faye's attack had left her open and defenseless. Fleur stepped forwards and stretched out her wings, literally wrapping them around Faye in a loose embrace. "Got ya," Fleur purred before firing all her crystal shots at once. There was a brief explosion of light and Fleur was left standing while Faye was on the ground barely hanging on to consciousness. Fleur gave a cruel smile and looked over at Chilia. "Done," she said.

Jacob was about to respond when he was thrown off by her sonic attack. He was buffeted backwards and left open to her follow-up slash. He took it straight across the torso, falling back to the ground. He held the wound with one hand and looked up at Liliandil with the other. "You..." he growled angrily as he slowly got to his feet. "Jacob, be careful!" Lexi called worriedly. "I'm fine!" Jacob yelled without looking back at her. Lexi looked worried but she didn't contradict him, instead pointing her staff at Liliandil again. "Animus Nexus!" She yelled. A spiderweb of purple energy shot from her staff, aiming to cover Liliandil like a net.

Jacob growled angrily when he saw the net fail. "Jacob, wait!" Cried Lexi, but it was too late. Jacob lunged forward, anger getting the better of his judgment. As a result he was hit full on with her Death Distortion, stumbling and falling to the ground in mid-run. He slid forwards for a few feet before he came to a stop, holding himself and letting out a cry of pain. "JACOB!!" Yelled Lexi, tears in her eyes. She didn't have time to say anything else as the distortion came towards her. She raised her own forcefield again just in time. The distortion washed over it, causing cracks to race all across it like an egg slowly being crushed. She grit her teeth as the distortion finally came to a stop, her forcefield barely holding together. "Wait! We give up! Don't hurt them anymore!" She yelled to the Blackwings as she darted forwards, kneeling by Jacob's side. She cradled his head in her lap. "Jacob, you need to be more careful..." she said before looking over at the others who were also down.

Fleur looked over at Chilia with a disgusted expression. "Did you just ask them to open up!? And did you just say "please"!? Honestly, I know you're not that intelligent, but try and keep yourself at least a little above "fool" okay?" She looked over at Liliandil as she arrived. "But that would take all the fun out of it," she replied. "I wonder what it would take to blow off these gates?"

"As if I needed your permission," sniffed Fleur as she looked towards the gates. Her crystals quickly snapped forwards, glowing brightly as they powered up. In seconds she had readied her attack and opened fire. Bright beams of various colors lanced towards the gate, impacting all across it. There was another explosion of color as the beams detonated, sending shreds of timber and scraps of metal flying in every direction. "And that is that," Fleur said with a satisfied smile as the gate collapsed. The entrance was still obscured by smoke from the explosion. Fleur was about to say something else when a bolt of electricity shot towards her from the smoke. She quickly jumped out of the way, allowing the electricity to race past her. "What the...?" Out of the smoke stepped a group of figures. They stood silently before the Blackwings, weapons drawn and ready to fight.
