Would redusing some of the limitations work? also with the character that I'm creating will not be using the Kekkei Genkai Mystic Eye very often for he wishes to keep his identity a secret, and is there any objections to the technique Crimson Tool?
Reducing limitations would make the Doujutsu stronger..... There are still way to many problems with it to be approved...
The tool however is ok, but it would take HP and CP to use it. The only problem I have with it is the Bomb Form, blood can't explode like that.
But I think it was funny how you took the Ultimate shield directly from FMAB.
