Shiryō tilted his head with a slight smile as he watched her slide into the heated water. "I think I'll surprise you more than just with a hot spring, I think," he said with a thoughtful look as he half turned away. He knew it seemed for a second as if he were going to leave her there, but he had something a little more unexpected in mind. He saw her eyes widen as the piano started playing before he joined in with an acoustic guitar.

She tipped her head back against the rock behind her and let out a sigh. She hadn't noticed just how tense she had become until her muscles slowly started to relax in the hot water.

Shiryō tilted his head with a slight smile as he watched her slide into the heated water.

She stood and silently padded towards him, covering herself with a towel he had brought down earlier. She gently took his chin and made him look at her. "It is not your fault" she gently whispered to him.

Shiryō tilted his head slightly as he flicked the guitar off of his shoulder and tossed it aside, letting the clone hidden in the shadows catch it quietly as he quietly triggered the quick-change seals on his clothes which shifted into what seemed to be long black boxers that hid just enough though they were skin tight and stopped just above his knees. "If it weren't for what happened, you wouldn't have suffered without me," he said quietly, shifting to let her back him towards the hot spring though he suspected she'd noticed regardless.

If anything it was mine. I placed that mark on your arm and at that time you wanted to live so it took you somewhere you could." she said as she eyed the marking she had placed for war tactics on his arm. How she loathed herself for giving the mark to him because it took him away from her but at the same time she was eternally grateful for it because it did save his life.

Shiryō chuckled softly. "At least it not only saved my life, but brought us back together," he said with amusement. "Besides... I can genuinely say that the marking has made me stronger," he said with a chuckle. He took a step back, and normally would have gone down into the water, but a subtle flicker of bluish aura hovered momentarily around the soles of his bare feet, making the water's surface seem just as solid the ground itself.

At his water she quickly turned and placed the towel on the edge of the spring before letting herself sink back into the water. She closed her eyes and pinched the bridge of her nose tiredly.

Shiryō let himself sink into the hot water, a soft exhalation of pleasure the only sign he enjoyed the heat. "This is the good thing about hot springs; the heat is relaxing both for mind and body, and let's face it, you look even more beautiful this way," he said thoughtfully.

Shiryō tilted his head thoughtfully, humming slightly. "I wonder if..." he said wryly before a capped bottle arced and bounced off of his forehead before landing in the water with a splash near Susan; it was shampoo.

Shiryō sighed as he rubbed the crescent shaped red mark where the cap had hit his head. "it's a minor problem with clones... sometimes they take on a personality of their own... and let's face it, my head isn't exactly a small target," he said wryly. "If you like, I'll wash your hair for you," he offered.

Ever since he had left she had been growing her hair out. It now fell down to just about her bottom and was a really pain to wash and dry herself. She normally had one of the maids do it for her.

Shiryō chuckled as he ducked underwater, not really noticing that his own hair tie loosened and started floating in the water as it released his thick, curly reddish brown hair as he picked up the shampoo and squeezed some into his palm before working it into a lather and gently massaging it into her hair. Almost immediately the scents of peaches, strawberries, and mint filtered into the air as he took his time, cherishing this little 'chore'.
