(So, make it kind of like poison, but effecting PP as well. That isn't a bad idea, and would probably make a good change)
Animus would miss as he lands solidly on the ground. He would shake himself all over, as he thought about diving at his opponent again. He would be harm if he did such a thing, and he knew that it would be burning sort of pain too.
Though the next time around, there was no question on the Nidorino's face ...he would be dropped either way. The thought made him rock a bit, but then he remembered ...he had poison his foe. He could risk to wait a little longer to try and finish the ghost type off as he would hunker down in defense.
The pokemon ready himself for whatever might come next.

((Not what I meant, although it would be cool if there was a move which worked that way. I meant that it should target PP despite the fact that it's not actually being consumed by Animus's moves, and when it hits 0 he ends up struggling. ))

"The winds of fate turn sharply, and gnaw with bitter cold. Prediction. Mizuki Kamikiri" The Miko would state in her usual unflinchingly serene tone. As far as she was presently concerned all went as predicted. No more, no less. Her Misdreavus would simply move to comply, her eyes turning a bright icy blue as the air in the room suddenly shifted, the winds beginning to blow as the temperature dropped, the wood of the floor cracking ominously. Then all at once it would blow as a powerful gust towards Animus. An Icy Wind by any other name would be just as painful!
(I can see that, so, I will revise it ...so that it would work that way next time.)
The chill would have the Nidorino shivering as he tries to keep his feet underneath him. He would tremble, shake, and eventually he would manage to live through the chill. The wind was powerful, it had the ability to make even the most hearty of pokemon ...shuffle uncomfortably. He would shake his ears a bit to try and warm them up enough as he realize how much of him had thick strands of ice on him and how his muscles seemed to actually lock up.
That wasn't good, but then again ...nothing about this battle was good ...as he thought about surrendering for but a moment before he charged forward again with his head down. He would surely go down next time, if he couldn't make a good hit here as he used peck.
It hadn't been used since the beginning of this battle and he had to wonder just how effective it would be now.

"The demonic spear shall fail to pierce the veil. Prediction. Mizuki Kamikiri" The woman stated clearly, and although she had hardly been wrong throughout this battle it was becoming difficult to discern whether she possessed any actual precognitive ability, or this was just her very strange way of giving her Pokemon commands.
Regardless of the actual answer to that question however, the Misdreavus would begin her defence, reacting to the Nidorino's attack in a very odd manner ">Teehehehe<" She had begun giggling like a schoolgirl ">Hehehehe.....hahahahahaahah....PFFFT---HAHAHAHAHAA!!!<" From senseless tittering to full blown hysterical laughter the Misdreavus would laugh as if the Peck she was faced with was the most hilarious thing in the Region...and then she would explode. Yes, as if her ceaseless giggling had caused the ghost to literally burst from laughter, the Misdreavus had detonated, leaving in her wake a veil of fine black mist. She was far from gone, but she wasn't providing Animus with much of a target either!
The same time a number of other voices had risen up with that of the Misdreavus, a chorus of unnerving laughter with no discernible source. High on a shell a small glowing stone which periodically shifted in colour would begin sliding forward a little at a time. When it finally fell off it would somehow manage to land precisely in Victoria's jacket pocket. Almost as if guided by an otherworldly force.
Though it wouldn't be missed ...as Victoria screamed ...literally. She knew there was ghost types around, she figured as long as she couldn't see them ...she could stand strong, but touching ...something had touched her. She felt the new weight in her pocket, and the girl had screamed ...literally and started to try and run.
IN a room of this size, the end results had been her hitting the wall ...and hard ...as she bounce off and then ...taking her hand and feeling it would press her back against it shivering.
"No fair ....tell your pokemon to stay away from me."
The girl was practically hysterical as she said that.
So much for overcoming her fear, she was not going to stay here the moment she was able she was making a run for it. Animus could only shake his head as his attack connected ...he would land solidly on his feet as he flip his ears up and down at least once. This was a bit a embarrassing ...as he smirked though.
The distraction a aid this time .....as he whirls around too quickly and his horn would swipe through the mist ..connecting with something as he turned. A smile was on his face as he thought of the fact that his trainer had actually helped him for once ...in a ghost battle. He would twist around as he hunkers down next in defense.

">Ah! He hit my eye!<" A light, high pitched voice whined as the misty cloud swirled, reforming into the shape of a Misdreavus...with one eye closed like she was winking. ">Didn't you know it's not polite to poke people!<" The Ghost declared at Animus, sticking her tongue out at him and blowing a raspberry ">Dummy!<"
For the moment the shrine maiden's predictions would be halted, as in the wake of Victoria's actions, which she had indeed been watching, she tilted her head in confusion "We have yet to enter your side of the room, as do our Pokemon. Your complaints are misdirected. Conclusion. Mizuki Kamikiri" The woman stated, maintaining her polite, serene tone of voice "Ice shall end this age of strife, and leave those whom struggle cold. Prediction. Mizuki Kamikiri."
Her latest prediction made the Misdreavus would begin to move once more, her eyes turning an icy blue as the air around her began to stir. Candle flames would waver as the wind howled towards Animus once more. Icy Wind...but how would he fair this time?
"YOu ...diiiii-dn't come over ...he-he-here so what -what- what was it then?"
Victoria would start to stutter as her fear would go up another notch. IF they weren't the ones who put something in her pocket, then who? And what was in her pocket? She didn't want to touch it, she didn't want to feel it ...she wanted it gone ...as she only said a silent prayer that it wasn't the pocket with her pokeballs in it. Though it did contain all of her items as she felt dread wash over her ...she wasn't going to be able to heal her pokemon or even ..reach her gold without touching that ...risking ..an encounter with what every ghostly item had been place there.
She shivered ...she shivered again as she clung to the wall and a fleeting hope.
"You are ly...lying ....you ...ju-jus-just want to-to-to trick me."
She kept her eyes tightly shut ...as the ghost type move would miss for the seemingly the first time as Animus saw his opening and would take it again. Once more poke, he just needed enough to take this pokemon out as he used peck.

"I speak only truths. Any less would disgrace my ancestors. Declaration. Mizuki Kamikiri" The maiden stated her expression and tone never faltering even as she moved on "The valiant soul of poison blood comes from the left. Prediction. Mizuki Kamikiri." Not quite as dramatic as her previous predictions, but at least this one proved significantly easier to understand.
Acting on her master's words, and ignoring the presence of the poison invading her misty form, the Misdreavus would simply move high and to the right in an attempt to avoid her opponent.
(Humph, there is no way that would work with me ....)
He would bunch his legs underneath himself and jump as high as possible. He would literally leap up as he slash the air with his horn once more using the poking motion for his peck.
(...my trainer has an Emolga)
He would declare the words like a battle cry as he would land heavily. It made no sense that a pokemon weaker than him had given him such a fight, but then again.
He looked back at his trainer still cowering, there was good reasons for this upset.

With that final strike the Misdreavus would pop like a big balloon...but that would prove quite evidently not to be the end of this confrontation. A red light would signal the Misdreavus returning to her ball, but a much brighter flash would announce the arrival of her replacement.
Malice hung heavy in the air, the lighting in the room seeming to twist in the most horrific of ways....and indeed even the miko's appearance seemed to have changed. Her eyes now just barely open glowed a bloody red, her black hair rising into the air as if off it's own according. "You shall not survive the coming battle. Prediction. Mizuki Kamikiri" She stated darkly, grim masculine laughter following her words as a Gastly formed in the air.
Animus though wasn't paying any attention ..with his opponent defeated, he would walk over to his trainer as he saw her shivering and on the verge of tears in the corner.
(This is stupid ...I am getting it out of your pocket)
He would take his horn and poke it at her other pocket. It wasn't like he had hands to get it out, and the thought of losing his head to the darkness of her pocket didn't suit him either as he aim for one of two pokemon that she had with actual hands.
Though the one that burst out would only flap her wings and caw.
NO help there, claws would not be good at getting into pockets as Eve looked over at him and then the enemy.

Eve would only nod as she looked at her poor mommy.
(Take good care of her)
She would caw as she headed towards the field to protect them.

Both trainer and Pokemon would speak as one, their words even lacking the maiden's usual tag line. This battle was going to be of an entirely different sort compared to that of the giggling Misdreavus.
"Fuufufufuffuufu!" ">Mwuahahahaa!<"
An nerving set of laughter, and then the Gastly's eyes would focus on Eve, his pupils contracting to the size of pin pricks as a faint glow surrounded his eyes and floated into the air. Hypnosis. He was literally expected the Murkrow to fight this one in her sleep!
Eve wasn't sure what was making her feel so sleepy as she looks at the ghost type pokemon. She would shiver each feather ...as she tries to concentrate ...as she tries to keep herself from going under. Her mother needed her, she needed to be there for her mother, and thus, Eve would fight it. That pull of sleep, that wish to drag her underneath by sure usage of the sleeping technique. She was fighting it ...she was fighting it with everything she had, and that included using a technique that was well known to her as she glares at her opponent before rocketing forward ...as she used Pursuit.

The Miko would give an ear splitting scream in time with her Pokemon before crumpling to the floor, a spray of loose change falling from her pockets and on to the floor. Well...it would appear Victoria had won!
The girl scream would only make Victoria reach out and latch onto the Nidorino as the pokemon rolled his eyes. He was about to forget about this the girl would slowly unlatch herself as she kept her eyes closed as Eve would come back to her. The bird would coo as Animus would growl out.
(It's over, the ghost has left the building)
The Murkrow would seem to puff out her chest in pride after she had done it.
(I sent the bad girl running away mommy ...and she spit out lots of gold coins.)
That would open Victoria's eyes slowly as she looks at the gold on the ground. She would get up slowly as she pry one eye open and then saw that the gold was on the floor as she walks towards them. She would slowly start to pick up gold from the floor as she pocket all the gold in her hands as she walks over to the pass out girl.
"Umm...are you okay?"
Victoria would ask waiting for some sort of an answer as both Animus and Eve would trail behind her.
