Clara giggled and looked toward Isaac. Clara was rather glad Cailtin would go after the beast. Why shouldn't she? It was a chance to show off her skills and she seemed the time to like the attention. Except when it was spawning bounties. "Sounds like a plan to me."

Isaac"no, my helmet dims all bright lights. but i had radiation sickness for a week. old Coots never made it though, his mag-boots failed and he fell off the side of the dome, while i was stunned by the light. i only found out what happened to him after i got back down the hatch."he explained with a somber tone to his voice ================================================

"i wasnt there so i didnt know what happened aside from most everyone involved had either died or ended up hospitalized... wait...WHERE IS EREBUS!!"bored of trying to think of ideas she jumps to the bridge cracking it fairly badly and starts looking for him to see his ideas on this problem of how they are going do more than take shots at it on the run

 cringing at the sound of his name being called "I yelled at her for making a mess at work and probably both...instead of just running me down though... i wonder....might you have any ideas as to how to get past... either of these monsters?... and dont actually say that, mention that or say i mentioned that..."pacing back at an extremely slow pace not really wanting go back but more worried about the consequences

Erebus returned to the group having worked with the scales to try and find a weakness. "is there something wrong Ca--""YES THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG IM OVER HERE ACCEPTING TO HELP AND YOU ARE RUNNING AWAY, DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW TO BEAT THIS BEAST OR SHOULD I GO HOME?"Caitlin gave the option to either give her a real reason to trust them in this mission or do it on our their own. Erebus started to think as fast as he could eventually coming to an idea "well we could hack up the net and make a weighted net that when it comes into range we throw the weights and the people who may be riding them down raising the net and drop another half down as we hack at it for a while?"clearly he hadnt thought it all the way through but he had something to work with even though they didnt have anything at that time to know how best to kill it "i think... i should leave...""WAIT WAIT WE HAVE MORE PEOPLE HERE LET US SEE IF ANY OF THEM MIGHT ADD TO IT?"he paniced thinking that her leaving meant that he would be kicked. Erebus gave a look of begging to his companions to ask for help not wanting to get kicked again

Riven " May I suggest trying to attack its eyes or the inside of it's mouth", Riven suggested looking between them, " Your outsides can be tough as steel but your insides will always stay soft no matter what you do", he said as he went and sat down to stay rested.

"that may be true but im not going to be lunch for some creature just so you can take potshots at its mouth"Caitlin looked up at the glare of the AS and saw that it was in the final steps of cycle down "if yall dont make up your minds your about to miss your chance, though me and the block head over there can see in the dark i doubt many of you can and attacking something that tough, even while asleep, is not something i would count as effective... i doubt anything wants to be woke up by food..."erebus stood there rather upset but didnt say anything to avoid a conflict. he pulled out the scales and presented them to the group "well since no one seems to have any better ideas as to how to deal with this thing shall we start testing what might go through its hide?"after a few minutes of testing and only managing to cut into it from one angle Erebus flipped his lid and hammered it with his shield to a surprising result that it feathered into threads slightly around the center of impact "it... splintered... so it does have a weakness... we may only have one shot at this today and if we take the shot it may be out only shot and will probably learn from it while getting a full meal..."not exactly sure as to when it would sleep and just as worried as to the trap being foiled mid setup. Erebus turned to his team and waited for their final responses before the night

She had listened to them ramble on and it was all a little boring to Clara. Caitlin had been as dramatic as ever and it was really getting to be a tiring routine. Of course she had understood the hesitation. Clara had offered herself to go down their as prey for the beast and it had frightened her.
"We have to get down there and we have to try and stop it. It obviously has a weakness and we have to go for. I am small and it might underestimate me. It might not. It may just try to eat me and that may happen. But I still volunteer. Besides, I can pack a mean punch."

right as Erebus began to think of something else to add the lights went dark leaving mostly just a few reflective eyes to light the darkness "it seems... we have missed our window... we will have to do this in the morning...""morning? pahh, im going to go back to work and be back late in the evening, you run away before i get back though i will kick you right into its jaws"she gives a wink that only a small handful of those around could see and jumped into a run across some of the bridges back towards the city, which knowing her was really to go steal something to eat. Erebus sat down because he forgot what he was going to say and went to ask around for room for 4 to sleep the night away
