Shot after shot connected with the brute Black Star's torso, causing a lone grunt to echo in response; he didn't appreciate people trying to jump him from behind! In an attempt to one-up The Lone Wolf, Shanahan shot back an elbow, hoping to hit... Anything he could to make Lauri stop, really!

Cancer kicked out and Matt scrambled up to his feet in hopes of wearing down Fox before he was able to get up. However it was not to be as his current target rolled away and a new one hopped over him! Jed rushed at him and Matt attempted to drop down and trip him up with a drop toe hold!

Exiting ring..
Fox turned to assist Lauri in the beat down on Shanahan.
He couldn't avoid the action anyways, thanks to Draven.
It was his magical feet that brought the elimination of Kyle..
So, a nice hard stomp to the throat of Shanahan would do nicely.

Jed was about to send a forearm to Matt Draven's face when Jed fell face first to the canvas because Draven had tripped him with a drop toe hold. Jed would have gotten away with his forearm to Draven, if it were for those metal-en Kids and that Jabber Jaw fella, that was Matt Draven...Matt Draven = Jabber Jaw. Jabber Jaw = Shark!

Matt may not have been fictional Scooby-Doo wannabe, but he sure as hell was a competitor! Hoping to take advantage of Jed's bloodied state, Matt quickly got up and attempted to sit smack dab on Jed's lower back and place him into a full nelson hold! Namely he was trying to lock Jed into his submission hold and literally Bleed him Out with Bleeding Out! Which was a stu Hart sugar hold! (I think that's what it's called)

Well Shanahan's counter worked as it stopped Lauri's offense for the time being as Lauri would now try to pry himself off this big guy.

Fox's cheap and pathetic stomp to the throat landed, causing Shanahan to growl in pain and roll off of Lauri, holding his throat.

'Please tap! Please tap! Please tap!' Matt thought to himself as Jed screamed out in pain. He was the smallest guy in this match, so it made sense that he would be looking for a quick upset victory over these titans of the ring. However he had the daunting task of trying to make a fresh man tap or bleed out......which ever came first. Either way it didn't matter, Matt held onto the hold and at the very least attempted to wear Jed down if he were unable to force the man to tap!

Jed raised his free arm a little into the air. He was on the verge of tapping out.
(I'm going to tap out next time I post, so if someone wants to break this up, they should now. The match will be over if i tap seeing Matt drew himself on the random roll. )

Giving Lauri an up nod..
Then the sudden rise in volume of the fans had Fox confused.
Why would they cheer for a simple nod to Lauri.. unless!
Spinning his head over at the inside of the ring, left him bounding into it!
With much worried alarm, that damn Jed better not tap!
Fox gave a running boot toward the skull of Matt Draven! (be it face, side, or back of the head.. your call)

BAM!
Light's out, fade to black, go home, game over whatever you want to call it didn't matter! Fox drove his boot into the back of Matt's skull so hard that the man fell face first into the canvas before rolling back to the outside and down to the floor. He didn't even have a glazed look in his eyes. They weren't even open! Had Cancer knocked the Suicidal One out?

This was it! This is the moment!
He was no shark! Oh, no! He was a fox!
Fox smarter than a shark! Smarter than an owl!
Eye's wide and blood pumping, Cancer wanted that championship!
A look to Jed, that could spit daggers! It was tempting to kick and make Jed submit..
Guy knew better than to cut the bridge with Jed, just to continue the match.
He turned his attention back on Draven, quickly following after him!
Exiting ring and throwing his hands on his ticket to the gold.. funny how it had to be Matt Draven.
Guy turned to return Draven back into the ring, slide in after, making a desperate cover!

The Black Star was downed temporarily, but the spirit of the Fallen God was stronger than the pain he was suffering. With a groan he rose to his feet, just in time to spot Guy attempting to throw Draven back into the ring; the fact that Guy was even breathing at the moment pissed the veteran off, but for him to be the dominant force in this match? That wasn't boding well either.
Shanahan pushed off the mats and sprinted towards Fox right as Draven was slid back into ring. If he managed to get there in time, he would attempt to grab Fox by the tights and yank him backwards, hoping to pull him in for the Falling Star!

Matt was dragged up to his feet with ease and was soon rolled back into the ring. Still as lifeless as he was a few second ago. Would Shanahan save his target's butt long enough for him to recover or would Fox get into the ring before the big bad Shanahan got his hands on him?
