Salte giggled at Raizens observation. "Don't worry bout us boss, we can rally the troops!" with a flick of her hand, she tore open space with a garganta. A mouth like opening appeared. On the other side was a vast desert of white sand.
"you comin' Dante?" she asked, she hummed to herself as she danced into the portal and popped through it, waving from the other side. Salte stopped, popped back through into the rain and looked around. She could have sworn she had felt grandpa flower. Strange, the old guy never left his garden if he could help it. Dante appeared above the village the rain picking up its pace. "Hehe... Lets see what these things can do." He aimed his gun and pulled the trigger shoot a large cero from it that destroyed a diplomate building making many run screaming. He aimed his gun again and fired destroying a school building. "Hmm these things are pretty cool. Wonder what else they can do." He aimed his gun and fired a third time but he waited to see if maybe the attack might be countered.
((1 sp for each cero fired. 5 Hp for the boiling jutsu.)

Oddly enough, the rain seemed to compel from drenching the man's royal clothing; an omen of some kind, the premonition of a powerful enity's arrival. Quickly a sense of odd energy alarmed the shinobi, which drew him towards the center of the Rain village. The clone held a time- sensitive ,impertinent message for the Amekage, where could he possibly be? The clone moved intently through the streets, drawing wandering eyes as if his electrified presence was a magnet of some sorts.

A village guard notices the citizens unease from under his umbrella. With the reports coming from other nations the people of Amegakure were pretty high strung and people were nervouse that the village would be attacked soon.Hos eyes scanned over the area,and thats when he noticed a bright yellow among the usual sea of grey and dark blue. He'd forgotten to put in his contacts so he could make out any features and decided to get a better look. He appeared next to infront of the Raikage.
Halt. State you name,Rank,village, and purpose for being here. I received no report that visiting ninja were arriving in the village today.
[INDENTINDENT]Jeremiah's electric hazel eyes fell upon the intruding shinobi. Fate favored this guard ninja because had he been the actual Raikage, a decree of sudden death would have met him; from the Raikage himself.This man's idiotic manerism seemed to go ignored, possibly because they shared the same heritage of fair skin; then again, who knows. With many questions unanswered, a ceaseless silence fell between the two shinobi. The rain companied this awkward moment, sealing the total silence away. The cloned Jeremiah simply smirked before fixing his fine lips to form words,"I am Jeremiah Saint Cloud. I am the Raikage", his melodic voice seemed to boom throughout the area. This should prove to be ample information. Hopefully this guard would interpret proper protocol and lead him the Amekage, or someone of higher ranking.
