One thing at a time? How was that any fun? But his dad was old so if he said so then it must be good advice.
"Okay." He replied with a small smile. He still wanted to see all of it. "I don't want to run out of things, that would be boring."

Isidore's expression was quite amusing. "Seeing everything is not to the only important thing. You need to take the time to enjoy what you see, too." Perhaps that was a better statement that the previous teasing. There was no use seeking out so many places and wonders if they did not also enjoy the journey.

They walked out of the forest and into a clearing - the grass easily reached to Isidore's waist and was full of wild flowers - some common, some that grew only on that world. Ankou remembered Caelia's short-lived infatuation to flowers, but those where not quite like the ones his daughter had found.

Isi grinned and nodded.
"I'm enjoying this." He admitted, his eyes growing wide as they walked out into the field of beautiful grass and flowers. "Ohh, what's this place?" He asked, reaching out with his hand to touch the flowers. His Uncle Glyph would like it in that field, he was very sure of that.

"We are..." Ankou paused for a moment, trying to remember exactly where they where. He did not usually keep close tabs of where he was going. "Somewhere in between Elfeneim and another, smaller elven settlement, I think. The elves build their cities deep into the forests... But Elfeineim actually floats on large islands." They where heading in that direction, so doubtlessly they would see them in the sky eventually. "No one but the elves are allowed there."

But they might be able to sneak by. Maybe. Ankou's expression had turned mischievous for the slightest moment. It was tempting - and oh, would Isidore have something to brag about.

Oh ho, now that certainly sounded like a challenge. No one but elves? Isidore's childish curiosity was well and truely caught. He looked up at his father and then up at the skies.
"No one?" he asked ... though surely ... "You can go there though right?" His dad seemed to be able to go everywhere after all.

"Of course I can." They would be hard-pressed to keep a god out, really. Especially a god like him. They could not quite stop what they could not see, after all.

But now the sun was setting in the horizon, and this was a good a place to stop as any - there were a few large trees that would cover them well enough. "But now it is naptime, hm ?"

Isi grinned, yep of course he could. He was the best dad. He bet not many other dads could go completely invisible. As the light started to fade he looked up to the vast sky above him and contemplated the thought of a nap.
"Can you read me a story like mama does."

A story ? What stories did he know ? Erm.

"I can try, I figure, though my stories might not be as good as her's." He chuckled, settling down and leaning against the trunk of the large tree.
