"Makes sense," Dora echoed thoughtfully, her murkrow turning his head to give the stranger a beady bird-stare. Knowing Mordred's behaviors as well as she did, Dora reached up and tapped him on the beak, hoping that would distract him from searching Jack's person for shiny objects. "Maybe it likes you," she added, waving a hand in the Duskull's direction. "Anyway, my name's Dora. Good to meet you and all of that social nicety junk." Offering her hand to the other trainer, the teenager kept one eye on the stranger and the other on her murkrow, unwilling to trust him to keep behaving should her supervision slip for just an instant. "This ball of trouble is Mordred. But he's on his best behavior for this trip, aren't you, mischief?"The murkrow let out a decidedly sulky sounding squawk of assent. Clearly he didn't think much about the idea of behaving.

"Jack Wilder." Jack shook Dora's hand calmly, eying the Murkrow idly. "Eh. Looks like he's like Most Murkrow I hear of them." She shrugged calmly. The Duskull flit over to Mordred, making a few noises curiously, then flit into the crowd curiously. He'd go poke the shiny-human when she stopped being boring-social.

____________L E G E N D A R Y . S I G H T I N G
It was daybreak when they reached the foot of the mountains. It wasn't snowing in these parts, but it was sure to be near the top, where the air was chillier.
The group had been growing larger through the night and now looked like a small herd of travelers, with so many pokemon of all sizes out and about. There was light chatter among the trainers and cries of pokemon all over. Not one moment of silence from the group. Only a few hours of traveling had gone by, so everyone was still in high spirits and excited about possibly seeing the legendary. Maybe even being the one to capture the beast.
They approached a Ranger's station, conveniently located where the dirt path they were following led into the mountains. A Ranger was sitting outside, as if he had been expecting them.
He waved the group over. "We've been having many travelers up the mountains these days, but none were such a large group as this!" He exclaimed, excited. "Well, I'm here to make sure you travel safely, by providing some basic necessities. If you'll follow me inside."
He walked back into the little hut, carrying a large tote bag to which he handed the nearest adventurer. He spoke as he grabbed another and handed one to everyone in the party, "Inside, there is one pokeball; in case you need to catch a pokemon, a couple of berries, a water bottle, a flashlight, potions; in case your pokemon gets hurt, an insulated blanket, and matches. If you need anything else, I'm afraid that's all I can provide for you and I hope you're fully prepared for your adventure."
Just as he finished his short speech, the haunting cry from last night interrupted whatever everyone was doing to being their gaze to the top of the mountains. If you squinted hard, you could make out the outline of the pokemon.
RP Prompt 2 (( No need to keep track of what has been given to you. What's important is that you have one pokeball in which to catch ONE pokemon during your journey. If you capture any pokemon, you will not be allowed to try for the legendary at the end, if you are eligible. ))

Sunnys ears perked up as the duskull that has been fallowing her took her hat. "Hay give that back." Sunny took back her hat and placed it on her head before walking over to the boy with the camera . "Hello my name is Sunny Jones it seems that both of us Pokemon watchers. I draw the pokemon that I see instead of taking pictures. I hope to one day draw all the legendary pokemon in the world." As Sunny was speaking her hat started to float off on its own again and placed it self on top of Salvo's head. The Duskull then materialized giggling at what he had just done.

Remmy was getting super cold while he waited for his tote bad. Once he was handed one he suck his head in to see everything that in while the guy listed everything off. "How nice of you for giving me this!" Remmy said as he took his head out of the bag and took out the pokeball, "Ohh neat!! Maybe I can get pokemon with this!" Right when he said that he herad the cry of the pokemon everyone was talking about. He looked up in the diction the cry came from but could not see because this guy was in front of him. "Hey sir! I wanna see! Your in my way" He cried out loud. Still being a kid could really suck some time.
Squeeks giggle as Remmy suck in head in the bag which in turn made him fell in to the bag. Once Remmy took his head out of the bag Squeeks jump out of it and when back to sitting on Remmy's head. The Squeeks heard the cry of the pokemon and not to be out done Squeeks let out a cry as loud as he could! "EMOLGA!!!!"

Clyde, or rather, the quiet and shy Simon Tahoh stayed to the back of the group, surveying the passing trainers and their pokemon. There were a significant amount of rare pokemon here; he could've sworn he even saw someone fly in on a Lugia. He followed the group inside, listening to the Ranger as he pulled out his communicator. Hopefully everyone would be distracted enough now. Typing quickly, he sent the newest set of instructions for the mission. Hopefully the other members would think twice before checking their communicators all at the same time. Clyde wanted to scoff at the Ranger, so cheerful. The organization should've taken out this base before going up the mountain, would've prevented people from getting further up the mountain.
He muttered a quiet, in-character thank you as the ranger passed him his free items. The cry of the legendary pokemon pierced the night. It seemed they would need their help with more than keeping trainers off the mountain.
((Rockets, you have a new mission, check the missions thread please!))

Gepardo squinted his eyes at the odd sight, but couldn't decipher what it was. Technically, by coloration and status, he could probably figure it out, but he found himself nursing a headache at the amount of noise around him for the last few hours. Shaking his head, he stepped a little away from the group and blinked. "...Lilli?" He looked around, not spotting a white murkrow, nor a blob of white that was a ditto. "Lilli, you silly putty, where are you!" Said pokemon had transform into a glameow and was weaving around people's legs, meowing loudly for her trainer.

Salvo watched the jiggling Raichu, slightly mesmerized by the motion. <"Speaking of losing weight,"> he began, then decided to change tactics slightly. <"No, exercising's really good. Makes you stronger, gives you more energy. The more exercise you get, the longer you can do stuff. Active stuff,"> he amended. <"I can walk all day because I've been exercising so much,">
"Osmond it is, then," Shaun said. "One way or another I'll see pokemon, and that's all I'm in it for. Even if we never see a single wild pokemon, I'm happy!"
However, it seemed there was no danger of that. Before long they came across a ranger station and were offered an interesting bit of information: a large number of people had been heading up this way lately. Very curious. He gladly accepted the provisions though; free supplies were always useful. He made sure the thank the Ranger as he took his bag.
Then a strange cry was heard up the mountains, drawing his eyes up that way. There was a shape that could be dimly seen up there, and he quickly whipped up his camera to try to zoom in on the creature. But the compact camera didn't have a true telephoto lens, and made little impact that distance and in the dim lighting. No matter how he tried, all he could make out was a faint blue and purple shape...or was that gray? He snapped a picture anyway, partly out of reflex and partly because people could do amazing things with photo editing software nowadays. Maybe someone could bring it into clearer focus somehow.
"Well, we're on the right track at least," he commented to Osmond.

Clyde squinted downward, confused at the pokemon suddenly at his feet. A glameow? Cute, though not very rare, even with it's unusual markings. In character, he reached down to pet it, "Hi there~" He said quietly. "Um excuse me, is this someone's glameow?" He said awkwardly.

He wasn't here to make friends with these people, nor idle chit chat. Thus, when Sabre arrived with Anja beside him, he made no effort to approach the other trainers and their Pokemon.. though, he did give some of the various types of companions a glance. He was a breeder, after all, and his main interest was with the creatures. Anja was relaxed, the Houndoom calmly staying at Sabre's side, remaining as quiet as he. She showed some interest in a few, but didn't make any motion to approach either, far more content to remain at her trainers side.
the silent, white haired man traveled along with the group, keeping a fair distance from being too close to anyone in particular, but keeping up enough to not get left behind or lose his way. Sharp, attentive eyes didn't focus on one individual for long, inspecting their surroundings along the way, making mental notes of the environment they were now in. His heavy metal boots made a chiming sound, and a solid thud with each step, which was probably the only sound produced by him.. and all you would get out of him.
upon reaching the ranger's station, he listened to the man, but gave no sort of acknowledgement to his words. He simply waited for the man to leave the small building to acquire the equipment for the trek ahead. After all... there was only one reason he was here... he'd seen quite a few legendary's in his day now. It only seemed right to take this venture to see this elusive creature he'd been hearing about. With the items distributed, Sabre's attention veered swiftly when that unknown cry pierced into the air, causing his eyes to slowly scan around to try and follow the source, looking to Anja who was looking right up the mountain at... a figure... one that neither she nor Sabre had seen before...

Doyle walked into the building and took the supplies the Ranger handed him. "Thanks." He said before walking out. He nearly tripped over a Glameow that was oddly colored and a familiar face from TR: Clyde. He stopped and bent down to pet her. "Hey there.... where's your trainer?" He asked her softly so as to not spook her, "You know... you'll have an easier time finding your trainer if you're up higher. Want a lift up?" He offered Lilli his arm so she could climb up him and peer above many of the other people. He basically ignored Clyde as they were both in disguises. "Dude.... you need to speak up if you want to be heard in this mess."
He felt his communicator vibrate and waited for a more appropriate moment to check it but he could guess as to why it was going off. Apparently the mission was going to start soon even if he didn't have the exact details yet. If all else he could check with his partner.

Marlo folded his arms before his bosom, not too persuaded. With a conservative mental conscious, he wasn't fond of being told he was wrong, and turned away with a puffed outer lip.
Osmond accepted the bag, scratching his head at the contents. All items he should've brought, but didn't. What his luck. As he swung the tote about his shoulder, he attempted to search out Marlo, but instead his attention was tugged to a unfamiliar and haunting speck in the distance. He quirked both brows at the unknown Pokemon, withholding his awe. "Well, I'll be . . . I wonder what it is." he commented.
Nodding to Shaun, Osmond couldn't remove the image his eyes beheld. Sliding his glance back towards the Ranger and the horizon, Osmond agreed, "We certainly are, heh. I wonder if we'll catch a better glimpse of it later on."

Lilliputti bristled a little at the petting hand on her, but turned her head upwards. She meowed lightly at both people now giving her their full attention. Good! She had attention! Attention was good. Big black eyes stared a them, one of them was calling out, but her trainer hadn't seen her as a glameow yet! Sniffing at Doyle's offered arm, she climbed up and onto the poor guy's head before transforming back into a ditto. "Diiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiitto!!!!!!" Gepardo turned around so fast, he tripped, falling back on his a**. "Oww..." Groaning, he got back up, peeking at two trainers, one wearing a certain white blob as a hat. "Ah, thank Arceus..." He walked over to them, waving. "Hi, yes, that's my ditto"

Koorie had arrived a little late to the gathering, having had previous matters to attend to, but arrived in time to be given a bag from the Ranger as they were handed out. As the contents were told to her, she took note of the contents, thinking that the insulated blanket was going to be something of importance to keep in mind if she got separated.
The cry came as a surprise to her and she turned quickly just in time to see what was more than likely the pokemon that they were all curious to be after. Turning back to the group, she frowned as she recognized a few people from her previous group travels.
The pokeball at her hip flashed bright as her vulpix exited the contraption and placed herself next to the human. The small fire pokemon glanced around and gave a small growl, but otherwise remained quiet by her trainer's side. Miu was not happy to be, yet again, in a group of humans.

"Ah a ditto!" Clyde said, still in character and ignoring Doyle as well. He felt his communicator buzz, no doubt. "Interesting," He said, looking at the white blob on Doyle's head. The own came over quickly, moving through the sea of trainers. "Hello," Clyde said. "My name is Simon Tahoh," He said to Doyle and then to the owner of the ditto. He stuck out a hand in case the other trainer wanted to shake it. Simon was a nervous character, and awkward. Easy to play. He also hoped this trainer let his ditto wander around frequently, a ditto would be nice to bring back...
