Moirrana shrugged within herself a bit, self conscious. "Well...I don't know. It's hard to imagine anyone looking at me the way most mates do to their own. Then again I've never known anyone's attention other than family."
With a huff of flame Kutai picked up speed, keening his scent in on a kill. It smelled like an entire den of rabbits. It smelled...delicious. With an uncharacteristic growl, he leaped down from the tree line and started making uncanny leaps from tree to tree, never touching the ground.

"Well.... there is time to explore and learn." He grinned, "There is way to many of us for Granny to keep in one place. And she's gotten to where she doesn't have to keep her dewclaw on us at all times and has relaxed since we all have grown up."
Growling deeply Fuega exhaled flames with every breath. The smell of prey filled her nose and she knew it wouldn't be long before the blood shed would come and she would get the gratification of flesh between her fangs again.

She brightened after that. "Yea, she can't stop us all. And what's she gonna do? Disown me? She must have been grief-stricken enough as it was with Father being gone, and then me being gone for going to find him. I don't think she'd do anything too...drastic. Come on. Let's go see what Geegee's gonna do to your aunty."
With a powerful lunge Kutai landed in front of a small cave of rabbits. With a deep inhalation, he releases a strong blast of fire into the little hole, scorching their prey. The flames dissipated from his maw with a deep, guttural growl.

Giving a soft chuckle he got up and followed behind her, "Exactly. We are family. And we will always be together."
Fuega slowed and her ears stood tall on her head as she watched Kutai. This wasn't like him. Not at all. he was acting more like her. Feral. Rage filed. Dark.

Moirrana made her way back home with Balin in tow, a smile on her face and confidence in her heart. "Thanks for listening Bal. I guess I just needed to let all that out. I guess the family values stuck around."
Kutai raised his head with a sadistic glare in his eyes, a fanged grin plastered upon his face. It was kinda...scary actually. He turned to look at Fuega, and he seemed to snap back into reality. He looked into the cave to see and smell burnt rabbit fur, and he cringed. "Please tell me that wasn't..." his voice drifted off slightly.

"Hey no problem at all. We have to look after each other. It is out bond as family." he grinned at her.
Fuega lowered her head and her nostrils flared as she took in the scents around her, "I hate to say it....but you were not the one I love. You took on an air like my own. You torment has bore something......... I............ I am sorry....." Taking a wide stance she watched him, she knew to well what was going on. She herself was the product of a similar situation. Born of grief, hate, torment, and pain. And from that it was all she knew and gave. And now her own mate had undergone similar treatment. And she could only suspect what was happening in side Kutai's very soul. If he changed she wanted to be prepared to defend herself, but not harm her mates body.

Kutai collapsed in front of her, his eyes wide open in the horror of this all too familiar situation that he himself was once in, only in her paws. She had undergone complete and brutal torment, torture, humiliation, and everything in between just for the sadistic pleasure of doing it. And now...he felt her pain utterly and entirely. It made him afraid. It made him...sick. Tears slowly driveled down his cheek as sorrow overtook him.

Foldling her ears back she padded over to him, her body low to the ground, "Shhhh easy now." her harsh voice turned gentle to calming. Stepping over him with one of her front legs place her head next to him, "I know what you feel. The one that I rose form felt it. I cause so much pain. To others. To...... you." she nuzzled him, "But you got me through what I was. Made me who I am. And now I will not leave you to be torn from the inside and ate at like a feast. I will not allow it." she bared her fangs in frustration and trembled.

Kutai merely laid there in a somber heap, wondering what will become of his soul now that there is a stain upon it from the pain. Images of hatred incarnate flashed in his eyes, causing a swirl of emotions within him. He wasn't sure whether to lash out or to lay there and take the comfort he obviously needed so much. Weakness in his voice, he spoke. "Thank...you..."

Breathing a soft breath of flame to sooth him, Fuega's eyes drifted to the rabbit burrows and the smoke that rose from them, It is odd seeing the damage from the other side. Witnessing it. Instead of causing it. If I, the dark beast I am, can be tamed. Then so can what eats at him "I will not leave you." A rough voice cooed, "You are my mate. My love. My reason for being. With out you, I am nothing. I need you."

Kutai's eyes flared open and they weren't the characteristic red. They were...dark. Hollow. Corrupt. They stared directly into Fuega's with what seemed to be the intent of feasting. But Kutai remained completely still, like a statue. "That little weakling? Right. I forget he's there sometimes. He knew better than to cut loose with 'me' around." he said before laughing evilly.

Leaning a way from him her eyes narrowed and her pupils turned to slits as she looked deep into the others eyes, "And who exactly are you?" Her voice took a cold edge to it.

The same hellish eyes stared back into hers, as if peering into her very own soul with a haunting visage. A cruel smile curled his lips, baring unusually sharp fangs. Kutai stood and bowed his head quickly. "I'll take example from you, Fire Angel. You may call me...Maldicion."

"My example?" She quirked her brow, "And what do you mean by that, Maldicion" Fire angel. He called me by what my name translates to....... Slowly she stalked around him looking him over..

Maldicion cracked a sadistic grin once more as he stared her down. "By choosing that kind of name. You can call this a curse if you will. A blessing for myself, quite honestly. As weak as this body is, it has the uses I need." he noticed her looking him over. "Impressed? I took manifestation without any major changes." Except for the tails being tipped in darkest black, at least. "Now don't play coy with me, darling. I won't hurt you." Just your family and everything you love. he projected.
