Ohhmaru-Concoo-Tanoweichi I understand, I have tried to run a couple of threads before. Most of them have petered out but the one I'm running now is going strong and I know how it can get busy. I tried to run a tournament myself, definitely helps to have crew. On that note, let me know if you need any further help - I'm more than willing to try to be another guide or helper but didn't want to step on your toes or anything and make you feel like I was out of line

So, question about Animatic characters: do they have to be based upon the provided tektek bases (which, by the way, are showing up with a message of "This Avatar Must Be Resaved" or something similar), or could I just make one up so long as it looks like a human/animal hybrid? (and, on that note, can i make dragon animatic?)

Kuro Ryuu Hime So, question about Animatic characters: do they have to be based upon the provided tektek bases (which, by the way, are showing up with a message of "This Avatar Must Be Resaved" or something similar), or could I just make one up so long as it looks like a human/animal hybrid? (and, on that note, can i make dragon animatic?) I think you can make up a human animal hybrid. I don't know about dragon since that really is a whole other race on it's own. But the caption will be on tomorrow and can better answer your question. now that I think about it I don't know if he is using dragonborns.

Wells_Falls I think you can make up a human animal hybrid. I don't know about dragon since that really is a whole other race on it's own. But the caption will be on tomorrow and can better answer your question. now that I think about it I don't know if he is using dragonborns. Alrighty then. I shall wait for an answer from the Captain. Though I will add that if I did make a dragon Animatic, I wouldn't make it any stronger than average or anything -- just a human with a scaly tail and (maybe little) wings and probably claws and pointy teeth. I just love dragons, but if that wouldn't work, I have other ideas as well. ^.=.^

As Wells said, it is Ohhmarrufdjskalfdsa's final word if he is ok with dragon animatic (I don't see why not, personally, as long as they're not superpowered beyond reason), but as far as if you have to use a TekTek base, he's said before to those who don't like/use/want Tek Tek that having a detailed description or pictures will suffice. So no you don't have to use it, nor are you limited strictly to what items TekTek has

Put it like this is its a real animal yes you can make it if its a mythical beast no.

Some places classify dragons as creatures (albeit exotic ones) and some classify them as sentient beings, so wasn't sure which version this place followed. Also, which one is the dragon-like race? I don't think I saw it amongst the other races.

You start with 15 point to buy a magic and 25 points for weapons and adding skills to those weapons. He has said that you can give up your magic and put the 15 points into weapons but that will put you in a disadvantage I would think. sweatdrop Hope that helps some.
