As Riley landed in the room, she took stock of the situation, and let others handle trying to figure out the door. This wasn't her usual strategy, but her writer is very sick and probably should be in bed right now. So she sat there, quietly, and waited.

Sure enough, they managed to open up yet another trap, as the floor opened up below them and they fell. Once again, Riley was not in the least bit surprised.

This was what Xmas always meant to Halloweentowners.

Phos could only purse his lips and pout at the rude gnome thing. "Well fine, but in keeping this haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa......."

once again the pup found himself in mid air, with no tail or sets of wings to aid his fall. Hellhounds were just not made for air. "I REALLY HOPE THERES SOMETHING SOFT BELOW!"

"I'll hold it for you!" Tomoko offered with a bright look on her face, hopeful as always - until the elves looked towards them. Tomoko looked back, a small frown gracing her features. 'Shouldn't have done that'?

What had they done? Were they mask salesmen? Did anybody else get that reference or was Tomoko imagining things that just didn't exist? Did Ben actually die?

Then the floor let out and the kitsune made a shrieking noise before tumbling down into the darkness, still holding onto Jack's arm and instinctively reaching out for Uller as well, eyes wide.

"Uaaahhhhhhhh!"

and down she went.

He looked over at the other two as Jack tried to calm Tomoko down. The poor girl looked like she was having a hard time wrapping her mind about why she was here. Sighing a little, the Stag reached out and pet Tomoko's hair in an affectionate manner. "It'll be alright, Tomoko," he murmured slowly. His eyes looked around this way and that as he tried to figure out what was happening exactly. And who the gnome was yammering on about.

Apparently they had to be quiet about one thing or another. Frowning at that, he sighed and stretched his legs out a little bit before he rose up. All this falling was hurting his knees.

The last thing on his mind as the floor opened up and made everyone fall, was that he hated the feeling of danger that was looming all over the place. With his brows knit he looked over to Tomoko, and then Jack and shook his head. Jack seemed to be having a hard time with his feet being the wrong way. That cat sense that seemed to be very convenient and helpful in situations like this. However, how long was the fall? It might not even be worth it. For all he knew this fall was going to either break everyone's legs or kill them all.

Alex had been quite content to just sit and let everyone else do all the work for him. Somebody had found a chute, others were talking to elves...

He had just laid back on the floor with his arms crossed behind his head, happy to chillax.

Well, until there was no longer s floor to chillax on. It opened up beneath him and he didn't have time to curse or shout exclamations, he only had time to fall, his eyelids clenched shut against the impact he knew was coming,

He just hoped his leg wouldn't fall apart when he hit the bottom.

She really couldn't do anything to help in the effect of busting down the door... but that didn't seem necessary when the floor suddenly was no longer under her feet, or cannon's paws... sending them both down with the rest of the students.
