Otto's look had simply but met with a smug grin.
That smug was gone when he knocked her to the ground. She turned on her heel as she fell in a desperate attempt to stay standing, aiming a punch at Otto as she did.
Okay, she didn't really aim so much as she just...hit him..
..Somewhere...
She wasn't quite sure where she hit him.

Otto rolled, as Candace came down flailing. He was hit by one such flailing limb in the nose. Otto held a hand to his poor little nose as he continued to roll away.
He kicked at her as he did before getting to his feet again.

"Hey... Hey!" Was she giving up? Didn't see him as a threat? Otto made a disgruntled face and started to nudge her in the ribs with his foot.

Candace was conscious. Very conscious. She laid there and stared at Otto as he nudged at her, unfazed by the slight kicks at first until about the third or fourth kick. She winced, hissing quietly with pain and suddenly rolling over to hop onto her feet. She grabbed Otto and leaned over to bring him down to the ground with her, grabbing the boy in a headlock and curling one leg around his.
And then Otto was noogied so hard.
"Say it~."

Otto fumbled and fell, now completely at Candace's mercy as the fall, grab and noogie depleted what was left of his energy. "Nnghhhhh! Okay! Okay! You win!" He grouched in a strained tone.
"You're stronger than me!"

And just like that she released him, tipping Otto's head up to give him a quick kiss against his lips as she had given him last time. A reward for being a good boy. She even pat his head and got back up onto her feet, offering a hand down to help Otto up. "Damn straight~. You put up a really good fight though. My back is still sore." a*****e. Hitting her spine like that.

Dammit. A woman was stronger than him. He'd already known, but now it was set in stone. The mystery gone. His head was tilted up, and he kind of assumed she was just going to look at him smugly and tell him to say it again. But nope. Kiss to the lips. Welp, that shut those thoughts up. Bewildered for a short moment, Otto soon realized he was being helped up. Right.. right.
He wasn't sure if he'd ever get used to these touchy feely types.
He took her hand and got himself to his feet with her aid. "Thanks.." He murmured, gaining his composure again. "Well, that's it for my work out." Way to tucker him out, Candace.

"Figured a kiss would soften the blow to your ego." Candace smiled, helping Otto up and straightening out her clothes and hair. "Same for me, I think. Worked up a good sweat doing that." She grabbed her bag and pat Otto on the shoulder. "Back to the dorms then?"

"Yeah well..... yeah." Yeah it did.
"Sure. Think its nap time." He agreed, gathering his stuff and holding it under his arm. With that, it was off to the dorms. Er... Maybe the showers first... hm. Nap or shower. Only time would tell.
