Roland had moved after Nevada, Sylvia once more slung over his shoulder feeling much more comfortable in his own jacket again. Nevada it seemed was right. He marched along behind her, what ever changes happened at the start, they where standing in the same long hallway once more.
"s**t... you think Lex will make it? He seemed kinda tired when I got there..."

Lex gave a weary smile to both the Mists, trailing along as they found their way into the main chamber again. Good, good. Now to just avoid traps and get an artifact, or something. Try, try, try again, right?

"Ladies first then boys." She smiled as she slowly and steadily walked in the room.
Praying that nothing happened. It was too bad that her wish wouldn't come true. She heard the click before she looked down. The floor opened up and literally swallowed her up. She only had a brief moment to look at Lex and Roland before she was gone.

Roland nodded to Lex as he joined them, "Didn't think you would make it, looked like you had been up all night man." Offering a light slap to the back Roland turned to watch Nevada attempt the hall. Without warning a chunk of the floor dropped away causing Roland to jump "N-Nevada!" s**t s**t s**t.
"W-we should keep going, she had a pendant, they work fast right... she'll be fine?" He didn't have time to dwell on it, looking back he saw the end of the hall erupt in flame, rolling towards him and Lex. Without warning he grabbed the other hunter triggering his pendant again sending them back to the portal room just before the fire washed over them.

Lex panicked at Nevada falling down, and panicked more when he was grabbed by the Mist. Teleported again to Deus, completely exhausted. Augh.
"Thanks for the save." He mumbled, getting up hastily. Bah, back to retracing their steps. "Should we go in right now? Rest a little?"
He stopped, looking around. "Where's Nevada?"

Nevada had landed herself in a fluffy pile of laundry and pulled the clean hunter coats off her as she stared at raised eyebrows from the cleaning hunter. Giving him a sheepish smile, she ducked out as fast as she could and looked for her boys.
Catching the tail end of Lex's questions, she popped behind them.
"We go again." She waited a beat, a detriemened face on the usual lazy features. "I'm not leaving without some damn artifact. I've put far more effort then I expected too." She stretched and stood a little taller.
Roland held up a hand, "No. We can't go again." He shook his head, "Rather let's just... take a break okay?" Roland put a hand gently on Nevada's shoulder. "We can go after a break, we've had a rough trip so far so let's just sit back for a day and attack this problem again okay?"
