At this point, it wasn't a match to see who was the better man; it was a brawl to see who could take the most pain, it seemed. So far, Shanahan seemed to be winning in that department. As the man slowly began to stir, he rolled onto his stomach at a snail's pace. His arms searched for anything to assist him in the fruitless effort to crawl away from Chrono before the assault began once more. The move had jarred the God of Punks, but he was far from out.

The ref called the 10 count and technically the match was a draw via countout. Chrono got to his feet via the help of the ring barricade as referees and personnel tried to prevent him from attacking Matt
Chrono however fought them all off," They wanted to see me in action.. They wanted to see a true champion... They wanted a battle... They wish to demean me? ME? MEEEEE? Look at me... You dare say I lost my touch? DARE SAY IT? "
He grasped Matt by the hair and attempted to drag him away from the wreckage of the broken table..
Sorry brother, but sacrifices must be made, and you... Unfortunately will not live to see the end result.."

A grumbled grunt was all that left Shanahan's lips as the God of Time pulled him up by his hair. He didn't put up my resistance... All he could do was plan, while Chrono dragged him off by his short locks.

The Tyrannical Behemoth got Shanahan a significant distance away and then decided that dragging a dead weighed person was beyond him at the moment as he then attempted to hoist Matt onto his shoulders and walk him towards the ramp area.

The Behemoth managed to get Shanahan up onto his shoulders, the man seeming near unconsciousness. He laid limp on the Time God's shoulder, while the crowd was busy jeering at the Champion for... For something.

Chrono turned his body, to look at the crowd reactions as he moved and looked to the left of him and to the right of him, he let out a mighty bellow as he attempted to give Matt a forward falling fireman's carry into the steel ramp with authority!

Shanahan had taken a beating this far into the match. His pride had been struck twice, he had been put through a table, and his knees were in a world of hurt from the beginning of the match. Could he fight back against the Champion's brute power?!
You're damn right he could.
The God of Punks' planning time was well used, and right as Chrono began to turn to face the fans, he would attempt to struggle and rip his legs out of their hold. If he could pull it off, he would attempt to slide off of the Champion's back with his arm around his head, right before attempt to lift him up for a Falling Star onto the steel!
And if this didn't work, slammed upon the steel ramp he would be!
((Falling Star = Reverse suplex into cutter.))

Matt's struggling paid off.. Slightly.. Chrono had Matt up for the forward falling fireman's carry, or the Wasteland for those uneducated masses out there reading on. Chrono's slam ended up being inverted due to the God of Punk's struggling. Chrono ended up falling backwards and while Matt fell forward backfirst into the steel ramp..
The back of Chrono's head hit the ramp as well, and for the third time this match his head had connected with steel!

It was Botchmania tonight, starring Matt Shanahan with co-star Chrono Clepsydra! Yes, the two Gods just couldn't seem to get many things right tonight.
Instead of Shanahan's plans going through, he found himself landing hard on the steel ramp! His back cracked against the unforgiving metal plating, causing him to grab hold of his lower back and growl like a bear that just couldn't catch a salmon. The God of Punks rolled to his base after contact, trying to recover faster than he had before. He knew that with Chrono as his opponent, every second counted.

Chrono laid on the steel ramp motionless for a while to regain his composure as he stared at the arena lights. His breathing was heavy, but none the less he wasn't about to give up this battle.

On his hands and knees, Shanahan tried his best to stay balanced as he regained his surroundings. The fans were at their feet chanting for him, and they were all falling on deaf ears; to him, Chrono was the only other man in the arena.
With a groan of lingering pain, The God of Punks pushed himself up to his feet. He stumbled as he came to his full height, but was quick to regain himself as he neared the edge. Once he was up and sturdy, he made his way to Chrono and attempted to drag him up the ramp by his hair. "I'll be damned if I'm just another notch on your... On your belt, friend..." He mumbled as he tried to pull Chrono behind him.

"Notch on a belt?" he said as Matt put his arm behind him. "You think yourself so low? Thus is why you need to be put down..." the Behemoth said as he attempted to strike Matt in the ribs with his free elbow..

The elbow connected, sending Shanahan back a step from impact. Yet, he didn't seem to feel it; that little exchange between the two set the former Blackstar ablaze with rage, and it was clear in his eyes. They honed in on Chrono and for that moment, there was no friendship. There was only an opponent.
With a fury previously unseen, Shanahan aimed to bring his right fist crashing down into that opponent's head. He didn't stop there, as he rocketed to the other side of his head, followed by another right! The God of Punks was attempting to send down a rain of blows to the forehead of the Behemoth.

Chrono fell to the ramp and was met with a flurry of fists and there was only one way to stop the assault from Matt..
Chrono reached up and attempted to headbutt the God of Punks, and if successful would attempt to judo flip him off of him on to the stage behind them!

The headbutt connected, only stunning The Punk for a spare second. But that second was all that Chrono needed, as Shanahan was soon flipped over the man and onto the stage! Matt's back cracked hard against the unforgiving steel, causing him to roll and hold his back.
