Kirito looked at him with an angry expression. The black haired male crossed his arms and sighed as he turned away from him and rubbed his head. "I'm sorry. I didn't mean to scare you or yell at you. You just had me really worried. You could have asked me to get it for you if it was important or you could have asked me to take you to go get it. Rather than sneaking out at night and going out to God knows where." he said quickly turning to Mori his voice raising slightly. Kirito bit his lip and sighed once again. Sitting in the chair near Mori's bed side. He leaned down resting his elbows on his knees as he slouched. "Of course I'm worried. I worry about everyone here. You to..Mori-san even though you keep to yourself. I worry about how you're doing out in the woods all by yourself..." he said rubbing his back. Kirito looked up to see a few scratches on the other male and got up to get some bandaids. Coming back he placed on on his cheek, collar bone, and the middle of his nose. "Look at you getting scratches." he said finishing placing them on. He had a smile on his face. "I'm glad...that thats all you got." he said ruffling up Mori's hair.

Mori shook his head about if he'd asked Kirito to get it, he wasn't really trusting just yet at least in regards to this box. "I didn't think you'd want to..." if he'd asked, to take Mori to get it. Sighing, "I...I knew what way I was going..." from memory he knew the direction to go, it had just been a matter of feeling around where he was walking, but he had managed. Listening, he wasn't used to that, the worry, but it made him smile lightly, "...thank you..." for just his concern. It was nice. His head perked up raising one hand feeling the bandaids, flushing lightly just embarressed, and then kirito ruffling his hair. Nodding, "Y-yea..." that it was good that was the only damage.

Kirito gave Mori a gentle smile. He took a wet cloth and cleaned began wiping off any dirt that was on Mori. When he was done Kirito covered Mori up with a blanket. Kirito stood up and placed his hand on the latter's head. "Now, please...go to sleep. And don't run off again either. You'll give me more than a fair share in scares." he said with a chuckle. Honestly Kirito didn't wanna leave him alone. He walked over to turn off the lights and took a blanket from the other bed and laid down on the couch. Without making another sound he watched Mori fall asleep first before going to sleep himself.

Mori made a face when Kirito was cleaning the dirt off his face, and around, wrinkling his nose after he was done. But felt better having the dirt off. Still holding the box, Mori had actually rolled onto his side while holding onto the box, having it laying next to him. Nodding, "I won't...don't worry." Smiling a little as he'd laid his head down. Yawning, he'd still been tired and it was late into the night. Surprised at how quickly he'd knocked out, breathing softly passed out cold now.

The next morning Kirito had already awoken and was doing a check up on one of the villagers. It was an old man who ran the iron shop. "You're perfectly fine. You've passed your check up again." said Kirito smiling. The old man was happy and gave a proud laugh while leaving. Kirito had chuckled and saw the man leave as he looked around at what to make for breakfast. "Let's see. I got a lot of food yesterday, wonder what i can cook. Ahh! Dumplings." he said as he took out the ingredients. The fresh ingredients aroma began to mix in with one another and had a rich smell through the whole clinic. The doc's dumplings were always something to die for and he made lots of it when he's in a very good mood.

Mori slept heavily after the events of last night, barely even stirring while the noise was going on of Kirito doing an exam and all. Though once he started smelling those dumplings, his stomach decided to wake up and rumble, whining a little, sleepily as he move one arm rubbing his stomach. "Mhm...hungry..." Muttering out loud, not realizing he had but then popped up, his hair all a mess, he'd been moving around in the bed apparently. Yawning loudly, not knowing how silly he looked with his hair kinda staticy and all. One hand moving feeling the box, letting out a relieved sigh at least it was still there.

Kirito was done making the many dumplings and placed it away for it to be steamed and cooked. The aroma grew greater and he opened the window to air the clinic out a bit. Walking in to the patient's room he looked to see Mori muttering that he was hungry and sitting up with his atrocious bed hair. Kirito couldn't help but let out a laugh. "My, my, what a bed head you have their Mori-san." he said sitting near him. "You seemed to have slept like a baby last night." he said trying to stretch a bit. His back was aching since he slept on the couch which wasn't too big and had his legs hanging off of it.

Mori yawned again before he heard Kirito laughing, his head turning trying to figure where he was. "H-Hey what..." What's so funny he was going to say but then Kirito had said what and made Mori flush about that, his hands going up trying to brush back his hair but he would need a brush it was harder to do with his fingers with long hair. "Ahh...h-heyyy." Puffing his cheeks out. But at his next remark, "O-oh...yea...I hadn't realized I was so tired...and then I just knocked out cold...I slept good though." Adding after, "A-and hey...what is that smells so good?"

Kirito took a brush and placed it into Mori's hand so that he would brush his hair. "What? I think it's cute." he said still chuckling. Kirito nodded when Mori explained how he just knocked out. He gave a smile. When Mori asked what the smell was he looked back into the kitchen. "Those? As what the villager's call them. "Doc's Dragon Dumplings"." he said. "It'll be awhile till their done since they have to be steamed to get cooked." he said. Soon their was a knock at the door and little girl's voice could be heard. "Doctor? Big brother!" Touru called out as she walked in to see the two in the patient's room. "Hey you two. Momma told me to bring you with this." she said handing Kirito a few bottles of milk. "Ahh thank you. I'll go put this up." he said except for one. He left one on the bedside table for Mori to drink. Touru watched Kirito walk into the kitchen and turned to Mori. She climbed on the chair and stood on it to get to the bed side. "Big Brother! Big Brother! Doctor told me that you ran away last night! Why did you do that?" she asked in a worried tone.

Mori felt the brush, moving it so it was right in his hands, the way he held it. Blushing at the cute comment coughing lightly. Reaching back, he grabbed a hold of his hair having it hanging over his shoulder and just by feeling he started with the bottom ends. Untangling them and brushing out the little bristled ends where his hair had gotten a little burnt off but brushed those pieces out. Pushing it all back behind him once he got the ends fixed and started brushing through the rest of his hair, fixing it down. Chuckling hearing Kirito say what the villager's called them, "Doc's Dragon Dumplings...huh sounds...interesting." Smirking a bit. He was still brushing when he heard Touru smiling at her calling big brother again. He pursed his lips curiously at what it was Touru had brought from her mom. Finishing up with his hair he put the brush in his lap as he heard Touru's question, flushing a little, "hm, he did did he..." About telling what he did. Sighing, "...There was something important I had to get from my home...It wasn't something I could tell anyone about to get..."

Touru frowned at Mori and took hold of his hand. "Big brother shouldn't do things like that. Doctor get's really worried. Even..when big brother wasn't here...when I came to play with doctor he would always wonder how you were doing living in the forest away from the village. Because there are bad things in the forest. Like those bad people and big animals." she said tearing up a bit. She really admired the doctor and wanted to learn medicine from him to help others like he does. "Plus, you can tell Doctor anything! He's a really great person and-ahh" she yelped as Kirito picked her up. "Now now, Touru. What are you saying to Mori-san." he said smiling and wiping her eyes. Would you do me a favor and take this envelope to Ms. Yamamoto?" he asked. Touru nodded her head and left the clinic to make the delivery. He turned to Mori. "Sorry, she use to come everyday because of her sister, but when she left it's just every so often now." he said rubbing the back of is head. "Why don't you drink the milk? I recommend it since it's fresh." he said hoping to change the topic.

Mori would have had a sweat drop mark on his head at Touru basically reprimanding him. Though what part of his expression could be seen he looked honestly surprised finding out how much the doc really was thinking about him, how concerned. "I didn't think he was really so concerned about me..." Sighing nodding about bad things, "Yea...but..." I was better off out there he wanted to say. But the little one would wonder why he said it, it wasn't something he wanted to tell yet. Moving his hands, one patting her head lightly "I know..." going to say more when Touru let out that noise from Kirito scooping her up at least he figured that's what had happened since he no longer could feel her where she was standing, when he'd pat her head. Listening to Kirito, "What had her sister been here for?" Curious. But then Kirito had changed the subject to the milk. Both hands palms out reaching till he brushed along the table and felt the bottle. Taking it in his hands feeling to the top to open it.

Kirito smiled when he asked about Touru's sister. "Well, she was my assistant I told you about earlier. She wanted to learn medicine and since I'm the first doctor these people really have she came to me just in case I ever wanted to move." he said not letting out anymore info than that. Kirito watched as Mori drank the milk. "Well if you don't mind I have to give you a check up. You actually scheduled one today and plus I need to check out your eyes." he said. Kirito helped Mori sit up and took his shirt off. Putting on his utensil(have no idea what its called) he placed the part that goes on his ears and breathe on the other end to make the steel warm. He pressed it against Mori's chest and began hearing for the sound of his heart beat. For Kirito..it sounded nice and healthy too. When checking his heart was done Kirito unwrapped Mori's bandages around his eyes. "Now, let's see what you can do. Can you open your eyes? Do you feel any pain when you open them?" he said getting a small flashlight. If Mori were to fully open them he would look to seethe problem.

"Huh...that's interesting..." About the sister, though he was curious about more but Kirito kept cutting him off before he got to more, sipping the milk when he mentioned a checkup. "O-oh, alright then." Shifting a bit as Kirito helped him, feeling a little brush of air on his skin. Breathing when he told him in and out. Cringing feeling the bandages taken off around his eyes. Nodding, "Okay..." He looked like he was trying to open his eyes but it took awhile, whining it had stung when he was trying to open them. Watering at the rims of hid lids, they slit open. "O-Owwww," they kept fluttering but he had them open. And the most he could see in some way was a shine of light, "I-It's bright...a-all I can see is bright white...I-It stung trying to open them..." It still hurt keeping them open. You could see the color of his eyes, but there seemed to be a haze in them, his eyes not reacting to any movements, but did search when he heard noises and tried to look for the source.

Kirito nodded his head when Mori told him it stung. "I see. Go ahead and close your eyes." he said. He didn't need the flashlight as the sun provided a good enough light. "To get it from stop stinging we at least need you to air them from time to time. So you can get use to having them open without them stinging. Come here." he said as he grabbed another wet cloth and began wiping around near Mori's eyes. He needed to be careful. Soon he wrapped a new pair of bandages and went ahead to take care of the other bandages on Mori's body as well. "There you go. All better." he said. The aroma in the air was growing stronger. "I should go check the dumplings hold on ok." he said as he went into the kitchen to see that the dumplings were all cook.He had made a lot. They filled 7 plates. He took one into the patient room and placed it near the bedside table and helped Mori back to his bed. "Dumplings are ready. Go ahead and try some." he said as he took a pair of chopsticks and blew on the steaming dumpling till it was cool and held it near Mori's mouth. "How does it taste?" he asked eating one for himself.
