Sorry Milly, but these customs actually aren't open, and this colorist no longer works for HoA. They just say they are open from last year because the title was never changed. Sorry to disappoint you! The colorists that work for HoA currently are MayaMage2, -MoomoolatteCha-, manasstalker, and Ultima Vita (at least, those are the ones who might take you up on your bribe. You can also PM you bribe to one of them, if you would like, but they have to accept it, of course.
