Des did not seem particularly keen on moving. Nope. Not even with two extra kids begging him to go get water... it didn't help that he didn't have anything to put it in.
"Papa maybe we can go play in the lake then?" Altair papped his legs a couple more times, smiling innocently.
THAT got his attention.
"No, I'll go get the water. Stay here. Don't leave with anyone, and I mean ANYONE." Deskri stood up slowly, frowning. He then shuffled off towards the lake to get the water they sooooo desperately needed.
Altair giggled and waved after him as he left, then looked to Sha and Nikole. "Papa is relly protectivv."

"High five little lady. That was well done!" Sha said enthusiastically. "Let's go back to the sand while we wait. I want a closer look those metal flowers." He led the way back to the box with a skip to his step and a grin on his face. He was glad he wasn't going to have to bother Trae.

Hinote was wandering by the playgroud, a large bottle of mango nectar in hand. With classes out and Sha nowhere to be found, her homework done, and no one to supervise at the swimming pool, Hinote had been at a loss for anything to do. She set out on a walk in search of anything - anything - to keep her busy.
Sha caught her attention, but he looked pretty busy playing with a little girl and a bigger girl in the sandpit. There was a pink haired boy - yes, boy, in the tower. No, wait, two. They must be fairly new to the academy as well.
Hinote approached the tower, but stopped several feet away. She would like to talk to Sha, but he was busy, and she didn't know who these two pink haired kids were. Maybe she would just be extraordinarily lucky and Sha would see her, be overcome with the desire for more s'mores, and want to hang out or find something to do.

Nikki kept her cheeks puffed out as the ~boy~ wanted to see her flowers, after refusing to go on an adventure! Now she was mad! Okay, not really, her hair stayed the same color, so she was the same excitably happy, and indeed just skipped back over to the box, waiting for a chance to show off her beautiful flowers!!!!!!! "He didn seem too happy to do dat dough.."

Altair trailed after Sha, though once in the sandbox she plopped down with a small thump. She grinned a little, mostly to herself, when Nikole stated that her dear Papa didn't seem too happy to get them water.
"Papa can't swim an' he's always grumpy!" She nodded. "Mama sayd he always bin grumpy."

So far it seemed like Trae was a pretty alright guy. Maybe all pink haired guys were alright. He couldn't think of any others off the top of his head though. He cracked a smile at the other's comment.
"Yeah I guess so. I was just reading up here before suddenly the playground was filled with all these other kids." He played with the zipper on his backpack while he spoke. "They seem kind of loud. Some of them anyway. What about you?"

Sha took a look at the metal flowers once back in the sandbox. They were pretty, he still wasn't going to decorate his castle with them though. No way. He'd let himself be lumped in with princesses, but flowers for his badass castle? Nope. Not even metal ones.
He tuned into what Altair was saying when she mentioned that her father couldn't swim. "Well I can only doggy paddle. I don't really like swimming. Or water for that matter." He plunked down to sketch out a plan for his castle when a flash of blue distracted him.
He looked up and spotted Hinote standing around. He waved vigorously. "Hey Hinote!" He turned to look at the girls, "That's my friend Hinote! She's super awesome." He was excited, maybe if she came over he could introduce her to Trae! He was sure they'd like each other.
Trae offered a smile for the other boy. "I guess, I was just catching up with my best friend. That's the red head down there, he's Sha. And then a crazy child appeared. I didn't really feel like dealing with hyper kids, other then Sha anyway. So I came up here. I'm new, and frankly I'd rather meet everyone gradually." How novel, talking to someone else who was pink. "You must not have met Sha yet, he would have told me there was someone else who had pink hair. Though you're really closer to purple."

Blake glanced down at the others playing in the sand as Trae talked about a red head named Sha, then turned his attention back to Trae. At the mention of his pink hair, Blake puffed out his cheeks a little in annoyance. He hated having pink hair, and hated it being brought up. He wasn't as annoyed as usual though since the person bringing it up was even more pink then he was so there was no way they could tease him about it.
"Well I don't know... I don't really think of it as purple but, I wish it was." Blake sounded kinda grumpy as he said it and he glared at the floor. "But I'm the same way I really rather meet everyone slowly, if at all. I still haven't met my roommate yet, I'm not looking forward to that." He ventured a glance back over to Trae. "But you seem cool so far so, I'm glad we've met." He cracked another smile.

"Likewise." Trae answered with a small smile. He didn't blame Blake for wanting to be purple. He himself was used to being pink, and had accepted it as his lot. He still had hope that he'd be able to make it a manly pink. A small hope. "What room are you in? I'm in 1-13. I haven't met my room mate either, I don't think he's here yet. Sha really wanted to room with me, but he's got another person slated for his room already. I just hope my room mate isn't terrible."

Nikki didn't comment on the swimming, instead looking around at the other people, twirling herself to do so until she got dizzy. Instead of falling over, she stomped her foot on the ground and stared towards Sha suddenly started waving, and waved to the Hinote girl as well. "Hiiiiiiiiiiii!!!!!!!!!!!!" She yelled to the Hinote-person.

Altair shrugged a little. "I never been swimmin' so I dunno if I can." She then clamped her hands over her ears, staring at Nikole with a most displeased look. "D'ya have t'screem? Y'sound like m'cousins! They screemin' an' eatin' an' makin' messes alllll the time." She huffed unhappily.

Nikki covered her mouth as she looked to Altair, "But new friends are exciting. Of course I'd want to be happy and loooud. I met you and Sha and now I will me someone else and I'll have tree friends! And tat's a lot."

Blake tilted his head and scratched it as he tried to remember his room.
"I don't remember.... I haven't officially moved in yet. My dad took me to look at my room so we could figure out what I needed to bring from home. He's inside doing some paperwork now." He gave a little shrug. "I'll ask him when he comes back. Who knows, maybe we'll be roommates." He perked up a bit at that thought. Trae seemed like the type of person he could get along with and live harmoniously. Neither would try to force the other one out to be social.

Sha keeled over at how loud that greeting was. Ha, if Hinote actually came over here after hearing that, he'd be kind of amazed. "I think you killed my ear drum." He said sulkily and he shook his head to clear the sound.
Trae looked pleased at the thought of them being room mates. "We'd probably get along pretty well. I wouldn't mind being your room mate at all." He said with a small smile. A room shared with Blake would probably be excellent for studying in. "What were you reading by the way?"

Blake looked pleased that Trae agreed that they would make good roommates. Then he perked up a bit at the question about his comic and he started unzipping his backpack to pull it back out.
"I was reading Ultimate Spiderman volume 6." He pulled it from his backpack oh so carefully as to not mar the edges and held it up for Trae to see happily.
