steelunit Now your making me curious on this game. I love WWII and its historical battles, though I wanted to always replay an event and see what happens when something goes different. You should picks of your demo fights. It seems fairly easy to pick up, the rules are a lot simpler than 40k's. I like it (based on the rules and minis anyway), and I've never played a table-top wargame other than 40k.

Well my platoon is finished at last. Now to figure out how to backstory it, and thusly paint it once I've found a unit.

Lady Blodwynn How are the platoons coming along? If all goes well Mark should have my stuff tomorrow, or at least some of it. Hoping that he at least has the Jeep and mortar crew this time round, paint set would also be a something-sent. Granted, the Hanomag and MG42 team are also very much welcome. Then it's waiting for a bit of good weather so I can start priming but I'll need to whip up some putty first so I can work on the bases for my weapon teams, they come with tabs see? I'm also half-tempted to take a pile of those SS metals and just use those with my regular Germans, giving them splinter camo instead of that SS junk.

It didn't go well, still no jeep, mortar, MG42 or paint set damn it. He did have my Hanomag thankfully. Built it at the store yesterday, low on parts, some kitbash options, sparse decal sheet, simple enough design that goes together well enough. No driver included, but with the gunner obscuring most of the forward compartment, that's okay I guess.
Also managed to get late war German primer so if the weather permits it today, I'm going to prime this sucker along with some regular infantry, or maybe some SS and have a got at splinter.

Pull the nozzle off, toss it in hot water and add in a bit of soap or something else you use to clean things, let it soak in for a while, then rinse it.
