The calm logic that normally commanded her actions had been overthrown by fear, which send her running toward the gate, eyes wide, hair flying. She ducked and wove through travelers, leaving a dust of irritated mutters in her wake, and stopped before the guard.
It a few deep breaths before her heart calmed enough to speak, "I need to enter the city please - its urgent."

A tinge of darkness crept up along the ground as a magical presence tore open a portal from the shadow-like realm. There from the wall a cloaked woman stepped through from the cover of trees. Her cloak veiled her body from the view of any wandering eyes with only evidence of her two swords on either side of her belt. A hood was adorned over her head as well with only her red hair and the lower part of her jaw.
It was quite the trip.. Hn. The vampire thought as she peered out from underneath her hood and slipped out on the main path as she could feel the presence of others. The soul presence of humans and a few other creatures lingering in the local flora. But alas she has made her trek to the capital at last through a few days travel, walking and void traveling when convenient, she'd was here.
"Requesting entrance within," The hooded woman announced as she walked sternly, tensed up with all sorts of paranoia that plagued her mind. In the midst of a land where her family, the Byron, lurked, her seething vengeance could just erupt at any moment. But atop of that, she feared much and kept her senses on high alert.
"a woman bearing a red marking and cloudy eyes of which saw more than they let on spoke of 'her teachers' being able to help me.' She continued and slid her hood off, revealing her paled face and emerald eyes. "I intend to follow up with that. That is, if I am permitted entrance."

Nokomis cringed at the mention of the words of the guard. Sure the unknown woman suggested coming to learn, sure it may have been obvious... yet was it that -- ... The vampire visibly bared her fangs with a soft hiss. A 'Prophet' she may have been then, Nokomis remembering the one and only word that gave hint to this woman. But now personally requesting her to the point of the guards allowing entrance...
I don't like this. But this is where Myrh lives as well, assuming that lizard's still alive after all these years. Nokomis thought as her hood came back up with a snap to conceal her face from the receding sunlight. Passing by the guards, she didn't speak but rather tensed herself as she eyed each warm body close to her with her sixth sense. Both hands under her cloaked just an inch away from the curved sabers she carried. But above all, her frustration swelled up even more about this seer's identity as she was already hating the fact it's kept in the dark.
She stopped for a moment and glanced back over her shoulder. "Confn, si tepoha. (Come, I have)" She said in one of the dragon tongues taught to her long ago by her asset Myrh whom used this very say variant of their language. But Nokomis also used it for other things, for tests and secrecy as it wasn't a necessarily known form of the tongue. "Relay that to this 'lady' if you can.
"Alnaeta nomeno ir." And with that, the vampire entered the city with a slight grin revealed under her hood as she held her amulet and spoke in a low voice and enticed the void to answer her prayer.

Her prayer would soon be answered to become one like the Void. Nothing. She walked on as she let loose of her amulet as it fell and been stopped by the chain around her neck. Each step she took, her existing form washed away as it become translucent to the air and to sound. A precaution she had 'fore she entered any city and especially now if guard or man alike were to follow her. For even a city her sixth sense couldn't track all bodies. With her stride in complete invisibility, she made a few possible areas of where she would locate this 'lady'. If even the guard referred to her as such... That power, her title and more assumptions led her to believe one thing.
I see, the seer is the political ruler of this land. Nokomis thought, making her way to the one place she felt she could find this 'lady.'

Stalk After meditating for 2 posts and spending SS Energy, The Void's Devout gain the ability to vanish completely from sight and sound. This advanced form of invisibility endures for 5 posts, can be used in broad daylight and endures through combat, attacking, and using skills. Skills with an aura or visible effect remain visible, and betray the character's position when used. If Stalk's user takes more than S Rank damage, the skill ends prematurely and their position is revealed. Stalk has a 30 post Cooldown.
Lana blinked, brows knitted, head cocked. She was fairly sure that only Marco had been admitted previously, and that she had been sent to the falls to wait. Perhaps the guard had forgotten? It had been a while since then after all.
"Well," She began, "I..." her voice trailed off, a thought coming to her mind,"Yes! You're quite right! Forgetful me, the thought was driven right from my mind! Just paid a visit to the falls so...uh....Thanks!"
She gave a slight bow, and sprinted into the city.
When afire destroys the forest, it also cleanses the soil so new life can grow

Moving along the shadow plane, Nokomis moved along to head off in the last known direction of the one she was supposed to find and assist. A peculiar task but she moved with ease, cloaked from the material plane and moved onwards through the gate and onto the countryside much faster than she would on foot.
