"If you hadn't heard, last giftmas we were attacked by Christmas Town, during the fight I was blinded by rainbow colored joy fuel or something. I was blinded and we didn't know if it was going to last forever. So we found the school nurse cricket." At this point she tapped a bone finger at the empty socket, the flame glowing brighter inside as she grinned.
"Cricket ate the FEAR that made up my very eye and started the process of getting my body to make a new one, this is what I got. I can see in the dark with this thing it's awesome."
"And yes, gym training so counts. If you want more workouts you should look up the fitness club Riley runs, I'm actually one of the trainers for it. I might be dead but that doesn't make me weak or slow by a long shot." Crossing her arms under her chest a bit she cocked her head at the other student. "Have you thought about who you want to vote for honestly? We haven't had this many people running in a while."
"Now don't get me wrong," She added turning back to Anthe, "We still have normal classes, healing, elements of fear, mini pet training, human studies. We just have a very... active hands on environment with some of those topics. Field trips happen almost every other month school wide. Like the trip to the home of the horsemen clans."
She offered a smile at the mention of freshmen. "Trust me, had I know what I was walking into I might have made a few different choices when we went on the haunted house run."

Ah, another booth where hitting things seemed mandatory to win.
Senga didn't mind this very much at all. Breaking things was one of his finer qualities, after all.

Flicking his wrist, Senga attempted to bash even more "baddies."
He wasn't entirely sure he liked that term though, and scowled when more of the little things splintered and went down.
... Maybe he should stop using so much force.
"Hmm."

Senga gave it one more go before leaving.
He wanted coffee. And maybe a nap.

"Fitness club, I've been to their booth a few times. I had to replace the pumpkin head because I broke the last one. I don't know who to vote for yet, still thinking about that one." There was a sheepish twitch to his tail, as if mentioning the broken game made him feel a bit bad about it, or maybe he was just a bit embarrassed to even mention it. Mention of past field trips however had elicited a snap of his tail. Field trips, is that what they truly were? Sheridan was not convinced of such. He wasn't sure what was worse, the island from his first year, or the horseman isles. Wait, the trials, that was the worst one, he still had nitemares from time to time about that one. "I don't know if I'd call any class here...'normal'." Normal, most definitely not. Though truth be told, he'd have been worried if they were normal.

Iyari could have sworn she'd seen the tawny hair of her brother wander in that direction.
He was already gone before she had finally approached the booth and she blinked, looking over the booth at the various merchandise. "Ah." She nodded and gave a small smile in the way of the figure behind the booth. It was another one - she was starting to admire them in a way. Though deep inside she had always felt the way to assume power was to beat the others physically and not in some sort of race.
Halloweeners apparently thought differently.
Glancing beside the booth she grabbed the ball, looking at the cardboard cut outs with a wicked grin. It was always a good time to let off a little steam. With a underhand throw she tossed the ball. She noticed as five of the figures fell at her attack and she hummed a little. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't great either.
"Let's do that again."

She was going to try overhand this time. Letting the ball fly she watched in anticipation.
Apparently overhand throwing was not her strong suit and she tilted her head with narrow eyes as she watched the three fall off the shelf. "Hnph."
Minipets, snow, fire, tea... so many things had gotten the better of her at this festival. Iyari would be damned if she added cardboard cutouts to that list.

This time she squeezed the ball for luck and aimed in an area where a few seemed to be hiding behind a rock of sorts. "There." There was a glint in her eye, like she had found prey.
She tossed the ball.
Where she had assumed she was going to strike out she noticed as six hidden figures fell to the floor and she grinned. Maybe she could have done better, but none of that mattered in the moment of instant gratification.
At least Senga had been long gone, she just wanted to enjoy this.

"Well, truth be told, ma'am, I haven't been around all that long..." She would have flushed if she had blood "Since last... uh..." She counted quickly "Since, 2nd October or so... So I think I missed that?" "Sounds crazy though!" She was starting to force herself to like this Ghoul. Someone this nice should be president, even if she was running against gorgeous men. come to think of it... born in second october? that... made lots of sense. Considering. heh. "I couldn't just sit around a classroom all day, I dont think... I'd get cramped, though i hear they make you take a humanoid form... which makes sense. So maybe I wouldn't get cramped..." She hesitated. Well. Now was her chance to ask a ton of questions about the academy from someone who CARED. About new students, which was what she HOPED to be. Soon... "Are there many planty students there, ma'am? or clubs? That you, uh, know of?"

Anthe was intrigued at the thought of other classes. Human studies might be fun. "Wow! Field trips happen very often then. I heard some schools only go on trips once a year at most. I'm glad to know that the faculty likes to get us involved in different ethnic groups." Anthe shuffled around. She didn't like the way that Sammy had said "haunted house." That evoked the shivers in her.
She turned to the ghoul beside her. He was VERY big. She could definitely see him in a fitness club of some sort. She had to look up to address him. " I take it you got a different experience from the field trips? Were they really that bad?"

"Let's just say there are some things I wish I hadn't seen." Things he wished he could forget. In the end most of those things had made him stronger, had forced him to face his fears and learn to overcome them. But there was were some memories he wished he could erase entirely, if he could do it again, he would have never gone near the death trial. "The trip the clan isles was one of the better trips, though the horsemen might disagree." He had learned a lot on the isles, that he could not deny. It was an experience he had...mostly enjoyed, until the hunters showed up that was.

Anthe thought for a moment. " It seems the general consensus is that some of these 'excursions' were not the best. But I think everyone enjoys at least one right? I mean, someone should probably not be at this school if they didn't learn anything from the field trips, even the bad ones." Anthe fidgeted in her spot. "I'm Anthe by the way." She held out her hand to the the taller ghoul.

"I suppose that's true. I guess most of us wouldn't keep signing up if at least some part of us didn't like something about them." Or maybe they were just all masochists...or completely bonkers, maybe more likely the later. "I'm Sheridan. A pleasure to meet you." He gave the ghoul a reassuring smile and offered his own hand in greeting.

When the ghoul shook her hand, she smiled back. "You seem to know a lot about the school Sheridan. How long have been here? Have you got any tips besides beware of the field trips for prospective and incoming students?" She asked inquisitively. She wanted to know all the ins and outs of the school before deciding to come here.

(( Sheridan is a boy (boil) btw xD )) He thought for a moment, tips? Hmm... "I would suggest avoiding the greenhouse and skitter sharks." And anything else that might be inclined toward eating students. molly8972 I gotta go to bed, work in the morning, we can rp more tomorrow if you like?
