Naano was appalled at what had just happened. Was he leaving her too? Tears persisted to escape from her eyes but she held them back. Oh Arceus it was so difficult to do so. She clutched her head in her hands trying to pinpoint the error of her ways "No no no no". It was a repetitive saying, and she suddenly shot her head up. "No more losing people. No more.". Grabbing all of her Pokemon, she quickly scribbled a note for Wish before running after Ayato.
She ran and ran, for Arceus knows how long. All this chasing, it was disorienting. And then, the darkness covered her completely. So much darkness, so much-
And she suddenly tripped over a root as she tumbled down to the ground. Her breathing was labored and she clutched her side where she had landed on something sharp. As she placed her hand down to her side, she felt something warm and sticky.
Blood.
"s**t." she hissed. Luckily it hadn't been the dagger at her belt which had punctured her side, but instead she withdrew a pointed stone. It hadn't gotten in too deep, perhaps an inch. But Arceus it hurt. Clutching her side, she attempted to get up but couldn't.
It was so dark...so so dark.
Her bag was no where to be found, and she couldn't get to the pokeballs that held her precious Pokemon. "It's so dark." she whispered to herself. Fear crept into her chest and her breathing quickened, and then returned to being heavy. She hated the darkness, it reminded her of every hit, every slash, every yell and scream and hiss. All she wanted was some light. The bleeding persisted, and as she moved her hands to stop it she grazed it with her bone-chillingly cold charm, covering it in her own blood.
Leaves crumpled somewhere nearby. "Hello?" she said softly. "Ayato? Wish?" Her energy was lessening, and she began to feel sleepy. Soon, her eyelids drooped closed and she fell asleep lying on the ground, trying to stop the bleeding from her side. "Ryan....?"
Note to Anderson:
Wish, had to fix something. Entered the woods next to the tree with a low broken branch. Be back soon

  “Shall I play you a tune?” Anderson was sitting in a branch, playing a loud and natural tune on his violin. It was very soothing, and the sounds that resulted from it seemed to merge into the trees and fuse with the sounds of the forest. Many bug type Pokemon and even some birds came to investigate the melody, but not a single Scyther or Scizor.
Wish, frustrated, put his violin back up. Scyther alone were rare, and a Scizor was too rare to expect. He felt stupid for hoping for such a thing. With a great sigh, Anderson began to crawl down the tree. As he latched onto a branch with his right hand, a pair of feet slammed down and then jumped off. He saw a glint of yellow as he fell to the ground, managing to catch on another branch. He looked up as a blonde boy and a golden Lucario passed by.
Didn't Naa-Chan mention the boy in her drawing had a golden Lucario? Anderson rubbed his eyes and looked back up, but the two figures were gone. Had he just been imagining it? CURRENT TEAM: Lv. 43 M Lv. 45 M Lv. 44 M Marvel/Raid/Oran

[Lulu and Ryan leaped through the trees and dodged around the trunks. They both occasionally exchanged glances. Ryan was angered that they had teleported so far off-mark, and Lulu insisted that she couldn't teleport immediately again. So they decided they'd travel to the distressed and slowly calming aura.
The trees were much too thick, so they both began to run through the branches. Ryan was accustomed to this, having lived near a winter wonderland of tall pine trees, and not once did he fall. The injuries that used to plague him were hardly prominent - his left hand slipped once, and as he scratched his ribcage against a trunk he winced. Though he had taken his bandages off long ago, they were always going to be rather sore.
Someone let out a yell as Lulu stepped on a lump in a branch. She looked back to see a man falling, and was tempted to stop and help, but Ryan assured her that he would be fine. And so he was, but the way he stared at Ryan and Lulu worried her.
Finally, Ryan crawled down a tree, swinging amongst the branches and such to get an eight foot landing. Lulu simply jumped from the 30 foot height, unharmed as she hit the ground. Both of them surrounded Naano. Ryan looked down at her and resisted punching a tree.
She was unconscious amongst a pool of her own blood. He knew she probably passed out from blood loss, and from the few minutes it took him and Lulu to get there she probably didn't have much time left. Lulu ran about setting up Protects amongst the trees so that a dome of it surrounded the trio. This way, no humans or Pokemon could bother them.
Ryan rolled Naano over delicately and inspected her injury. He cursed himself for not bringing any medicinal supplies, but Lulu did put a few berries at his feet. He looked up with a questioning glance and she explained that, mashed together, they were a pain-relieving ointment. And Naano would have some pain when she woke up. Ryan nodded. "Then go mash it up, I gotta stop the bleeding." he told her.
Lulu took the berries and pulled a cup from Ryan's bag. She grabbed a stick and did as she was advised. Ryan noted that the wound was only an inch deep, but it was extremely rough and jagged. It tore into an artery. Ryan took off his shirt and tore it in multiple places. As quickly as he could, he used it to make a makeshift bandage. Lulu presented him with a creamy ointment made from the berries, which he spread onto his shirt. Then he, still delicately, put it over the wound and tightened the bandage. Lulu crouched down and began to work, because even though there was now a bandage on it, Naano was still bleeding.
Ryan noticed he was covered in blood. He looked down at his chest and shivered - there was a lot of it. Then he looked down at Naano and his heart tightened up. She looked so peaceful lying there - what if she...?
Lulu stood up and bonked Ryan on the head. I used a Calm Mind to slow her heart rate and therefore the bleeding, then I used a few Heal Pulses. We need to watch her, but this is all we can...unngh... the Lucario collapsed from fatigue. She lay symmetric to Naano. Ryan sat there crosslegged, covered in blood and staring at Lulu and Naano, desperately wishing one or the other would wake up.]

Ayato walked and walked, he finally reached the end of the forest. Shocker and Senshi were relieved. They looked at their trainer, his eyes were blank. No emotion, he placed Zorua down and returned Ampharos and Infernape. He knelt down and pet her. "I'm sorry little one, but I must move on now..." He sighed, rose and began walking onward. NOOOOOOOOOO! He heard a girl scream. Naano!? No...What! He felt a tackle. "Ahh what the..." It was Zorua. Tears poured from her eyes. YOU CAN NOT LEAVE ZORUA...she shall miss you...And you belong to Zorua..so she forbids you!! Ayato stared in awe. "H-how are you talking...well you aren't...your mouth isn't moving.." "Am I high or something....?!?" Zorua giggled. No you fool, you and Zorua are communicating with ours minds. Silly pet, you shouldn't be so ignorant about the obvious! She snickered at him. His eyes widened.. "I see..Wait!? Did you just call me you pet?!" He said glaring at her. She giggled at him again. Indeed, you are Zorua's human. She rubbed her cheek against his. "But don't pokemon have to be caught...like are you on my team or something..?" Zorua slapped Ayato with her tail. FOOOOLLL!The all mighty powerful Zorua isn't a pokemon silly! She's a beautiful young lady, who shall be treated with respect by her pet! Ayato stared at her, trying not to laugh. "Well...can call you something...like a nickname?" He asked. She nodded. You can call Zorua anything as long as it's a beautiful young lady name. She grinned. I shall call you Icy, because your fur on your head is the color of icicles.What shall you call Zorua? She asked him. Ayato looked at her..."Okay? um ....how about.." Z names...gimme a Z name..."Oh! Zoe...is Zoe good?" He said while smirking. Zorua smiled. Z-Zoe? Yes Zoe likes this new name very much. Ayato stood as Zoe hopped off his chest. She climbed up onto his shoulder. ONWARD ICY, WE HAVE LOTS OF ADVENTURING TO DO!! Zoe commanded. Aya began to walk towards the next town. I hope this is the right decision...Naano...please be safe..

As she returned to consciousness, Naano reach her hand down to her left wrist where the charm she had given Ryan was tied. Clenching it in her other fist, she could feel the blood dried onto its surface. Making an attempt to sit up, Naano could feel the pain coming from her side once more. "Son of a b***h..." she muttered and she placed her hand on the wound, only to find it bandaged up.
Her eyes opened slowly and she looked to the right, seeing a golden Lucario simply laying there. "...Lulu?" she said softly. Due to the disorientation, a headache began to brew and she placed her left hand near her temple to ease the pain. Soon, she managed to turn her head the other way to see Ryan sitting there. They locked eyes and she was about to speak when she went into a fit of coughing. She covered her mouth with her fist while her brows furrowed in pain as the coughing shook her sides only increasing the side effects of her gash. When done, she gasped for air and her breathing became labored once more as she grasped her wound in pain.
Finally able to speak, she returned her gaze to Ryan "I messed up again". Her words were quiet, almost at the level of a whisper. "They keep leaving.". Her disoriented state caused her statements to be choppy. The coughing returned for a few moments and then she simply lay there with her eyes shut tightly, her teeth clenched, and her hand on the wound. It was small, but every time she shook with the coughs she felt as though it were being ripped open more.She chuckled sullenly "I'm so stupid..."
Her breathing leveled out slowly, and she kept his gaze. "I'm sorry.". The coughing continued.

[Ryan sat there silently. He put a hand on Naano's forehead then grabbed her wrist lightly and checked her pulse. He did a series of medical examinations the best that he could. "Don't speak, the first few hours are the most painful and the most crucial." he told her. Ryan got on his knees and leaned over Naano to poke at Lulu, who was still unconscious. It would have been awkward how close his bare chest was to Naano, except it had been closer whenever she changed his bandages. And it was caked with blood, anyways, not exactly the most romantic sight ever.
Ryan sat back and grabbed a Potion from his back. He sprayed it over Lulu, poked her a bit more, then sighed. She wasn't going to be up for a bit. He crossed his legs and looked around them, refusing to meet Naano's eyes again. ]

Look at her, always needing to be rescued, or comforted, or found. Couldn't she ever take care of herself? Ryan wouldn't meet her gaze, so Naano's stayed straight forward. His chest had given off heat as he leaned over her, and Naano could see the blood. So much of it. Part of her wanted to speak, but the other didn't. She was finally getting some of her sense back and silence seemed like the best bet.
But why wouldn't he look at her? Perhaps he didn't feel the same about her...Or perhaps he found her to be a burden. But how had he found her?
The coughing became a regular thing, as did the cringing and clutching of her side. But the silence stood, and she didn't want to break it. What was going to happen now? Lifting up her hand she saw fresh blood, her wound was still oozing the sticky red substance through her makeshift bandage.
She couldn't tell the time of day, nor the temperature. All she felt was the pain from her side and the impending silence.
It was still quite dark, but not so much as before, and Naano placed her hand on the charm for comfort as the locket lay flat on her chest upon her heart."How did you find me? And why did you come?" she whispered, still returning her gaze to Ryan whilst keeping her hands in their places. She had to know.
Her dagger was clearly visible at her belt, unknown by Naano.

[Ryan looked down at Naano with a pained expression, seeing the state she was still in. He really wished Lulu would wake up. "Why are you out here alone? What happened?" he asked her. Ryan noticed Naano had a dagger with her, which was odd. What if someone had been assaulting her."
He suddenly shot up from where he sat. "Did Ayato do this? Where is he?" Ryan came to the realization that even if he hadn't Ayato DID just leave Naano there. "I'll kill him!" he slammed his foot into a rock, which shout away into the darkness. A Protect didn't stop it. Ryan paused and examined the area - the Protect must have been done for a while, ever since Lulu went unconscious.]

"Ryan..." she said softly "Ryan look at me.". Naano could feel herself getting weaker, and her side was throbbing. She had to wait a few moments before she spoke in order to gather herself through another coughing fit. "I was trying to teach-" a gasp of pain from her side came from her mouth. Subconsciously she had clutched her side tighter than she should have. Regaining her composure she continued "I knew that Cattivita wouldn't hold back on us, so I was trying to teach Ayato some fighting techniques.". Her right hand covered her eyes as she spoke "I said something, I don't know exactly what it was but he just ran off. And I couldn't let anyone else go, I'm so sick of everyone leaving." Her hand was warm from the blood "And it's just so dark in this damn forest, I just tripped and landed on a rock or something..." As her energy continued to become less and less, the volume of her voice seemed to go down as well "It's my own damn fault...leave him be, I suppose I'll just-". She'll just what? Naano didn't know what she was going to do now. Of course she had to find Becca's killer, and she still had Wish but she didn't even know if he was staying. "I should've just kept my mouth shut for once.". She was down to a whisper, speaking was so difficult at this point, and her breathing was shaky.

[Ryan put his back against a tree and slid down. He stared at the ground through his raised knees. "Cattivita won't be after you anymore" he stood up and walked over to Naano. He grabbed his bag and helped Lulu, who was slowly coming back into consciousness, stand up. She was dazed and hardly coherent but she was slowly gaining back her thoughts.
"And you won't have to worry about Ayato anymore, no matter what." Ryan looked down at Naano. His eyes were filled with a flicker of insanity, but mostly seemed to be concerned and pained. "And now you have a choice. Will you come with me, or will you go after Ayato and help delay the inevitable?" he offered a hand to Naano.]

"The...inevitable?" She was so confused at this point, Naano didn't understand what he meant. In fact, everything around her spun, she had lost so much blood...
And there was his hand, hadn't she been waiting for this moment? But what was this moment? She didn't know...
It was all a blur, and she shakily got up and grabbed his hand; simultaneously holding her side as the blood dripped through her fingers slowly. The charm rocked back and forth on her wrist covered in the rust colored substance, like a pendulum after a beheading. Looking at it, she begun to feel light headed and passed out once more, giving in to the darkness that enveloped her mind.
Much like it had her heart.

“Shall I play you a tune?” For someone that complained about people leaving her a lot, Naano seemed to have no trouble leaving Anderson. In a forest. Alone. He jumped down from his spot where he had been eavesdropping and kicked a stone. He was upset that after he had gone so far, Naano just left him.
"Scizor~" Said a rough voice behind him. Anderson turned and, sure enough, there was a Scizor standing behind him that looked like it was ready for a battle. Anderson laughed aloud, and the Pokemon curiously stared at him. "Oh man this is great. So I lose Naa-Chan...and gain an oversized bug. Yeah no that's a fair f**king TRADE!" he threw a ball as hard as he could, in anger, at the Scizor. Of course not expecting it to be caught, he began to walk away from the clearing to find the path to the next town. CURRENT TEAM: Lv. 43 M Lv. 45 M Lv. 44 M Marvel/Raid/Oran
