Seeing Mitsu deflate like that, Shun could see that she had tired herself out. Hm.. Maybe some tea could rejuvanate her. And so he went to try and brew some. At least there wasn't anything on his face.

"You'll... have to tell me later when we get back home," he said quietly.

Except. Despite making tea all the time at home, he apparently botched this batch up pretty badly. The pixie daeva that had been testing these things made a face in disapproval. Frowning, he looked towards Mitsu.

"...I was going to have you drink some tea.. but I don't think this pot is a very good batch.."

Mitsu just nodded but she knew by the time they got back to her dorm he would likely have forgotten the whole incident. He didn't even realize what he had done.

Mentally sighing again Mitsu finished off the onigiri in her hands before she turned to watch Shun make tea. He had wanted to make tea for her? She always enjoyed the tea he made back at the room. How bad could it be?

Taking up the cup Mitsu took a sip. Her eyes flew open in surprise and she made a face staring down into the brew. Okay it really wasn't that good but...oh OH She had made a face. She quickly tried to change it to something neutral. It wasn't that bad really. It was just...different. Bad different.

Setting the remainder of the cup aside Mitsu decided to try out her luck to see how she could do. It looked much more involved than usual but perhaps...

Mitsu tried to pay careful attention to how many tea leaves she was adding. Letting the whole thing boil for the right amount of time was an entirely different matter though. It began to boil a little too much and she panicked letting the liquid slosh dangerously close to the edge as she jerked it away from the heat to let it cool. She waited for the brew to ease down to a safe temperature before she offered it to the little mini. It seemed to have turned out pretty good!

Taking a cup Mitsu held it out for Shun. Instead she had made tea for him.

Shun caught that face she had made. Yeeaaah that was a bad batch indeed. The Reaper let out a sigh. What could have gone wrong? Though, he soon lifted his head back up when he saw Mitsu having a hand at the tea making. Taking the cup, he let it cool a little longer before bringing it up to his lips to take a sip.

"This is pretty good," he said quietly before looking back towards her, "I'll make you some tea when we get back... it should be better than what I've done here."

Speaking of.. this place seemed to have some teas for sale. He'd have to take a look at them once he finished this cup, which he was taking his time doing so. One does not simple guzzle down or chug tea.

Mitsu nodded while she waited for Shun to finish his tea. Sitting in her room relaxing with a warm cup of tea sounded nice...quiet. While she had relaxed a bit in her time out she still wanted to be back in her room away from all the noise and people. There had been moments this had been fun but it was tiring always looking over her shoulder expecting an attack and she just wasn't comfortable with the way she looked. Not to mention there was still this odd feeling like she wasn't herself.

Whenever he finished, Shun set the cup aside, then went to purchase some tealeaves for later use. With that done, he turned back towards his lycan.

"Where would you like to go from here?"

They had been at the festival for awhile now, so he wasn't sure if there were other booths she'd like to see or what. The decision was left up to her this time.

Tea? Tea sounded rather relaxing. Making his own tea was nothing something he was used to doing, but he had watched others before. Carefully he put in leaves, not wanting to waste the precious commodity but also wanting to have good flavor throughout. To put it simply: he used the perfect amount of tea.

Then it was time for the water. He waited until it was at a decent boil, but it was just a bit too overheated. It would be okay, but not the perfect tea that some might expect from a club dedicated to tea.

Soren just had no idea how long to let it steep though. If some tea was good, a lot of tea would have to be better. So he let it steep and steep and steep until the liquid was dark before removing the leaves. A minipet was the one to try his tea though, balking a bit at the strong flavor but willing to drink it. He almost snorted, for a creature this judgmental he was surprised it was not from Conquest.

Ah, there were snacks sitting out as well. There was no real clue as to what flavor they were, but Soren decided to try one either way.

The first one though was just...rather plain really. There was no filling of any sort and he found it bland if filling.

The first tasted okay, so Soren grabbed for a second one. It was filled with...cheese. A dairy substance that did not really belong with the rice. He pulled a slight face at the flavor.

And one last one, he was starting to get full. This one actually had a delightful meaty flavor, certainly a good note to end on as he turned to see what else the booth had to offer.

What Soren saw was a clansmen. Kiwi in fact. He nodded to him, approaching to see what he was doing. Producing teacups? He had never done such a thing, but he watched Kiwi carefully before taking his spot. Perhaps it was the Conquest clothing designed by Lifen, or all of the tea, or something, but he actually made a near perfect teacup.

Soren apparently got to take home a nice bit of tea with his cup. He chose one at random, earl scry tea, and thanked the Famine horseman.

Had he not been in such a panic, the boil might have enjoyed a very relaxing tea brewing experience. Right now, Phil's sense of urgency was putting him on the spot. How would his tea come out under such stresses?

Not very well; the water temperature seemed to be fine, but there were one too many leaves. Such a taste...

When Soren first approached the booth, Kiwi thought another Conquest clansman had arrived. It wasn't until he got close that Kiwi recognized the strong, silent Death clansman that was Soren.

When Soren approached his game, Kiwi gave him a warm smile, finishing up the task of molding a new batch of clay. "Wonderful to see you again Soren. Here to try your luck at a cup??" He smiled, giving the horseman free reign of the pottery wheel.

Upon inspection of the finished cup, Kiwi was quite impressed. There were delicate flowers carved into the clay's surface, and everything was immaculately smooth and even. He smiled, passing a token towards Soren. "A wonderfully designed teacup. You have earned my favor."

"Thanks." The one word was all that Kiwi would really get, but the Death horseman was pleased. It was really oddly artistic of him, perhaps from being around Lifen too much, or perhaps it was just his passion toward the flowers that he had carved.

"Busy?" He questioned, looking about. There were plenty of things at this booth to occupy individuals: eating, brewing, crafting. Yes, it was obvious that a horseman had had a hand in such a booth.
