As you contemplate over your collected clues so far, one thing becomes apparent- there's nothing else left for you here in New Hemisect City. If anything, almost every tidbit of information you've gathered up to this point seemed to point away from the big town! The crowds of frantic 'children' and good doers had dispersed, many also choosing to take their search elsewhere. After pestering a few more locals it becomes even more obvious it was time to move on. There were four logical places to continue on with your search- which direction to you choose to head in?

1. To the west lays the dusty city of Chittentown, famed for it's brilliant minds, technical advances and hard workers. Someone who pulled off a heist of this magnitude surely must have fit into one, if not all of those categories..!

2. The desolate Busthind Mountains was to the north west. Someone in the secluded, nameless town or surrounding snowy area may have seen something. It only made sense that the culprit would go into hiding after executing their master plan, after all.

3. The closest city to New Hemisect, just a bit to the north was Four Fronds. Many highbloods lived there in lavish hives and elite communities- and boy were those coolbloods ever known for gossip and rumors! Perhaps you could learn something within the pink, dreamlike forest.

4. You decide head south to Old Hemisect City. It once held all the glory of its predecessor, but now instead lays in crumbled ruins. While under minor construction after the Queen's announcement during Bloodfest, it still remains pretty much in shambles. It seemed like as good a place as any to look for a criminal in hiding.

If your trolls want to share their findings with each other, please do so through pm or im, as long as you keep them hidden from the general public! Any troll who's interested in getting a shot at the bounty is free to participate, regardless of if the're a victim of the Miracle Elixir or not.

Feeling full Khanda had another rendezvous with Thalia where they shared what they found out and made plans to move on. While she was enjoying her stay in NHC she was excited to travel even farther and see even more! She had a good feeling about Chittentown. Though, upon arriving she found she did not enjoy the place at all. It was dry and windy and gritty and noisy and dirty and why did she think this was a good idea?

3. Four Fronds

Discussing what they had found out was something Thalia enjoyed. It was a small break from all the running around he had to do. Besides, he could check on Khanda and make sure she was alright! He wasn't sure what he'd do if she got hurt, or lost, or in trouble-- or, urr, anything. That was a bit too much to think about.

After they had swapped their information, it was time to move on. New Hemisect City was running dry! Khanda and Thalia would really have to split up now. Meeting back up together would take some time, but it was for the best. She would go to Chittentown and he would go to Four Fronds.

Four Fronds seemed like a rather nice place to go investigate. I mean, Thalia could schmooze with the other high-blooded residents of the area. They would all definitely respect him and give out any information they had! ...Or else! Thalia would shake his fist if there were anyone to actually shake his fist at. Then again, that'd look rather odd, and Thalia was a troll of class. Thalia thought too much about random tangents that had little to no meaning in real life. Quit it.

3. Four Fronds

Eostre decided to head back to her home-town of Four Fronds and get her gossip on with her neighbors. Someone had to know what the hot scoop was, and she worked best in her own element. Atiqua and Eostre had already met up again and swapped information, and have again went their own separate ways.

Eostre took a leisurely tour around the forests, taking full advantage of her high-blue blood color to get the information she wanted from the blues and teals or lower around town.

Busthind Mountains

Belfe left the library and saddled up on his Lusus. Belife had never been to busthind and Vanille was worried about bringing the child there. Vanille could traverse it alone, but it was dangerous for such a joker and tiny thing now.

Alas, off they carried. Where else would fat slobs hide than in a nice cozy, unnamed town?

Chittentown

Mofein frowned as he exited the library, his hands buried in his pockets while he considered where to go next. From what he could tell, it seemed like a good idea to leave town and head somewhere else, but where? The tiny troll stopped to ponder his options. Well, the troll behind everything seemed like a bragger. Maybe the troll would brag about this to a place full of smarties? Seemed like a good idea to him. He spun around on his heels and headed toward Chittentown.

He tried not to pucker his lips at the sight. Mofein wasn’t a smartie himself. He would much rather sit down and draw something, but oh well.

4. Old Hemisect City

Odette was NOT going back to Four Fronds unaccompanied... not since the last events that transpired there. Then there was Busthind, but frankly Odette doubted she could survive there, let alone gather any information from anyone in the secluded town. And as for Chittentown, well Vremea lived there! Why would Odette make her travel anywhere else outside of her own town? The old city seemed like a logical place for Odette to do some sleuthing in. The underground scene was enormous there, and notably lowblooded. She would fit in nicely among the riffraff and thieves, which would make it easier to gather some information. Hopefully the Queen's renovation of the city hadn't displaced anyone important...

He was running out of leads and inspiration, but there was no way LaRoce was going back to Old Hemisect so soon! Nah, he thought he'd go check out where all those rich nobs live first. His lusus had a few choice grunts to offer about politeness and not getting in to trouble. LaRoce merely nodded and pretended to care, but he at least settled into a dim corner of the local movie theater and made himself unnoticeable while he listened to the gossip of the fashionable young richies all around him. Well. He was only unnoticeable because the boar completely obscured him from view, but still.

4. Old Hemisect City

Byakko had been doing quite a bit of prodding around the once glistening metropolis of Old Hemisect for quite some time now due to the Queen's recent plans with the city; her miniature form was the perfect disguise! After agreeing to split up, Akko took part from Zeffer and Aprife, making her way due south. She wasn't too sure what exactly she was looking for, but there always seemed to be something of interest happening among the ruined city...

Pyruet stormed out of the diner, face flushed green as irritation with that damned waitress swelled. Forcing Pyre to bribe her to get her to talk, and then not even having the common courtesy to give any new information. "You didn't hear it from me," she'd said, and she was absolutely right, she hadn't said anything about the culprit that Pyre hadn't already heard from the merchant who'd distributed the potion. Useless.

And then Alifax yet again interrupted her silent fuming, accompanied by a nearly equally fragile-looking yellowblood. A couple introductions and explanations later, they exchanged info and formulated a rough plan of who'd search where--and Pyre ended up deciding to scour Four Fronds, her blood color meaning she'd blend in more than the other two anyway.
