"Always picking a fight, Tybalt," said Ren, clucking his tongue disapprovingly and completely ignoring the threats the black dog was tossing his way. "Asia, Tybalt would like to know if you will battle with him, because he's too chicken to ask you himself. But he is a very worthy opponent, I might add!"
There was a flash of pale blue from his side vision, and Ren's "Little Bro" radar instantly kicked in.
"JOVE!" he cried joyfully, pushing Tybalt bodily aside to fling himself towards the foxfire and throw his arms around the boil, giving him an enormous hug. "Welly welly welly good morning to you!"
Proceeding to drag his Jove over to where Tybalt and Asia were standing, he flashed all of them a wide smile. "Asia, this is my little brother, Jove," he said happily. "Jove, this is Asia; she's visiting Amityville for the festival!"
To Ren's utter delight, there were several others that had started wandering in, including one ghoul who looked as though she might be some sort of dragon. Ren slipped away from Jove, Tybalt, and Asia to say hello. He waited until she had finished and then lifted both hands, clapping.
"Well done!" he said brightly. "Very well done, you are a Scario Kart champion!"
Grinning at her, he dug around beneath the pile of stuff heaped on the booth, pushed aside Rhys, and handed the ghoul a token.
"I'm Ren, by the way," he said cheerfully. "Thanks for stopping by our booth!"poke mattix Congrats! You have won a token! Jove's ears perked, and then he wiped his face with one of his sleeves. Did he have something in his hair? Thankfully he didn't realize the kitsune had merely wanted to pet him, as far as he was concerned, pettings were for scarelings and minipets, and he was neither. But if this ghoul thought she could hide, she was sorely mistaken. The foxfire boil seemed to channel all his curiosity into his stare, were they allowed to battle here? Not that he would battle this ghoul, that would be ungentlemanly! He would have to politely decline any invi- Jackdamnit, Ren! The pup made an uncomfortable murmuring noise as he tried to free himself from his brother's hug. He wasn't a little kid, he didn't need hugs! It was undignified!

Asia did think she could escape. In fact, she had focused so much on Tybalt that she had missed the curious stare from the foxfire....
but she felt it....
And her response to the blatant staring was to turn even redder. It was so much so that the introduction of Jove was lost in her attempt to hide her obsession with cute things by her immediate yells of...
"YOU THERE REN, SHOULD I FIGHT WITH THE DRAGON OR THIS BLACK DOG!?!?! WHO IS THE STRONGER!!???" Asia was red from the angry outburst, "I DON'T CARE WHO IT IS AS LONG AS IT'S NOT THE YOUNG PUP, ANYONE BUT THE PUP ." she pointed at Jove but did not look at him and got right up into Ren's face. Her look to Ren almost seemed to be pleading. Hurry before she exploded though and said things she didn't mean!

With absolutely no regard for the others he was speaking to, which was usually a bit out of the ordinary as the witch often strove to be as polite as possible, Belladonna dashed forward and toward Ren, arms outstretched. "Reeeeeeeen!!!!!" Was her battle cry, excited and high pitched as she flung herself at the gryphon. She was doing an awful lot of flinging of herself lately, which was probably a bad idea because not everyone was going to catch her. One of these days someone was going to miss and the witch would go crashing down to the ground. Hopefully today was not that day. In any event, it certainly didn't stop the long string of words and excited tittering that poured from Belladonna. "Look at your booth! Its so cool! Its got ScarioKart, ooohh I might have to play! It looks like such fun! How have you been? I've missed youuuuuu!" Had the witch had caffeine recently, or had this become her normal stasis? As excitable as ever (it was most likely the Fright Night atmosphere at work) the witch bounced up and down in front of Ren, all excited and gleeful. For a moment Belladonna blinked before she turned to the cute little yelling thing. "If you'd like I can play a round with you!" She offered with a smile, though she had already looped one arm through Ren's.
